Dave (9/5): Location was great, clientele were quiet. Never saw any staff for the entire stay al - Overall a nice stay. I found the key collection cumbersome. Once you type your code in you don't open the key safe door, there is a flap at the bottom like a vending machine but lighting was poor and hard to see it. A simple typed instruction adhered to the box with an arrow pointing down would have saved embarrassment. No toaster I the room but discovered on the second night there full working kitchens available for free. The smoke detector was directly over the bed which blinds ked every 30 seconds, kept me awake for ages. The bed is great except the end is too close to the wall which made walking to the bathroom a bit awkward at night.

Jamie (5/5): - The communication from the staff was exceptional. We had a few issues but they were resolved quickly. We requested a slightly early check in as we had a commitment at 2pm and we were allowed to check in just after 1pm. There was a room change late on the day due to a plumbing issue and our room was downgraded so that we had a smaller room and separate toilet. Not staffs fault and they did provide a reduced price. However, the only heating was a small electric heater in the room and the remainder of the building was very cold, such as when accessing our now separate bathroom. Cleanliness was not up to par. We found underwear in our room and windowsills etc were dirty. When I contacted management about the underwear they had a cleaner to us in under 10minutes which was appreciated but just left us feeling unsure about the cleaning practices employed.

There are lots of kitchens and loungerooms and seating areas. Our family room had 3 rooms in one, separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and everything worked well. Good aircon heating. Comfy beds. The games room was great for the kids. Easy checkin/checkout. The spa was cold. The staff did come to help when I asked about it.

Lachlan (8/5): Great location adjacent to the track - Very pleased with the location. Easy to Park and I like the Motorsport Memorabilia on the walls as you come in. We checked in late and it wasn't an issue collecting our room key. The room was on the small side for a double + single bed. There were 3x of us and you trip over each other a bit.
Danielle (5/5): An ok stay in a good and quiet part of town - The venue was well situated and quiet. The room set up was fine and clean and the bonus kitchen area was appreciated. It was ok value for money. We awoke early in the morining to major water leaking from a shower in the room above and clearly a poor repair to the roof. We had to lay out bins and containers to catch the water and this dripping was very noisy. The room (being on the bottom floor) was noisy as you could hear all of the footsteps from the top floor. The key to the games room did not work, and when reported no one did anything about this.

Pinn (8/5): Comfortable and convenient. - The bed was firm yet comfortable. The venue is in a quiet location. It was far away from the town centre, but that wasn't a problem for us. The games room was immaculate, and the room was clean, as was the bathroom. The instructions for check in and check out were clear. There was a bright light outside our room, and this made the room not very dark during the night. The glass panels that let the light in had been painted in an attempt to reduce the light, but not a particularly effective solution.

Elizabeth (8/5): Had a nice stay and would stay again maybe not in winter though. - The place is very convenient to the university, has 2 lounge areas one with large beautiful warm heater absolute must in winter and if you have a room without a kitchen there are common kitchens to use.The place itself is nice but if you don't have transport it is a hike to get to town ,there might be a bus but didn't use.The place is quiet, good for studying but has places to mingle if you want. In winter it is COLD especially the bathroom like an ice box.It needs some kind of heating in the bathroom as the heating from the bedroom doesn't reach it.Once you heat the bedroom it is quite comfortable. Couldn't get Netflix to work.

Karoline (4/5): - Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn't quite to the standard we'd hoped and paid for. We had multiple cockroaches crawl out from the kitchen each day, and other bugs on the walls. In addition, it seemed the bed was broken on one side, and we all experienced itchiness and small rashes from sleeping in the bed. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.
