- Sofiia (9/5): Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - We had a great vacation at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the cleanliness was top-notch. It's fantastic that they have a sauna and a gym on-site (note: the gym is more of an old-school weightlifting area, geared towards bodybuilders). The breakfasts were tasty with plenty of choices. I was here with my two kids, and the welcome gifts for them were a lovely touch. Strongly recommend!

- Lea (10/5): - Ein sehr toller Spa-Bereich und ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Betten die bequemsten, in denen ich je geschlafen habe. Auch die Möglichkeit direkt im Hotel Abendessen zu können ist sehr gut. Die Wände sind leider dünn und nicht schalldicht.

- Annie (9/5): - The hotel has super nice staff, good breakfast and good restaurants, and great sauna. It is conveniently close to the train station. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but the bed was larger :) All in all, I recommend for a stay in Kiruna!

- Fredrik (8/5): - Very friendly hotel. Nice pub/restaurant on-site. Had lots of facilities. Easy access by car. Room was very small and too warm. No way to open the window or adjust the heating.

- Darius (3/5): I was very disappoint - Quite a good breakfast. Dirty, old hotel with overpriced rooms, I think it's not worth a third of what they charge per night. We booked the most expensive room, which I think should be a priority, but when we entered the room, there was garbage on the floor, the walls were splattered with something, everywhere you turn, it was dirty, so we asked for another room, we got a cheaper one, but the price was not changed because of that. The other room was a little cleaner, but the cabinets were broken, everything seems to be in emergency mode, I saw wall panels flying near the entrance door, I hope the renovation work has already started and everything will improve by the next time if I ever have to visit there again in my life.

We forgot our kid's cap near the reception and they kept it visible there until morning. The bathroom probably had a leak from the shower side, which flooded the bathroom. Since we only stayed for one night and were tired, we reported this in the morning. The shower's drain probably was the issue

- Blue (8/5): Helpful staff, nice breakfast and good location. - I had an amazing view of the sunset from my window, and the receptionist Michaela was super nice and helpful when I asked for assistance on many things. The room was pretty cold at night and the switch on the heater didn’t make it obvious on how to turn it up, so my first night was pretty cold until I figured out how to turn up the heating on the second night.
