- Susan (2/5): Worst Hotel stay ever - I checked in around 2:00PM but didn’t go to my room till later. The room was filthy with cigarette butts behind the nightstand and cigarette ashes in the nightstand drawer. The room stunk like dog urine and looked like dogs had been urinating on the wall. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. I called the front desk and he said the odor was from paint. I’m not stupid I know what paint smells like. He wouldn’t even let us change rooms
- Brande (10/5): - Ok
- Leslie A (10/5): - No ice buckets fpr rooms
- Leslie A (10/5): - Its ok but no ice bucket for rooms
- Leslie A (10/5): - Nice
- Montgomery (8/5): The facility met all last moment accommodations which was great a very appreciative that there was r - There was no continental breakfast there we went out for our own breakfast which was fine And one of the rooms the toilet didn't work but the facility took care of it immediately which was great
- Trenia (4/5): Do better - Not the best place to stay. Couldn’t use the shower because there was something black stuck in the tub. Also not sure what it was but there was a lot of banging noises throughout the night as if something metal was colliding with something else. It was hard to sleep. I was woke majority of the night and checked out at 7:30 am. I felt like I was cheated. The soap was so hard and small it didn’t work had to keep scrubbing it against the towel and it still didn’t suds up smh
- Ben (4/5): - Too tired after long drive and did not pay attention to the red flags. (1) Empty parking lot (2) Cash only (3) Room funk smell (4) Run down look of room. Most positive thing was the well lit parking lot since I was worried about my work truck getting broken into. Travel frequently and always budget minded which this place met but I still was pushing the limit for staying in run down motels.
- Sharon (2/5): - Whn we got there it was cold the guy came to a home made window & can i help you I Immediately said is this place dangerous? Why is the inside lock that's poor customer service he opened the door i asked to see the rooms after reading a sign u have 15 min to get a refund i knew that was not good so he took me to the room the smell was really bad beds nast i said sir i can't sleep like this put my thon
- Larry (6/5): - Nothing
- Susan (8/5): - That's probably at the hotel was on the older side but it was cleaned and neat for the most part. the guy that the front desk was wonderful
- ash (2/5): - I'm giving this a low rating because when I booked the room I booked it because it said pets were allowed. As soon as I got there, the front desk lady said their policies changed and only service animals are allowed. Please update your website or something because now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund since the room was prepaid
- Roy (10/5): - Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating
- Hinton (1/5): Bad - The fact that when I arrived to check in the doors were all locked no one there and an orange tag on the door from the fire Marshall for unsafe conditions and this was posted on the door since the 16th of January had to drive around looking for another place to stay. It would have been nice to of been told that I didn't have my reservation anymore . I think you need to keep in better connection with the hotels and your customers in the future
- James D (4/5): Not a great place - Bare minimalist hotel. Dont expect much still used physical keys
- Maureen (10/5): - Would be back
- Guillermo (1/5): Buyer Beware!!! - NOTHING TO LIKE HERE!!! The place was a total dump. Wouldn't ever drive near the place. I can't imagine why Knights Inn would put their brand on the line with this sewer. The whole experience was awful.
- Moses (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (10/5): - Cheap and no issues not bad for the price everyone should go here you only go for a few hours sleep anyways
- Angela (8/5): Reasonable price and value for overnight stay - If you only need a place to sleep for a few hours for a reasonable price and don’t need any amenities, this is a reasonable choice. Stayed just long enough to sleep a few hours. Staff were polite and said staff were available 24/7. First impression pulling in made me uneasy as it is very run down and had a vehicle parked with two flat tires. Libby has a window with a small gap to slide things in and a sign that said no refunds after 15 min, made me a little cautious. I asked to see the room first and he was great about allowing that. Bed Box springs were visibly stained but sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The window unit worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature. Had a microwave and mini fridge but we did not use. Had a chain on the door for security.
Overall, the room was worn but functional for our needs. No sign of bugs. Price for the room was reasonable when we only stayed about 8 hours to sleep and back on the road.
- Diane (1/5): I will not stay again - The property looked clean The refrigerator was dirty. The room was dirty.
- Collins (1/5): Bad -
- Jacob (1/5): scammer and theives pressing charges - scammers I paid for it for my booking, and they wouldn't let me use my room then they took my debit card and tried to charge me again. My debit card was deactivated for suspicious activity. And now I gotta get a whole new debit card.
- Robert (1/5): Bad -
- Thames (8/5): Very good -
- alvaro (2/5): - Very very dirty..
