I would have loved if they had 2 beds in one of the rooms. I have 2 kids that don’t want to share a bed and having 2 beds in one room would have been great. My son did not have such a good sleep in the pull out bed.

I have probably stayed at a dozen Residence Inn hotels since Covid. No one comes close to Carlos at running the breakfast. He was always checking to make sure the various food items were stocked. Carlos was so friendly and helpful everyday. I’ve been to hotel that had multiple staff running the breakfast and they weren’t as good as Carlos. We good back for sure.

- lucycan (8/5): Nice stay - First stat at this property. I stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The property is newer though shows wear on the room. The location is nice if you want to be off the strip, but nearby. Plenty of shopping and restaurants walking distance. Plenty of parking at $20/night. From the 4th floor you can see the sphere and much of the strip. You can also hear the airport noise. The AC unit is in one bedroom so the living area and 2nd bedroom (despite having vents) remained quite warm. I would stay again but ranked #4 hotel in Vegas? Not a chance.

Judy Soriano, the asst manager, was there in the front desk to help us during our check in process and she did a phenomenal customer service. One of the best. Although she was busy that day she was very hospitable and accommodating and let the whole family felt like we are home. 5 out of 5 star rating! Faylan was very Kind, Extremely Knowledgable about the hotel/area and eager to be sure our stay was very enjoyable & comfortable! Later that day, Patrick and Vincent at the Front Desk were just as helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean and bright making our stay very inviting! The beds are Super Comfortable! Great Choice!!! Thanks!!!

Very helpful and friendly. Fulfilled all my request with patience, and a smile. Top notch! Lyft ride was around $10 from rental car return, and around $20 to the airport at 4:30 a.m. Hotel is next to mall, and close to strip.

Wish they'd get cooked veggie sausage and Just Egg for breakfast: you have to be a non-vegan to eat anything cooked except tater tots and the world has changed.

The morning breakfast attendant was so cheerful and warm to everyone that came through...The General Manager assisted me when my luggage didn't arrive with my plane and was super friendly. And when I checked out, I left a bag in my room with all of my chargers/ear buds in it...ugh...but Salyn at the front desk arranged to get my items in a box and ship them to me. Exceptional service on their part in every way!

- 638capricew (10/5): Superb Customer Service from AMY - I recently stayed at the property for the first time. I was so grateful for the front desk employee named AMY. She was AMAZING! She changed our room to accommodate my husbands mobility scooter. Made sure it was on the main level so we didn't have to deal with maneuvering the elevator and directed us to parking that was more convenient. She continued to be helpful throughout our stay and was very pleasant. I had interactions with other staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel but I have to say that AMY really went above and beyond in the scope of customer service. She was friendly, problem solving and acted like she was ready and willing to assist. We come to Vegas regularly for work and fun. We always stay at Marriott properties. We will come back to this property because of our positive experience. Hopefully we will get to see AMY again!

I also like the fact that a lot of stores and conveniences are just a walk or a short drive away. And especially Round 1 is next door for kids to have fun.

- 344minaek (10/5): Friendly Staff and a Perfect Location - I stayed here for two weeks and felt completely at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a long-term stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location is perfect—close to the Strip but just far enough to avoid the crowds. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Staff in all areas was very friendly, helpful and exceptional to deal with. All areas were very clean and updated. Overall a great stay.
- 638jumard (10/5): Stay @Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport - Stayed at the Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport from July 16–19 and had a great experience. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet despite being close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. Breakfast was solid with good options, and the pool/fire pit area was a nice bonus. Loved having a full kitchen in the room. Only downside was the $20/day parking fee, but overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Great spot for a chill, convenient Vegas stay.

The front desk was very nice and friendly even offering free refreshments. The rooms were completely clean and updated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've stayed in, all at a inexpensive price. The Residence Inn is the standard of how all hotels should run.

