Millie (10/5): They even upgraded us to the top room with the best view for free. Great communication, left fruit and cake and provided - Such a perfect location - waterfront!! Ocean views, and walkable to lots of yum restaurants on the water. Nothing!
Jan (10/5): - The studio apartments are cute in Cycladic style. Keys were waiting for us and it was an easy handover. We have really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the water. The rooms are spotlessy cleaned daily and the cleaning lady is a gem. On arrival we were surprised by cake, fruit and condiments as well as pods and milk for the coffee machine. Then we were delighted to find these were replenished daily! The studio is in the middle of 3 great beaches, directly in front or only 10 mins walk either side. There are tavernas, shops and small supermarkets all within meters of the apartment. Maria and her mum are super friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. We planned a week stay but ended up staying 2.
Catherine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - nice place with great location - The host, Maria, was very friendly and helpful when greeting us and communicating throughout. She added a very nice personal touch by bringing us her family's homemade liqueur. There was fresh fruit left in our room every day. Maria also provided excellent recommendations that improved our experience. The location is great - steps away from Agia Anna beach. We had access to free sunbeds (with the cost of drinks ordered at the restaurant), and a quick 15 minute drive to Naxos town. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and fairly clean. True to the pictures on the booking site. Arranging to get our laundry done was easy, quick, and an ok price. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The little pull out table on our balcony was broken, so we couldn't really use it, but I'm sure it won't be long before it is fixed. It would be nice to enjoy your breakfast out on the balcony once it is fixed. Also some of the towels and linens had some stains.

Kathleen (10/5): An unforgettable stay in this architecturally beautiful hotel!! - Maria, the host, was waiting for us at the front patio and enthusiastically greeted us. She explained everything about our room, and shared her recommendations for places to eat and activities we might be interested in. We took her advice with restaurants by the beach and the full day Naxos tour. Everything was excellent. The apples, bananas, and slices of cake in our room were unexpected but a beautiful gesture of a Naxian welcome. Maria went above and beyond and I hope for another opportunity to visit this amazing island and her wonderful people. One will immediately recognize and appreciate the beauty of this new hotel, impeccably designed in Cyclades architectural style, and very tastefully decoated. I must note its safety and immaculate cleanliness. Thank you Naxian Breeze for being part of our amazing Naxian experience.

Melissa (10/5): Travelers seeking authentic local experiences and beachfront convenience. - This family-run gem is what authentic Greek hospitality is all about. Maria and her wonderful family welcomed us like old friends - Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location right by the beach is perfect, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The beachfront restaurant offers sunbeds (just remember you’ll need to order breakfast and lunch to secure them), and both the food and drinks are excellent. Don’t miss Maria’s mother’s homemade cake - it’s absolutely delicious! **Getting around:** The city bus runs every 20 minutes for just 2 euros - you can buy tickets at the local market by the bus stop. Fair warning about the shower - water does escape everywhere, so be prepared! But honestly, it’s a small price to pay for such genuine hospitality.

Pauline (10/5): Relaxing beach holiday. - Located just a stone throw from the water.Host was very friendly and helpful.The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a small balcony outlooking the water on the side.There were many taverns to pick from and a supermarket very close by. We looked forward to our cake and fruit, left for us each day. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the local bus passed if needed.

Nare (9/5): Exceptionally good! - Clean, comfy, pretty just like on the photos. Extremely friendly host, who explained all the rules, gave some friendly advice on how to use a public transport and which restaurants to go to, as well as some excursions and stuff. Also treated my to ice cream free of charge 🥹 Hot water is situational and you can easily run out of it. But I believe that’s normal for this kind of facilities and in general for this island. Still was enough for me more or less Also a cold shower is totally an option in the summer heat.

Tamir (10/5): If you’re looking for clean room by the beach, with perfect Greece experience this is the place for it. - The location and the view from the balcony, the room was beautiful and they cleaned it every day. Maria is a great Hoster, informative and welcoming. She’s available for any questions. The restaurant next door was amazing with friendly waitress, amazing food and good value for money beach beds. Nothing.

