• Jon (8/5): Best rooms in town, shame about the breakfast. - Room was beautiful, probably the nicest in town. Staff were very friendly, good location. Shop over the road has everything you need. Great value for money. The Favehotel is connected with the Aston, it shares its facilities. The pool and gym are on the roof of the Aston. The rooms in the Fave are much nicer than the Aston. The breakfast made me sick, avoid. Just order food or eat at the warungs.

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent hotel. There is everything you need and everything works fine. The hotel has a large parking lot. And a very good breakfast. There is no refrigerator in the room and this was stated when booking. However, there must be a refrigerator, especially in this heat.
• Katia (7/5): Good for a stop over. - Generic yet good hotel close to the sea. Staff spoke hardly any English. Twin bedroom had no outside window., only in the double bedroom.

• Gary (9/5): Two hotels in one - Aston + Fave - it offers everything rooftop pool/buffet restaurant/massage spa. - Room clean, good shower, comfortable bed, air-con strong, wifi fast. Rooftop pool excellent infinity view, wifi as well. Restaurant food fantastic, both dinner menu and breakfast buffet (good coffee). Location close to many restaurants, beaches and shops. Interesting town, wide streets, clean, well designed, massage options, chain restaurants, Pertamina tax revenue clearly a benefit. If rainy season, I would like to have covered parking for my motorcycle but not a problem this visit.

The price was amazing. value for money, just a few minutes by foot from public beach, good staff which giving good hospitality service, variety kind of food are served during breakfast

• tungky (4/5): Never Again - The hotel is undergoing renovation so it is noisy espcially on the 6th floor. The worse thing is the renovation is still ongoing at 10pm. Clearly, they do not want their guests to rest. Had to complain at twice to the receptionist and manager on site ti they stop work at 10.20pm. Room is normal. Bedsheets is dirty with holes. There is hair on the bed as well. I guess they don't change linens between guests. The manager on site is nice and helpful though. Helped to resolve the noise issue promptly. That is the only reason 2* was given.

• perdhana2000 (8/5): Experience stay in Fave hotel cilacap - so far nice place but with some limitations, if the hotel rate can be lower, I will much appreciate since I will often go to Cilacap, anyway it is nice to stay in fave hotel cilacap, please speed up the renovation

• suren5717chris (4/5): Room - Air conditioning was super duper bad. Had to change almost 4 rooms. Staffs were good. No complains on that. It's the responsibility of the hotel manager to educate and to make sure things are in order to receive minimum complaints.
• 571fet (10/5): It was great. - It is biggest hotel in this city. The room are clean, comfortable, tidy with fresh smell. This hotel has a pool on the roof top so we can see amazing view. From now they didn't provide mineral water on bottle but they provide mineral jug and water dispenser on the corridor. That nice because they start to campaign for go green with decreasing plastic waste. I feel Satisfy during my stay.
• Nins (10/5): - Rooms were simple but spacious, even with king-sized bed in place. Love also that there's a minimart a few eateries across the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful too. They helped us arrange for transportation to Jogja at a last minute request. A great stay for our visit in Cilacap.
