• Sweetland (10/5): Great way to rest on a 2-day road trip! - I was on a long road trip with my dog. We needed a pet-friendly place near the highway and Red Roof Inn Plus met all our needs. My dog and I slept very well. The coffee maker was very small. If there had been 2 humans (instead of 1 human and 1 dog), this might have been a problem.

• Amy (5/5): Good Comfortable Sleep - bed linen comfortable, bed comfortable, slept well. cooling unit set to fan and it was a nice sound for sleeping without it making clunky noises, always sleep well at your hotel. staff at desk very friendly upon arrival. second time staying at your hotel. painted tub was chipping paint into the water when showering, no do not disturb sign, not very hot water, small tv with dark picture unable to brighten it, across from the elevator so noisy with people slamming doors, someone had left the alarm set so it woke us up at 5:15 and a few times after that, finally found the cord to unplug it. no breakfast with hotel stay.

• jamesgc2024 (2/5): Double price on check-in - I booked the Red Roof Inn in Worthington, Ohio for the last weekend in March 2026 (prepaid thru Expedia), but I needed to change to the weekend of March 21 (so a week earlier). I checked in and stayed the weekend of March 21 and paid. I cancelled the last weekend in March, but the hotel refused a refund for the weekend I will not be staying even though I gave a week notice was given. So, avoid booking here with Expedia and this Red Roof management.

Bed was not comfortable, making lot of noise , also The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. There was some kind of oilcloth underneath the bedding that rustled, and the bed itself, too, the springs made a lot of noise, and the mattress was uncomfortable. What also surprised me was the dirty bed linen and the bedspread on top; they were seriously dirty!Like the towels, they had large, dirty, black marks on them. It was my fault for not taking a photo of this horror. The price they're asking for an overnight stay here is completely out of line with the quality offered, in my opinion.Maybe. It could be even worse in other places, and at that price, I don't know... But in my opinion, the price is way too high for that... Or at least it should be cleaner and more recently renovated for that price, doors very old too.I am very surprised that this motel has such a high rating, which is absolutely not true in my opinion.

Took forever to check in then had to pay a $100 deposit on top of the $95 for the room … room missing two pillows no soap shower still dirty .. requested a new room and was denied the guy at the desk stated he needed the key to see for himself just overall the worst experience and I’ll never be back

The check in clerk was very nice. - Water was slow to drain when taking a shower causing about 2 inches of standing water in tub while taking a shower.