Enola (10/5): We had a wonderful experience at Naxian Breeze. - Our stay at Naxian Breeze was wonderful. The location was amazing - you literally just walk around the corner and you’re on the beautiful beach lined with restaurants that offer sunbeds with umbrellas as well as delicious food. We were greeted on arrival by Maria and she was very nice. She even helped bring our luggage up to the top suite. We were a large family group so we had 2 units —the very bottom and the very top. Both rooms were immaculately clean, and each had a plate of fresh fruit and some scrumptious homemade cake made by Maria’s mother. Maria helped us arrange a laundry pickup right away, and it was really nice to not have to take time away from our vacation by going to a laundromat. The duration of our stay remained very pleasant. We couldn’t hear anyone else through the walls. The view of the Aegean Sea from the top suite was magical. The AC worked well. The bed in the top floor suite was firm but comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed in the family suite. We had a friendly housekeeper who tidied up our rooms each day and left us more fruit and cake. Maria was responsive and helpful with any questions I had during our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The water temp and pressure from the top suite was problematic at peak times of use, but I understand that may be unavoidable.

Paré (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located very close to the beach, it's very pleasant to walk few steps and to be right at the beach. The patio is very nice. Interior decoration with sea thematic is well done and charming. Every day coffee and honey refills were appreciated. Hard to find something negative, but I would say in the bathroom a fan to evacuate humidity after shower would help because the room close to the shower was humid at night, and the other room was cold, due to AC.
Jon (10/5): Perfect apartment in Agia Ana, Naxos. - We stayed here 3 years ago and it was perfect. We were delighted to return and find everything was at least as good as before. We stayed in Room 1 (suite). Well designed , stylish and everything was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen area very usable , the air con was efficient and the bathroom and dual shower excellent. Everything you could need. The property is positioned right near the beach and close to a number of really lovely restaurants. The balcony and position meant we enjoyed the best sunsets looking over towards Paros. It is minutes away from the beach and sea, and nearby to many restaurants, cafes, a few shopping attractions, and a bus stop should you want to explore the other towns. Louise (10/5): Dream stay in Agia Anna - We had an amazing stay at Naxian Breeze and would have loved to stay longer. With 3 meters to the beach, a super friendly and helpful host, and daily cleaning and refill of coffee and fruits, it’s hard to ask for more… The suite was perfect for us and our baby but would most likely have been a bit tiny for four people.

Maria is a kind and responsive host, always making sure everything is just right. Linda (8/5): Serene and peaceful stay - The room was small but cosy and comfy. Love how it is decorated, very athestically pleasing and enjoyed the balcony facing the sea front. But as it was end of season, only one restaurant close by was opened, the Gorgona Tavern and it was very near the apartment. We enjoyed our dinner there. Maria was responsive in her commmunication via watsapp. She also provided freshly baked cakes during our stay. Carrying our own luggages up to the 4th floor!

Trista (10/5): Perfect, relaxing, beautiful. - Everything was so comfortable and they tidied up our room each day, which was fantastic. Great location, it couldn’t have been closer to the beach unless it was literally beachfront. The restaurant downstairs also had great food and let you stay at a cabana if ordering a meal which was a great bonus.

Sharon (10/5): Highly recommended, first class studio and location. - The location of this property is excellent and being able to have access to beach beds on the beach below at no extra cost was fabulous. The room was very comfortable with lovely bathroom facilities and a small balcony so we could watch the sun go down and enjoy the sea view. Maria and her staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and looked after us beautifully.

Julie (9/5): Superb - Maria was prompt with communication and met us upon arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning lady was excellent. We had a wonderful sea view and sunset every night in suite 2. Location is beautiful, with several tarvernas on your doorstep, and more if you walk 10 minutes down the road. Easy access to supermarkets and buses, and even an early morning ferry to Paros for the day, at only 5 euro return. Lovely chilled break and would definitely recommend this property 👌 There was nothing we didn't like, about the property. Luckily, Maria told us about the tarverna Ostria, where you could reserve a sunbed for free but obviously you purchased drinks etc. Our first day, we made the mistake of going to another Tarverna, who told us it was 20€ for the sunbeds and they expected you to spend around €40 on top, so Osteria was a great recommendation and the staff were lovely.

