I was refused to have a coffee (though restaurant was open and coffee machine on) before 8:00 morning. 8 morning appears to be a hotel RULE! I did not bother no-one. Staff made a fuss of it and I decided not to have breakfast anymore. Kind of ruined my stay! Customer facing my friends! Customer facing.

Karim (5/5): Great stay ruined by “the general manager” - The property itself is excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by the general manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's disappointing that the most senior member of the team displayed the least professionalism, especially after an otherwise enjoyable stay. The issue began when he attempted to charge my card again, even though I had already paid in person at the hotel. When I returned to clarify the situation, he responded in an unnecessarily rude manner, simply telling me to "check with Booking.com." I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior from hotel staff before, especially from someone in a leadership role. "The general manager"

А также, очень впечатлил великолепный вид на реку и город с балкона нашего номера! Несмотря на то, что мы попали в Тбилиси в жаркий период, в номере было прохладно, кондиционер отлично охлаждал! Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый, за что хотелось бы выразить большую благодарность! В следующий раз планируем с супругом снова остановиться в этом отеле!

ANISOARA (1/5): the worst check-in experience ever - the hotel is okay, the location is good, the breakfast is modest but sufficient A few days before the start of my stay, I received a message from booking that my card was refused by the hotel and I need to update it. I re-entered all the data but I received the same card rejection message from the hotel. I have also entered data from two other cards and the result was also a rejection from the hotel. I mention that all the cards used were valid and had sufficient funds. I contacted the booking assistant but they replied that I need to contact the property. I contacted the hotel and they told me to cancel my reservation and make a new one. I didnt cancel it. I updated the data again with the card already enrolled in the booking app and we presented ourselves at the hotel. Although the reservation appeared confirmed in the app, the hotel refused to accommodate us. The receptionist told us that she cannot see our reservation in the system and she insisted that we should cancel the reservation and make another one. I informed them that I will contact the booking assistant. I called booking Romania (Georgia does not have a dedicated number for assistance) and the girl on the phone told me that in the system the reservation is confirmed and that it is impossible for the hotel not to see the reservation. She told me to stay on the phone until they call the hotel. I was at the reception, their phone was ringing, I told the receptionist to answer because the booking people were looking for them, but she replied that she was not authorized to answer the phone. The girl from booking told me that she would send them an email and would let me know in 30 minutes what we should do next. The international phone call lasted almost 10 minutes. In a few minutes, something changed and the hotel accommodated us. I paid exactly with the rejected (by the hotel) card.

Chanindh_Reviews (9/5): A Very Good Choice for Accommodation in Tbilisi - The location of this hotel is perfect -- all of Tbilisi's attractions can be reached on foot if you are in decent physical condition, and a lot of walking we did. We were given a river-view room on the second floor with a fantastic vista of Tbilisi Old City as well as the Mother of Georgia statue (see attached photo with view from our room. The building structure is somewhat old but very well maintained, and all the facilities in our room were in good working conditions. Love the high ceiling. The staff members were all very cordial and helpful. The breakfast choices were a bit limited but adequate. Our room was at the end of the building and adjacent to a restaurant with live music. This did not really bother us at all, but I am making a note here for those who may be sensitive to this sort of thing.

Barbara (6/5): Schönes, historisches Gebäude aber leider viel Verkehrslärm. - Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Stadt ist wunderschön und der Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht. Die gegenüberliegende Strasse ist sehr laut und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist übersichtlich. Etwas speziell ist, dass man beim Auschecken durch den Room Service prüfen muss, ob man etwas konsumiert oder entwendet hat, um dies dann zu bezahlen.
Christine (6/5): Aufenthalt mit Problemen - Die Lage und die Aussicht auf den Fluss waren super. Das Bad ist hochwertig ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren so unbequem, wir haben noch nie auf solchen harten Matratzen geschlafen, man hat jede Feder gespürt. Es könnte sein, dass dort eigentlich ein Topper drauf gehört. Eine junge Frau an der Rezeption am Vormittag des 15.06.25 wirkte unmotiviert und desinteressiert. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Beschreibung in der Leistungen aufgeführt sind, zum Beispiel eine Lunch Box bei früher Abreise. Wir fragten danach und es wurde verneint ohne Erklärung. Weiter fehlte eine Fernbedienung und in der Beschreibung stand, dass sie in Rechnung gestellt wird wenn sie nicht da. Wir teilten mit, dass sie bei uns fehlt, denn wir wollten sie natürlich nicht bezahlen. Sie hat gesagt sie checkt es. Es ist bis zum Abend aber nichts passiert so dass, wir noch einmal uns darum kümmern mussten. Am Abend wurde uns zumindest erklärt, dass die Beschreibung nicht mehr zutreffend ist und wir keine Lunch Box bekommen können. Die Fernbedienung wurde uns sofort ausgehändigt. Wir waren schon mehrfach in Georgien und haben einen so schlechten Service nicht erlebt.

SlovakFlight (10/5): Very nice and cosy hotel with great location and beautiful views from the comfortable room! - This was my second stay in this hotel and yes, I have fallen in love with it. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help, the room is outstanding with all facilities you may need, including a very spacious balcony (with chairs and a table) with a beautiful view over Tbilisi old town, Kura river and Nariqala fortress. I also like the spacious bathroom and that the room has a fridge and tea-making facilities. Wi-fi works without any problems, too. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Avlabari metro station (and you will pass a supermarket, wine shops and friendly restaurants). I hope I can return to sunny Georgia in the future and stay at this very nice and cosy hotel again!

Dimochka (5/5): Прекрасный вид на реку и город! Сервис под девизом: назад в советский союз. - Вид с балкона на Куру и город потрясающий! Приятная и удобная локация. 1. При заселении сообщили: гости запрещены! И действительно, гостю показать этот вид на реку запретили. Гостю войти в номер нельзя! 2. Есть прейскурант - сколько стоит стакан, наволочка, лампа, стул. Об этом сразу сообщают на ресепшн. И действительно, проверяют номер при выселении на предмет наличия чашек, ложек, стульев... 3. Сейф полноценно не работает. Инструкции нет. Закрывает и не открывает. Девочки на ресепшн в этом не разбираются, три дня пытались справиться, но увы... 4. Завтрак скудный: кашка, вялые огурцы, подернутая дымкой вареная колбаса.. Компенсируется удивительным прекрасным панорамным видом на город.

Akın (7/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Balkonlu odaya geçtikten sonra daha mutlu olduk ilk oda penceresi çok küçüktü ve yukarıdaydı. Ve banyosu kokuyordu Yataklar çok temiz değildi saçlar vs vardı. Ve hiç rahat değildi genel olarak yataklarda sıkıntı vardı. Ekstra yorgan istedim yardımcı oldular yatağın üstüne serip yattım.

Zard (8/5): The room and services were truly amazing - The location was perfect—close to meetup areas, restaurants, and markets. Our hotel room had a beautiful view overlooking Meydan. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The downside was that we only got to enjoy breakfast once, as it was served at 9 AM, and most of our tours started earlier.