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional -
- brittany (10/5): - Perfect Customer service
- Annette (1/5): Run - Location Dirty
- Passion (1/5): Dirty! DO NOT STAY - Was not far from where we needed to be The rooms were filthy. There were bugs in the first room she put us in. The walls were nasty like the place never had been cleaned. The bath tub was broken in the first room where the part the water comes out almost came out of the wall. The people were rude and made it seem like she didn't want to help. This place needs to be shut down for health code violations. We didn't have time to go to another hotel because we were going to a funeral. We didn't see the second room until we came back and it was late to even go anywhere else. The walls in the room looked as it never had been cleaned just dirty
- Corona (10/5): Exceptional - Good location Older building
- Rahul (8/5): Very good -
- Lori (6/5): - Rooms were clean but really need to be repaired for wear and tear on walls, doors, flooring. Light between beds didn't have knob to turn it on. Freezer had frozen dirty ice in it. Doors to front counter were locked so you have to converse thru plastic window. Place was quiet which was nice. Close to highway and restaurants. Just needs cosmetic updates.
- Sadarri (6/5): - I like to stay here I don’t like when they come knocking on my door if check out at til 11 yall shouldn’t be bothering ppl at 10:45
- Juan Diego (10/5): - Good and affordable!
- Jim (1/5): Bad -
- vineeth (2/5): - Worst ever place to live
- Jasmyn (4/5): It was fine if you need somewhere to go for the night - Nothing The deposit that you sent told about
- Linton (7/5): Okay, once A.A.I (Americans against injustices) finish up! - Though the property was okay staff double charged me for room deposit! Though the property was okay staff double charged me for room deposit!, and call to office for disturbance, was met by poor language communication, and a sleepy staff member!
- Sadarri (10/5): - It’s clean right by the mall I can shop and walk back there’s restaurants all around I like it there comfortable beds to easy fall asleep
- Bruce (4/5): Poor Show - Mediocre hotel didn’t service room language barrier with staff an they begged for a five star review outside of the cheap price I wouldn’t recommend this place.
- Ashley (4/5): - I got bed bugs bites. It is a cheap motel, but I wasn’t expecting to be bitten by bugs.
- Sadarri (10/5): - I liked the room I was in it was quiet clean and sleep able I was able to by different food and put in the freezer and fridge breakfast in the morning will be nice I’ll cook if you need one
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was exactly what I paid for. No frills for sure but if you just want a cheap room for the night and aren’t picky about thinks like the smell or is all the paint is completely attached to the wall, then look no further. Friendly staff and the place was quiet. I slept for most of the stay so why pay more?
- Lynelle (10/5): - The staff was nice
- Telesforo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (1/5): Old and run down - Did let us stay because we had a small dog. Nothing
- Karthick (2/5): - One of the terrible stay I have ever stayed. Smoking smell is everywhere in the property. Definitely not advisable for families and with small kids. It was said as non-smoking room but the bedcover bed chairs everything smells smoking. Very inconvenient and pathetic one. I never recommend property to anyone.
- Md Fazlay (6/5): - It is good for money but they should clean the property much better.
- Abishek (10/5): - Good staff. Good staying.
- Brenda (2/5): - This place is disgusting. Why were we charged more for the room then the daily rate? It wasn't even a clean room. Also charged a certain fee for deposit. Door doesn't seal correct. A chain on the door for which looks as if its been kicked in. Will not stay again, and I will not ever use Expedia again, after the price hike. Hope you do better at being a good company. Was required to submit multiple reviews because they dont want me mentioning prices. Whatever
- 858johnathanh (8/5): Afforadability at it's best - The Hotel was very peaceful and close to restuarants and shopping spots also the employees were very nice and thoughtful when it came to the way they handled their services
......I would definitely book a room again and the prices were very affordable
- Taniqua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jerry (4/5): Knights Inn? Should be City Dump! - Absolutely filthy!!! OMG! If I could have went to another place I would have! You are not allowed to even go into the lobby! They have you check in through a back door! Very very hot in the makeshift lobby. At least pretend to care!
Do better Knights Inn! I don't think I could come back!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Idk what everybody else experienced but I loved it - I’m not gone lie it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms gave studio apartment very comfy and quiet. Sheets were bright white and I didn’t see any bugs my whole stay. Front desk Was super nice and they actually return your deposit. Location is convenient as well there are restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. This will be the only place I stay when I visit this part of town. Thank you guys for the excellent service!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Budget savvy travelers dream - Knights Inn is a great hotel to book if you’re trying to watch your money.
The staff are helpful and kind. I would absolutely stay here again.
The WiFi connection could be better, however.
