Guest Reviews
- Galarza (4/5): Made me pay for days I did not stay in room. - Room was clean, also the front desk receptionist was very polite. Well I paid for 4 days was forced to leave after one evening, family situation and even though I checked out prior to check out time after the first day. No attempt was made to reimburse me for the days not used.

- Linda (4/5): Very disappointing and the staff doesn’t seem to care - It was next door to Berry’s Restaurant, right on the highway. As soon as we walked into the room there was an odor. I reported it , the worker came and sprayed some fresheners which helped for about 5 minutes. He had to come back to fix the TV again I told him the odor was back. He didn’t seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other places. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room literally stinks!

- Harvel (8/5): - I have been charged twice for this stay, 2 rooms. When we got to the hotel, the clerk insisted he needed a card for incidentals and was given a different card than we booked with. He charged the room on that card as well. Fighting with the credit card company but it is not looking like I will be reimbursed. The 2 cards were in different names, one mine the other my mom's, so they don't "see" the over payment.
- Dinah (9/5): - Very friendly service, clean facility, comfortable beds, quiet first floor, great location for travelers. Limited breakfast

- Martha (7/5): It was cheap and adaquate. - Location was perfect for my trip. The air conditioner was very good. The shower head could use some word. Having the fan and light in one switch in the bathroom was annoying.
- Daniel (5/5): A place to lay your head. - Price At check in, staff was on the phone. Very heavy accent. No water pressure. The breakfast was deplorable.
- Carl (1/5): Horrible - Nothing All of the cereal was stale. The biscuits were hard. The gravy was cold. There was a huge lack of variety. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. He used way too much starch on the sheets.

- Laveta (7/5): Bad first night the better second time.wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there until receptionistand cleaning crew are repl - The receptionist acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was glued to her phone and was not helpful in finding our room or in any way.
We stayed two different times: Saturday night October 4 and Sunday night October 12. If I hadn’t have prepaid for the second night we would have gone somewhere else.
The first night had a second floor room that stunk The pillows were so bad we used towels on top of them so we could sleep. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time we checked in. Not a smile or a welcome said.
The second night we stayed in room 101. Couldn’t believe the difference. Clean. Fresh. Receptionist was the same one as before and she hadn’t changed.

