Guest Reviews
- Ephraim (10/5): - The visit was splendid
- Motohide (8/5): - Property dark and difficult to find
- Shawn (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, convenient. Kitchenette, bidet, firm beds and pillows. Very easy and convenient for staying near the airport, you will need to understand/research the local bus schedules if you want to venture into Incheon or Seoul. EXCELLENT communication and service from the host, will definitely stay again when visiting family in Korea!
- HUA (10/5): - There is a public shuttle bus from Airport to this hotel. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the hotel. Very convenient. The lobby has a convenient store, and a 7-Eleven shop across the street from the hotel. Pretty good location.
- Young (6/5): - Location was great being 2 stations away from ICN T1 and T2 both with Airport Bus and with Metro Bus. The building seems to have been built as a residential apartment building and I assume it is now a rental apartment. There is no lobby and this was a self-check-in like AirBnB lodging.
There is a convenient store on the first floor that seems aged and the foreigner crowd hanging around the area has U.S. 7-11 vibe, so it kind of felt like staying at a hostel.
T1 does not have a hotel that's between low budget and full service hotels, as with IBIS next to T2, so this was not a bad place overall when I needed to be right next to the Terminal.
- Jamie (6/5): - Very hard to find
- Helen (8/5): - I got room 805, it was spacious, great place for longer stay. Airport Shuttle goes by easy to find. To take the shuttle back to airport is on the opposite side from arrival. It has washer, stove, full size fridge and lots of lights. I like the space and getting the morning sun.
- Mark Anthony Soriano (8/5): - Ideal location for long layovers, close to Incheon Airport, great for resting and showering.
- Mario (4/5): - The room was not clean properly
- Benjamin (10/5): - You get a hotel room in a building near the airport. There is no reception. The room is comfortable, and the English instructions on how to get there and access the room are clear. It's about 5 minutes from T1 or 20 minutes from T2 on a free shuttle line. You have to walk about one short block to the shuttle.
- Xiaoxiang (8/5): - easy for transfer
- James (10/5): - Very good for the price.
- John (10/5): Transferring in Seoul - If you’re transferring through Seoul and have a long layover (8+ hours) this is optimum. Easily to follow, step by step instructions. Comfortable, spacious clean rooms at an affordable rate
- Patricia (10/5): Lovely spacious room . - Lovely spacious room .
- arvin (8/5): - Convenient and accomodated me even though i arrived hours after start of check in
- MEHDI (4/5): - This is not a hotel, with no reception , no indication to find out where to go to get the person in charge to give you indication on the room you rented… If you don’t speak Korean; it’s difficult to find out that person in the tenth floor… plus they said shuttle bus from airport, in fact the shuttle bus is meant for a near hotel the Sheraton and not meant for this place… the room is clean and we didn’t have any issue during the stay but it took us a while before finding the person in charge
- Darlene (8/5): - Location & free shuttle
- Hiim (8/5): - This is not a hotel as we expected when we booked. It is a rental apartment. The good was the room is pretty clean, spacious, air-con + cooling fan works well. In the evening the surrounding area is deserted few shops and restaurants.
The location is near the Airport Terminal just two shutter bus stop from Terminal 1, and Terminal 2. But if you travelling to the Terminal 2 it will take about 30 minute. because after drop people at terminal 1 the shuttle bus will travel around the run way to the terminal 2.
- Geoffrey (10/5): - It was a lovely apartment very close to Incheon airport. It is ideal for arriving or departing from Incheon.
- Eunice Elizabeth (2/5): - Stay away this is not a hotel, is just a room in a 12 th floor in a sketchy building, the type you can get kidnapped and have yout organs stolen. We did not stay. No AC just a fan that wasnt working. Really bad dirty and sketchy. Stay away this is not a hotel, no WIFI either
- Wei (8/5): - contactless check in. Really easy to get to if you just need a night out from the airport.
- Ivo (2/5): - I canceled the room no handicap no service is good. I’m not very happy Expedia.
- Shahid (8/5): - Good option
- Claudette (10/5): Great for a layover. - Great place to stay for a layover. Free shuttle bus was easy and so convenient. Very spacious and lots of convenient things in the room. Would stay again. Not much open when I arrived and left. Best to go into the city to eat; or eat at airport as they have great options.
- WENJUN (4/5): - This hotel is just a small part of the building—so small that it's hard to find even when standing right in front of it.
