- Tina (1/5): Our brief stay there was an awful experience. We were there an hour or less. I can’t imagine what a full day would’ve be - Nothing it was so bad we actually left and didn’t stay . It’s a very long list of things we didn’t like initially walking into the room. It was dirty. It looked like there was poop or blood bat on the wall behind the toilet. There were wires dangling, and no smoke detector. The staff there was even more unpleasant than the room. The stairs going up seemed as if they had just been mopped. They were not marked with a wet floor sign so my wife almost fell down and back backwards. If it wasn’t for our service dog, she would have he saved her. We were told that the price of the room here in Louisiana to pick the cleanliness of it the cheaper the room, the dirtier.

We drove in from Texas and were there for the Softball Series in Youngsville. The beds were amazing. Room was clean and fresh. AC, on point !! I will definitely stay again as long as Ms. Ella is in charge. She runs a tight ship and her staff was amazing. Breakfast was great as well.

- Anderson (1/5): Never again.... - I didn't like it, the room was musty and the bedding was horribly stained to the point of disgusting. I did not stay and was refunded my payment. I also took pictures. They can have more appreciation for customers paying hard earned money to stay at their facility, starting with clean bedding, and ventilation. They are the true depiction of you get what you pay for and the sad part is , it was cheap.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good price - You can’t beat the price. We were at a Volleyball tournament at Youngsville, LA. The drive was about 20 minutes. Hotel was clean. A little loud due to the people next to us. My only other concern was they gave us 3 pillows for 2 of us. Should have have 4 :-)
- William (9/5): Superb - A pleasant surprise! The room seemed to have been recently remodeled. It was large with plenty of room and with more than one chair. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Air/heat was quiet and functioned perfectly. Not much; just found that the bathroom was not as upgraded as the rest of the room. The doors were obviously painted in spots instead of painting the entire door. The same went for the main door. Of course there was a difference in the paint color. Next time spend 20 min. More and paint the entire surface. Framework in the bathroom needed to be re-grouted and painted. Water pressure was not the best. But overall this room was worth the money.

- Keith (8/5): All in all a good value. I will be staying here while working in the area - You can only access room entrance with a card key. Staff were very helpful. My microwave went out and it was immediately replaced with a working one. The outer perimeter of the hotel could be a little more tidy but there’s a picnic table on both ends of the hotel. One is under a canopy. Good for cooking outside and being under a roof.

I will say we only saw 5 in a weeks time but that's still a lot. While I'm not at all comfortable with the bugs, It's better than the two other hotels next to it though who are raided with them yet cost $20 more a night. I feel like this hotel is in better condition than it was the last 2 years.
- Cheryl (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Worst Stay ever. And we are platinum members, meaning we stay in hotels a lot. Super rude staff at front desk. We ask for extra blankets because it was raining and the girl literally yell at us. We had to check out and go to the hotel next door in the middle of the snow as this hotel was the worst stay in every aspect.

The only downside is that I saw three small roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. Despite that, I would likely stay here again.

- Kilian (10/5): - The place was clean and quiet, but most importantly, the service was top notch. The staff is very respectful was glad to answer any questions we had! We were just passing through, spending two nights at the place and it was a pleasure. Free coffee in the morning, loads of brochures in the lobby, Wendys on the other side of the street and other stores are just 6 minutes away. Will recommend, would stay again!

We also saw roaches - though common in this area, still means the facility isn't being treated properly. We got switched to another room but it was a very basic room so I basically paid $20+ for nothing. We stay here at least twice a year around the same time of year, so I was disappointed in our experience this time. The clerk at the desk was nice though. Just wish I didn't pay the extra for nothing.

The 1 and only complaint is the water pressure being low so the water took awhile and the hot water wasn't great(still warm but not hot). Will definitely stay when in the area again
