• Carly (9/5): Charming and quaint place to stay - The location was wonderful being close to both Sister Bay and Ephraim, and a short (20min) drive to Northport to catch the ferry. It was quiet and quaint, with a nice breakfast spread and Piggly Wiggly just down the street if other groceries are needed. The room was spacious for two people, it included a fridge & microwave, and the water for the shower was plenty hot. Bed was comfortable. The A/C didn't work well and/or it was blowing into the side of the bed. The room ended up very warm and couldn't get it to cool down.

• Alycia (10/5): This place left a lasting impression - We really lucked out stumbling upon this hotel. For starters, it was a GREAT price and in an awesome location. Much of the hotel is hidden from the road behind trees and bushes, so it felt very private, peaceful, and extra safe. The woman who checked us in was SO cheerful and welcoming. The room itself exceeded our expectations with its size, quality, location, and many amenities. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom with the little window to watch TV through was SO lovely. We even lucked out and got the outdoor whirlpool under the gazebo all to ourselves in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. I will definitely return! Nothing! I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We were able to get a last minute reservation. Whirlpool tub in the room worked great! Loved the "tucked away" atmosphere and colorful fall foliage but still right in the middle of all the fun! Slightly outdated but otherwise not a single complaint!

• Blair (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay at the Coachlite Inn. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The room had a little too much furniture for its size, but all fit in a spot. The location was great for our needs - a little south of Sister Bay right on Highway 42. Even though we were close to the highway, it was quiet. While the room was very clean, it was a bit rough around the edges such as a fridge that needed to be defrosted and some chips in the walls - mostly due to busy use during the summer months - neither of which affected our stay. The staff at the front desk was great at both check in and check out and the breakfast spread was simple but nice. Overall we would stay here again. The price was reasonable, the locations was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very nice to have if you travel with the kids. Service was good, We arrived late on Friday moved in our room and noticed that fire alarm is making noises. Front desk person was about to leave but stayed after his hours which is 10pm to resolve the issue.
• GREG (10/5): Perfect setting - Great place. In a great location to enjoy the peninsula. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the rain at night with all the trees and beautiful landscaping. Too little time to completely indulge. Need more than two nights next time.

• Roxane (10/5): Cute little Inn - Always a cute little place to stay. Been staying there numerous times over the years. The owners are very friendly and always accommodating to whatever you may need.
• Cecily (8/5): - Likes: beautiful landscaping with a whimsical touch, comfy bed with good pillows, free parking, very helpful staff, water was hot and mini fridge was cold, thick towels, effective light-blocking window treatments, staff brought us a power strip for more outlets. Parking downtown on weekends is terrible, but the city does have a shuttle which conveniently stops at the entrance to the grounds. Dislikes: Room too crowded with table and wide chairs, king bed, loveseat, desk, dresser, mini fridge, dehumidifier, so no room to have two suitcases open. Dehumidifier power light on meant it was not turned on, so we lived in such humid conditions for two days until I asked for it to be checked if it was working. Breakfast was nothing remarkable, just cold cereal and yogurts. Not enough outlets and no USB ports so our electronics had to take turns charging. The light switch also turned off the outlets so we came back to find the laptop hadn't charged. Maybe it takes only 19 minutes to walk to the beach, but you have to cross the highway to get to the sidewalk. I'd stay there again if they have any larger rooms with a king bed, now that I know the tricks of managing the problems we had.
• Andrea (6/5): - The hotel was reasonably priced for the age of the property. The room was clean but my husband moved the foot rest so we could share it and the leg wasn't attached. The office area was crowded. The door to our room (which was directly accessible from the outside) had just a door handle lock. The deadbolt didn't have a hole in the door frame to even latch and the additional latch lock wasn't functional as it was half missing. Shower hot/cold was reversed but the hot water was very hot.

• David (6/5): Cute but.... - Room was OK but dated. Doors didn't shut completely because floor was warped. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Internet didn't work. Unit was below a family residence which was noisy at times.
• Michael (9/5): Very nice and relaxed stay in a unique facility - Convenient to the sights of Door Co Secluded from the Hwy noise by plants and design, done very nicely Very pleasant overall Room was well maintained and looked current in paint and decor Room was a bit smaller than expected at the price point, call it a 3/4 room. Things were tight as it had two beds. It would have been better with one larger bed and a chair, that may be an option we should have used.
• Joel (8/5): Clean affordable, relaxing stay - Front desk was very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was very nice after a long drive to get into a very clean room. Definitely would stay at this place again when we stay in Sturgeon Bay if you’re looking for a simple, very clean comfortable stay somewhere in a close proximity. This would be the place I would recommend.

Tucked away from highway yet convenient to explore Door Countu🍒 Couldn’t get a fourth pillow for Queen size…none available.TV didn’t work upon checking in, replaced on day 2 It seemed there might have been continental breakfast, but we weren’t informed there was one. Room Needed updating for “Deluxe Queensize” . Expected a little more….

• Melanie (5/5): The furnishings and decor of the room need to be refreshed. I'm all for quaint, but not shabby. - The location was good - close to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were nicely landscaped. Morning coffee in the office lobby was good with a nice patio. The furnishings were worn and not comfortable. The bathroom needed a good scrub and new paint. Linens and pillows on the bed felt cheap and scratchy. Our room was on the first floor, with others pacing the squeaky floor above late into the night. The air conditioner was extremely loud each time it kicked in, waking me up countless times all night even with the other fan running to drown it out. The dehumidifier in the room was essential throughout our stay because the room was very musty.
• CARRIE (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Cute place with great charm. An added bonus was the continental breakfast. We have stayed in door county at hotels for 9 years and this is the first one in door county with it. We enjoyed it!

• TRICIA (6/5): - It was a nice quiet place. We had 2 rooms & one was really humid & the air conditioner did not work very well. There was a humidifier that ran constantly & I had to empty daily. There was also a smell in this room. The other room was fine. It's a little dated, but I did kind of like that. Close to Sister Bay, that was really nice.