- vignarolifamily (10/5): Las Vegas Airport Residence Inn by Marriott - July Fun - I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in Las Vegas. It is family-friendly and located near the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Upon check in, we were greeted with smiles, a goodie bag, and information about the amenities of the hotel itself. On the 2nd day, the battery(ies) in our door needed to be replaced to allow us back into our room. The manager immediately called his maintenance support to go to our room right away and replace the battery. We were back in our room within a very short time. Additionally, the facility was very clean and well-maintained in all areas. My family and I frequently stay in Residence Inn by Marriott, and we always stay at one with a pool. Unfortunately, many hotels fail to note upon booking that the pool is out of order. The pool at this Residence Inn not only was in order, but it was very clean with the maintenance person appearing each morning to take care of any and all needs. Once again, I highly recommend this family-friendly facility for your next stay in Las Vegas.
- 862raeannel (10/5): Feels like home away from home - We chose this hotel primarily for its peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet still close enough to great restaurants and shops. The outlet mall is just a short walk away. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are also spotless. My family always stays at this hotel, especially if you have kids or a small group, as the suites come with a kitchenette, dining area, and basic kitchen essentials. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vegas, and I’ll definitely be suggesting it to friends!
- T10ZOmelissar (8/5): Great family Vegas experience! - The room was clean and spacious. You can tell that the hotel was renovated. The kids enjoyed the pool and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The one complaint that I have is regarding the shower door. It was a modern half door with the other half open, but since shower head splashed all over the place, water was splashing everywhere and made a mess. Customer service was great! The young woman at the breakfast area had no problem bringing out items so we could see the ingredients due to a peanut allergy. Would stay again!

From the citrus water downstairs, to our fantastic room with kitchen suite and large bathroom, we loved our stay here! The included free breakfast has many delicious options. The location is perfect for being close to the airport on arrival or departure days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

There were a few extras in the kitchenette, some dishes, dish soap, disposable cups and utensils. It was right across the parking lot to the outlet mall and restaurants. It's the perfect location to be in Vegas without being "in" Vegas.

- bernicec732 (8/5): Hospitality Review - My family of four and my mother stayed at Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport one night and had a good overnight stay due to the hospitality of Amy at the Front desk. The hotel is a bit dated and the plumbing/ventilation is not working properly depending on the room. When we checked in, we were assigned a room that had a lingering smell due to poor ventilation which I thought we could ignore but later discovered the room also had drainage problems. Upon showering, the water backed up in the bathroom drain and the kitchen drain would gurgle with a stench coming up. We had to mention to the front desk since we all wanted a shower before sleeping. Amy informed us unfortunately maintenance is no longer available for the night but she graciously found us an upgraded room that did not have any problems. As this new room had no drainage issues and no lingering smell, we had a pleasant night and appreciate Amy’s resolution of the situation. The hotel is near the airport, a close drive to the strip and right next to Premium Outlets.

The queen beds were comfortable. The pullout bed not so much, but they had the sheets and a blanket for it to be made up if we needed right in the room. Nice pillows. Lots of options for breakfast.

- markgS3918CF (10/5): June 2025 - Loved everything about this hotel. From the staff to the location to the rooms. I’m going to the strip every day, and this is about a 15 minute drive. It’s worth that drive to have all of the local amenities. The Las Vegas premium outlets, that’s an indoor mall, is right next-door, and there are grocery stores banks, and just every kind of business within a five minute drive. The staff is wonderful and there’s always someone at the front desk who is very helpful and low-key. Housekeeping is on top of their game. I see how long they spend preparing and turning over rooms, and I just know that they’re given the time to do their job correctly. This is the only place I stay when I come to Las Vegas now.
- Experience442816 (10/5): Great visit - The room was super clean and comfortable. Staff were genuinely friendly and the check-in person was very helpful. The exercise facility was well maintained and actually equipped with new Precor weights and machines. The breakfast was fresh and constantly being restocked. The eating area was particularly clean, with one worker running around wiping tables and sweeping at all times.

- Lawrence (8/5): - Stayed here for about 9 hours after arriving on a flight from London. Check-in was smooth, the room was really clean and well equipped. Slept well and had a great shower at 4am. Will use again and hope to have more time.
- Kim (8/5): RESIDENCE INN Stay - We loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. In Additionally, we requested that a crib be placed in our room before our arrival. We were pleased to see it upon arrival. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The facility provided a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils). As well as a very nice dining room table, desk, sofa and flat screen televisione in every room. Unfortunately, our trash was never emptied during our 3 day stay at your facilità. Also, our towels were never restocked. Although there was a notice that bed linen was changed every three days, we did notify staff that room needed to be cleaned. Ie: trash and towels.
- Fallon (10/5): I loved my stay despite the shower hiccup I’d stay there again already planning to book my next trip at this property - The woman who helped me … her name was Amy ! She was amazing ! Extremely kind, extremely considerate, extremely helpful. She really made my stay everything that I needed to be. The bathroom in my room was a little dirty. The shower needed to be cleaned. There was hair stuck to the walls however, I understand how perhaps the housekeeper’s hair may have gotten stuck in the shower when she was cleaning it.
