• Joseph (3/5): See above - The room was too small and the AC did not work and with temperatures approaching and exceeding 90 degrees each day it was to say the least unbearable. Only on Thursday morning when the outdoor temperature dropped was the room temperature acceptable. B/T/W my work requires that I travel throughout the country and I m sad to say this was one of the worst experiences I have had in all my travels. Sorry to have to say this but it is in your best interests to hear the truth. The only positive was those employees I encountered were very nice and friendly people

• Quesson (8/5): Très bon séjour - La chambre est très confortable, une cafetière avec un réassort de dosettes quotidien lorsque la chambre est nettoyée. Il y a du café à disposition à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner avant l'ouverture et après la fermeture, de la salle, de l'eau dans le hall. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Des goûters sont proposés plusieurs fois par semaine dans le hall (crêpes, cookies, pop corn). Il y a un service de bagagerie à l'accueil qui permet de se promener dans la ville le jour du départ en toute légèreté. Il manque de place pour stocker ses vêtements. Il faut marcher 10/15 minutes jusqu'au métro le plus proche.
• Camden (8/5): - Good location, free hot breakfast of middling but acceptable quality (usually eggs, potatoes, and bacon/sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juice) decent location half way between Central Park and Hudson River Greenway, nice downstairs bar area for hanging out/eating takeout meals Tight quarters both in the room and downstairs. It seemed I was always stepping around things just to cross a room. The hotel is about three loooong blocks away from the nearest subway station

• Fabio (8/5): Un hotel pratico e accogliente, ideale per esplorare Manhattan senza rinunciare al comfort essenziale. - La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: comoda per visitare Manhattan, a pochi passi da Central Park e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e premuroso, pronto ad aiutare sia al check-in che durante il soggiorno, facendo sentire l’ospite accolto e seguito.
 La colazione era abbondante e ben organizzata, con una buona gestione anche negli orari di maggiore affluenza. Tuttavia, la proposta risultava poco varia e si sentiva la mancanza di una scelta più ampia di prodotti dolci, aspetto che avrebbe reso l’esperienza complessivamente migliore. Gli ascensori sono chiaramente sottodimensionati rispetto al numero di ospiti: durante le ore di punta l’attesa è stata spesso lunga e poco piacevole. Inoltre, il climatizzatore in camera era piuttosto rumoroso, soprattutto nelle ore notturne, disturbando in parte il riposo.

• Gloria (10/5): Hotel da prendere in considerazione - Hotel molto bello, personale gentile e ambiente sicuro e tranquillo. Pulizia nelle camere tutti i gg e camere molto comode. Niente di particolare, solo aggiungerei più dolci nella colazione...solo questo, poi per il resto la colazione offriva cose diverse ma molto più sul rustico che sul dolce.

Literie relativement confortable (matelas à ressort... pas ma préférence). Petit déjeuner varié inclus dans le prix. Possibilité de prendre un café ou thé à emporter le matin à l’entrée de la salle du petit déjeuner. Literie à ressort. Netflix non fonctionnel. Assez peu de produits de toilette (pas de lotion corporelle sauf à la demande, pas de pot à brosse à dents). Toute la vaisselle de l’hôtel est jetable notamment au petit déjeuner donc pas très écologique.

Personal ist freundlich Die Zimmer sind klein, es gibt keinen Vernünftige Kleiderschrank, die Dusche ist inferior gebaut. 1 Woche hat nur ein Lift für 18 Stockwerke funktioniert was zu erheblichen Verzögerungen geführt hat.

• Journey03890098852 (8/5): Comfortable stay with great staff, minor drawbacks - I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park during the 2025 New York City Marathon and overall had a very comfortable experience. The hotel itself felt well-maintained, secure, and safe. A key card is required to access the elevators, and there was also a security guard present in the evenings, which added an extra layer of comfort. The front desk staff were consistently excellent... friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They really stood out and made a positive impression. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in Manhattan. For one person, it was perfectly adequate and had everything I needed: a fridge, TV, coffee maker, full-length mirror, and a simple but functional bathroom with a stand-up shower. I slept well and found it comfortable overall. There were a few downsides. During my stay, elevator maintenance was ongoing, which meant either calling to have the elevator brought to us or taking the stairs. While this was inconvenient, it had been communicated in advance and staff did their best to manage it. The view from my room was also not ideal. It looked directly into the windows of a nearby institutional building, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. Housekeeping could definitely improve attention to detail. I found hairs from previous guests and even a bloodstain on one of the pillowcases upon arrival. I left a note, and to their credit, the issue was addressed promptly the next time the room was serviced. Despite these issues, I had a comfortable stay and a good overall experience. The excellent staff and overall functionality of the hotel outweighed the negatives for me.

I had to extend my two day trip multiples times, and each time Taytianna at the front desk provided amazing customer service. She helped me navigate the cost and understand my options. I felt very welcome and supported. Couldn’t recommend this place more because of her!

The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑maintained throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet—surprisingly expansive, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. One of only two elevators was working the day we checked out. The ride up and down to the 18th floor took quite awhile with everyone using one elevator at check-out time.
• MartynG_11 (8/5): Decent Stay - Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff are great and manage this busy hotel really well. I checked in and actually had to change my room from 205. All rooms ending 05 are positioned next to laundry for the respective floor so have periodic noise (doors closing loudly) through the day with staff coming and going. I made a judgement to switch and was reassigned 816 which was at the back, comfortable and quiet. The hotel borders Hells Kitchen which is excellent for bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. I took long walks in Central Park each morning which is about 3 blocks away. The King Bed was so comfortable after long days walking the city. Tea and coffee in the room, and a small bathroom with an excellent shower. A decent buffet breakfast served each morning. I was there early as I could see the place getting busy. Eggs, a meat option, breakfast potatoes offered with fruit cereals and bread and pastries. Juices and coffee too. Staff on reception always pleasant and helpful as were the kind breakfast ladies.

• Jelena (9/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location; you can reach Times Square in just a 20-minute walk. The breakfast was phenomenal, there’s something for everyone, and the menu changes every day. From eggs, fruit, meat options, puddings, fruit spreads, to various drinks… The rooms are a great size, they are cleaned every day, and everything is always tidy. The staff are also friendly and always there to help when you need something. The only thing that wasn’t good was that only one elevator was working. Sometimes we had to wait for it for up to 15 minutes, after which we would give up and take the stairs all the way to the 17th floor.
• Elliot (10/5): Overall, a pleasureable experience with over the top hospitality. - I liked the excellent professionalism from the staff. Very informative on what is taking place on the premises. My wife liked the option of adjusting the room thermostat to 90 Degrees in Autumn, as she was born with Anemia. The walls are not hollow, so, maintaining a constant room temperature is superb based on the thermostat settings. I booked the room with the King Size bed. My review is based on such quarters. The room is fairly small but, manageable considering the price point.

• April (1/5): Stay on the bottom floor so you don't have to take the elevator. - Only one elevator works and you have to call the front desk to get the elevator to go down. Then hope it's not full when it finally reaches you. This was horrible! We had to walk down 11 flights of stairs several times. The staff was friendly.
