Simone (2/5): - During our one-night stay at this property, my partner and I had initially high expectations, given our positive experiences at other Choice hotels in the past. Regrettably, the only commendable aspects of this hotel were its convenient location and on-site parking. Our sleep was disrupted by the excessive heat in the room, compounded by a malfunctioning AC unit. Despite multiple attempts by the hotel staff to rectify the issue, no satisfactory solution was provided. Our eventual recourse to a fan proved futile as it, too, was in disrepair. Moreover, our disappointment was further compounded by the hotel’s refusal to honor the Expedia VIP voucher, which purportedly included two complimentary drinks. Instead, we were charged for a drink under the pretense of a “two for one” offer, a misrepresentation that I found disconcerting. While I opted to pay for the drinks to avoid further inconvenience over 65 Mexican pesos, the dishonesty of the situation left a sour impression. Considering these experiences, I intend to steer clear of this particular hotel and any others within the Choice chain in the future.

920lunas (2/5): WORSE PLACE EVER - Worse place ever and by the way it said Comfort inn but all the towels and linens said Loa Inn they will charge you for everything, they just provide you with one key and if you have a party of 4 and need a second key you have to pay 100.00 pesos per Key, the breakfast do not have anything the Ham is in plastic bags very disgusting and nasty. And no eggs, I am very disappointed because usually this brand has very nice places but this seem like a cheap hotel with the wrong brand name, I will bring all this to the brands attention I am platinum member and they charge me 750 per person and they claim was for the breakfast. Which I really don’t recommend at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Ana Irene (10/5): Excelente opción en el centro de Puebla - Las habitaciones del hotel son excelentes, las camas son incómodas, el hotel está muy limpio, la calefacción tiene la temperatura adecuada para que pases una excelente noche y cuenta con cortinas Blackout para que la luz exterior no te moleste mientras duermes. El servicio de buffet cuenta con fruta, chilaquiles, huevo, quesadillas, una gran variedad de jugos y cereales. El servicio del personal es por demás excelente. Son atentos, amables, y siempre están buscando que tengas la mejor estancia posible. Sin duda, es una excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana hasta la semana completa.

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice affordable hotel near Puebla downtown - Please put glasses in the rooms and hair dryers. I hated the fact that parking is valet parking only besides the fact that there was plenty of space. Breakfast is great for American breakfast options or breakfast buffet, but both a little expensive for Mexico. Area is good, hotel in general is in good condition and well maintained, staff is very nice and willing to help, plenty on hot water and beds are comfortable. If it wasn't for the valet parking I would stay there again.

Room was clean (you do need to bring your own bathroom glass-none provided) and good sized. The complimentary breakfast was either buffet on several days or made to order on other days-both contained good food.