- Henry (10/5): - Bus
- Christine (10/5): - Nice little stop to stay near the airport, wash clothes and get to the airport early the next morning. This is a no staff location… great for just a place to rest and wash before an early flight. Directions and information for check in and stay was very easy and efficient. It served its purpose for a easy transition stay.
- Alexandru (10/5): - Everything what you need, very good spot for transit flight. From my opinion beds not so comfortable.
- David (10/5): - I love how individual the process and rooms were. The staff was attentive and respectful. They made sure if you had any problems, that solutions would be delivered fast. It was quiet and peaceful, good food right near the hotel too.
- Jung Ho (8/5): - Clean room and good size
- YOUNG-HEE (6/5): - Overall I was satisfied with the price but the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
- Kathy (8/5): Not a hotel but was a nice place to stay - It wasn't a hotel but we enjoyed the stay. Everything was good.
- Kerry (6/5): - Great spot to stay at airport. Was a little difficult to find. Pleasurable space inside. Suited our needs of an overnight by the airport.
- Mike (10/5): - Good experience for our one. It stay in Incheon.
- Alan (6/5): Nice Room, but Challenging to Find - Once we found our room, it was very nice. The only problem is the hotel is on the 10th floor and there are no signs that actually say Goodday Airtel...the doors on the room say the Ville, so it was very confusing especially after a long flight.
- Tristin (10/5): - Very nice room, clean and comfortable
- Gavriel (10/5): - Didnt have to interaction w anyone
- robert (6/5): - Thought we were getting a hotel with an airport shuttle. Instead got a condo with public transport to the building.
- Xun (10/5): - The hotel room is entirely within the expectation. Good for one or a couple of nights stay.
- Hong An (6/5): - Good location. Pretty clean. The host provided very detailed instructions from the terminals to the apartment so you can’t lose the way :)
There was a gas cooker but no pot or cutlery so you just can boil water and microwave. However, convenient stores and restaurants are nearby so you can eat out or buy food then heat it up. Don’t expect much, it’s good for solo travelers.
- Sardor (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Wilnie (8/5): - Great place I only needed 1 night near airport very convenient instructions for shuttle are clear you just have to read it and follow then it simple:)
- neary (10/5): great room - i stayed late nov. ez arrival & departure via airport free shuttle. ez check in & check out. nice clean room, quiet, great view, washing machine was a plus & clothes air dried by the morning. across the street is a 24h laundromat if needed. yummy restaurant downstairs packed with natives.
- Young (2/5): - There is no one to help for check in and it was hard to f8 d out the property because there is no signs to guide the property
- Joseph (10/5): - Great customer services
- John (10/5): - It was a good stay. Room is simple, but clean, with good instruction for shuttle bus and access to room. It is convenient for food.
- Ronald (8/5): - Self service hotel but very well done. Very convenient.
- Shunai (2/5): - Arrived at 6 pm. No answer when I called the number provided. No email received. No virtual check in. No instructions in the lobby. Luckily, the cleaning staff spotted us. It appears that he was given the info about us. However, he speaks no Korean or English. I booked two ocean view rooms but was given only one. This place is more like Extended stay with many foreigner workers. I wished I knew this prior to booking it. I wanted to be stress free before the flight but was more stressed over check-in process.
- Ying (8/5): - The room is clean and spacious. The free shuttle from the airport is close enough. Only thing is that it is a self check-in and no staff available. You will need to check email to get the check-in information. Generally good expecirence.
- Russell (10/5): - Excellent accommodations for the night before an early flight back to Canada. Just what we needed with a free shuttle to/from Terminal 1.
- Rafeek (2/5): - The hotel was not accommodating and inflexible when the travel dates changed by one day for genuine reasons. Such a big hotel didn't have a room or willing to workout a reasonable option
- Ling (10/5): - The self check in/out is awesome. Room is clean. Free transportation guide was provided by the property. Comfortable bed.
- Yan (6/5): - The toilet is bad and the quality is poor. The airconditioning is lousy and sometimes not work
- SHU (8/5): - The check in instructions are specific and clear. The room is big so it took awhile to cool down the room. Don't know how to use the washer since it's all in Korean. It's hard to find the small hotel entrance although the instructions are clear. Everything is good overall.