- Garry (9/5): Very pleased, would stay there again. - Somewhat hard to find for someone not familiar with area. We're looking for something on US Highway 49 for the night. The facility was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast, even though we came down late was excellent 👌 Food was still warm, wife was very pleased with the biscuit/gravey, sausage was tasty, juices cold.
- Zanaida (10/5): - My room was very clean. I appreciate you all! God bless! 💙
- Debbie (10/5): -
- KATHERYN (2/5): Horrible - No one to check you in absolutely no one present to check you out. Coffee was dark water. Room was misty and dank smelling. No breakfast to speak of.
- Jim (10/5): - Convenient location. Clean comfortable room
- Stacy (10/5): - Everything was great! Went for the weekend to play ball. Very clean and everyone was real friendly
- Sheri (9/5): - They were very accommodating for our softball team Staff was pleasant and helpful My blow dryer didn’t work but she helped fix that. And there was a foul odor in one of the girls room. They took care of that too
- Becky (8/5): - Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is difficult to understand and uncommunicative. English is not their first language and not one of the 3 we saw ever smiled or made us feel welcome in any way. We are friendly and smiling but it was never returned. Eerie.
- Grace (10/5): - Friendly accommodating staff. Clean hotel, it just needs a face lift but all you n all a great place to stay.
- Philip (9/5): Overall, very satisfied with the stay for the rate. - Clean and quiet. Could have had a better breakfast.
- David (8/5): - Parking ok clean room staff friendly air conditioner works very well
- Mary (8/5): - Very clean
- Denny (6/5): - The worst breakfast I have ever had.
- Sharla (8/5): - Great
- Yvette (8/5): - Older two story hotel in a very quiet area. The room was a bit musty (air conditioner) and worn and could use a remodel. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
- Marc (4/5): - Staff at front foyer sitting on cart reading phone with down . No communication. Water was brown. Yuck!
- James (10/5): - Awesome employee's. Very well kept property. Clean spacious rooms.
- Kathryn (9/5): I have stayed at this location multiple times. The staff has never been overly friendly. The do the basics but go no fur - Location and accessibility. Meager options for breakfast, most pans were almost empty by 8 am. Thee was no staff tending to the dining area.
- Rhonda (8/5): Good Value - The room had a slight musty smell, but otherwise we were quite satisfied with the room. It was comfortable, otherwise clean, and the price was right.
Breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and cold cereal. As others have said, they do not keep an abundance of extra food on the breakfast bar, so you might consider calling them 10 minutes before going to breakfast so they have time to make more!
- Heather (6/5): I was ok - A lot of kids, so very loud. Staff was pleasant, and friendly. Breakfast was sad.
- Linda (6/5): Good Enough - The staff was awesome! The room was clean. But the ac gave it a mildewy smell. The bath water was brown tinged. So
- Marcus (10/5): - Exactly as described and shown in pics.
- JEANETTE (6/5): - Close to were we needed to stay!
- Connie (8/5): - It was fine for the night. The room smelled a bit odd. No chair at the desk. Owhere to sit other than the bed. We’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t as well kept as before.
- Monica (10/5): - My stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Jackson Area was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt safe and cared for the entire time. Staff were kind and welcoming, and everything—from check-in to parking—was smooth and easy. It was the perfect place to rest and reflect while visiting family. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and calm.
- Bill (8/5): - Right next door to Berry’s restaurant. A great dining experience. Best catfish and vegetables on their buffet. Breakfast is not much. Screaming kids this stay on my floor. In the middle of a heatwave, the A/C kept our room cool enough to keep my wife happy that is going thru the change of life!
- 488pamelal (10/5): Pit stop in florence - Nice "pit stop" on way to pananma city beach. Breakfast needs to stay open later. Have more hot things too. No one there so hot stuff would be good.
- Paula (6/5): - Advertisement said refurbished. Very worn & dated. The room smelled very musty. Breakfast buffet was very limited. Snack pack of mandarin oranges, small yogurt & bread for toast.
- Melanie (10/5): - .
- Roger (8/5): -
- Paige (10/5): Great Value and Wonderful Staff - Food options were great with lots of places near by and breakfast provided at the hotel was perfect! Bed comfort was fantastic, my husband is very tall and he slept great. Internet access was very fast and didn't blink out or anything.
- Carol Y (10/5): Very pleased with facilities. - Location, price and cleanliness. We’ve stayed before but it was better this time than last year. They added a hot biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and boiled eggs and that was an added extra that in the past wasn’t served. Will stay there again.
- laurie (8/5): - Everything was great except the service was ok . They never gave us fresh wash cloths but other than that it was great
- Chrystal (8/5): Convenient hotel - The hotel grounds were clean. There was plenty of parking. The walls of the hotel were thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathroom vent fan was covered in dust. We did not try the hotel breakfast.
- Eduardo (10/5): - El cuarto El desayuno
- Navigate22147034363 (2/5): Rooms falling apart, dirty sheets, front desk lies at checkout - I feel the need to warn others about this hotel because I don’t usually complain about hotels but this was probably the worst I’ve ever seen a room. I was quickly looking for a place to sleep on our way back from Disney World and this was one of few options in the area, had a good rating and the pictures looked fine. They are definitely deceiving though! Only some of the rooms are updated, I got one that was not.
The baseboards were falling off, the mirror had large black spots in it, and the shower had what looked like tape holding it together. On top of that, they don’t even wash the sheets between guests! I saw a black smudge, which I could recognize as makeup on the sheets near the pillow, so I pulled it back to check the rest of it, and found a spot of clear dried-up fluid near the middle of the bed. There was also a large yellow spot, looking to be dried up urine, near the corner of the bed. I was disgusted. I went back to the front desk, and the woman working was out front smoking so I almost didn’t even stop to checkout before leaving. But by the time I got my kids and bag back in the car she was back. So I went in to hand her the keys and kindly let her know the room wasn’t a room I could sleep in (and why), I said I thought about asking for another room but I don’t think I’d even trust it like I can’t sleep here after that, so we were gonna just continue our drive.
She said she was sorry, and wouldn’t even have a room available to move me to, the best she could do was offer me new sheets. She said she reversed mine and my sisters check-ins (we had 2 rooms) and refunded her, and since I booked with a third party, I would need to contact them and they could contact the hotel for the refund to be approved. But surprise surprise, my sister didn’t actually get a refund, and the hotel is also refusing to approve my refund. I cannot believe they expect people to pay for rooms that are falling apart and don’t even wash the sheets, and then when they don’t have any room available, they’ll still take your money. So travelers beware, I would never trust this hotel.