Maria (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, next to the beach where you will find everything you need, bars and tavernas. Easy access with the bus, just 2 mins away from the bus station. Maria is very helpful and answers fast to any questions you might have. It is a good deal for the money you pay. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. The bathroom needs a renovation. Pictures are misleading you to think property is on the beach (it is behind facing the street).
Sylvia (5/5): Great location but falsely advertised - The property was clean, a good location and tastefully decorated. This was a very disappointing experience. The room is supposed to have a seaview. The view is obstructed from the side of a tiny balcony, maybe 10% of the sea you can see. The host refused accountability. Otherwise you have a full view of the building next door and the alley way. This was clear false advertising. The pictures are not accurate of the view you have. There is another hotel infront of this one which is actually beachfront with the seaview I would imagine none of the suites would have a proper seaview. Also a lack of hot water.

Rose (9/5): Sun, sea and beach location - The rooms are very well organised. The lights and shapes all are thought trough. Espresso machine, little kitchenette and fridge ofcourse present. The room itself is small, but it all works. Balcony with lovely view of the sea and beach. Location is just 20 meters or so from the beach and restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Towels and shampoo present and every day there was some cake and fruit waiting for us. Very nice extra! Maybe a (small) parasol on the balcony as it get's very hot up there.

The decor was authentic and stylish. It had all the facilities we needed, and delicious cake on arrival. The room was just a bit too small for us, and it lacked storage in the bathroom.

Free beach towels and rooms cleaned every day! Also loved the special little touches including homemade cake! Also, just to add, the staff are fantastic! Communication was excellent from the start and when we left a couple of items behind, Maria went above and beyond to make sure they were sent to us in our next destination without hesitation. Would 💯 recommend and stay again. Thank you Naxian breeze for a beautiful week!

Debbieparos (9/5): Perfect stay almost on the beach at Agia Anna - The property was just as nice as the photos had promised. The room was clean as a pin, a good size and the decoration is beautiful. Nice touches of welcome fruit and even cake. Keys were on the door as arranged and I really cannot fault this little place. Ideal location just 1 minutes from the beach with lots of nice places to eat and drink close by. And it was also very quiet and cool for sleeping. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Erin (7/5): Decent place in a great location. Maria was very nice. - Great location to walk right on the beach. Enough room for 5 people but was a little tight with all of our stuff. We ended up renting an additional night but had to switch rooms. The second room was much nicer and a little more spacious. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. Bathroom could have used a deep clean.

Louise (9/5): Relaxing beach break would stay again. - Location was fantastic. Right next to beach and a fabulous restaurant right on the beach too. Accommodation really pretty clean and comfortable. Host greeted us with homemade cake and left more later on during our stay. Loved everything but the middle room with 3 single beds was tricky to keep cool - you needed to leave door between main bedroom open for the aircon to cool both areas. Host offered a fan which definitely helped. We were 5 adults so would be less of a problem with smaller children.

It had a cute little kitchenette (which we didnt use), a queen bed in the bedroom with a door to a spacious patio. in the living room/kitchen area was another queen bed with a bunk on top. great location just steps from the beach and quite a few nice restaurants. we use the laundry service and they returned our laundry just the way we asked for it. it was a tight squeeze for 5 adults. i think it would have better suited 2 adults and 3 kids.

Christine (9/5): It was a very nice place with easy access to beach, restaurants, and car rentals. Very clean and qui - We rented 2 rooms for our family. The room for 2 adults was great . The second suite for 4 adults and 1 child was okay for one couple in a large room but the second sleeping area for a couple and a child was cramped with no place to put things. It was also hot in that room. We still had a great time there and the host was very responsive.