- Lorraine (8/5): - A little tricky checking in no front desk. You call a number then a guy comes to give you number code to get into room. Room has kitchenette
- Chun Yu (10/5): - Easy self-check process. Room is comfortable.
- Beong Un (10/5): I love this airtel soooo much! - It's very comfortable, clean, and I really like everything, including the great view of Incheon sea. The view of the sunrise across the corner of the building in the morning is also spectacular.
- Alan (6/5): - Good spacious room and excellent communication on how to get there and find it. Convenient for an early morning flight.
- Ermenegildo (6/5): You need a localguide - Very difficult to find room, no indications. I had to wait for a resident in the building to show me the way to the lift and which floor. Apart from this problem of giving directions once you get off the shuttloe bus from the airport, the accommodations are very good.
- Ming-Guang (8/5): - Price is good ,easy transportation,Room very clean. Could be nice if it has more coffee or tea.
- ALICE (10/5): - Its just ok
- ALLAN (8/5): - Whilst not high quality, it is not expected for the price. It is good value
- Cinderella (2/5): - When we arrived there was no one to help us and it was very cold and inconvenient
- Kathy (10/5): - Our room was very nice with an incredible view of the city skyline and the planes come into the airport. We stayed here the night before our flight out of ICN. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. There is no check in desk, just a code to enter on the room keypad. Super easy. I would stay here again.
- Ailsa (10/5): - It was hard to find. I found the building by the picture. When I walked in the lobby….. ? It wasn’t a lobby. I’m glad I had a Korean sim to call. They called me back and gave me good instructions and were very prompt to come to my assistance and show me where my room was. It was a lovely view, took me a while to find the fridge and I appreciated a real mug instead of the paper ones I’ve found in other hotels.
- Sarah (10/5): - It was great for a family.
- Micheal (8/5): - Instructions that were email was good. There is no front desk to check in or check out. Overall it was reasonable for the price, location and free shuttle for an overnight before a early morning flight.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay was ok - This hotel isn't actually a hotel. When you enter the building you have to go up an elevator and then there are rooms with key pads on them to access your room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The building is a bit outdated/run down. It is also further from the airport and the shuttle is more complicated than it seemed in the listing. It took about 15 minutes to get to terminal 2 in a taxi. There was a lot of noise outside the room late at night as it seems that there are many residential units in this building. Overall the stay was fine for the price, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
- il (10/5): Worked great for overnight stay to catch plane - Spacious room for 4 people with microwave and fridge freezer. Quiet and easy self check in where you go straight to your room and use keypad code for entry. Heated bidet toilet and shower has a glass door. 25 minute free shuttle to Terminal 2.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Recommend! - Everything was great! It was an awesome stay!
- Cindy (10/5): - Great value and convenience for a stay near Incheon airport! The instructions provided by the property were clear and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.
- Sarah (8/5): - Easy check in and out.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - Took for ever to check in no staff
Hard to find where to check in
If a guest hadn’t helped me I would never have got checked in
- Zap (10/5): - So far no complaint
- Amar (2/5): - There is no reception, no place to leave luggage, communication is very poor, I wish Expedia should mention all this before taking our money. I blame poor communication from Expedia I’m not informing the customer
- Mary Quinn (10/5): - Spacious, clean, peaceful, comfortable, nice view.
-high pitched noise. Perhaps a fax machine or modem during the day. stopped at night.
-location seemed to be mostly business and lodging, nothing to do for sightseeing.
- ALLAN (8/5): - Excellent value
- Wendy W (10/5): - Very nice
- yi (2/5): - took 3 hours and can not find check in desk
- Liang (10/5): - Nice host. Convenient.
- Troy (10/5): - It was a very comfortable and nice experience. The worker was extremely nice and helpful and the room was spacious and nice. The view was nice and it was a very relaxing stay. I would stay before or after a flight again as a great way to relax
- louis (8/5): - My only issues were there is no one at the hotel at all. And the person I had to call about the airport shuttle spoke very little English. He did send the right information to me.
- Reuben (8/5): - This is a decent spot for travelers who are staying one night and who arrive/leave from Incheon airport. The rooms have what travelers of this type need and are quite clean, with appropriate space. It's not a great spot to visit Seoul from.
- Donald (10/5): - Great place and close to ICN!!!
- Monchai (2/5): - I never received a check-in email a day before my arrival.I stood in the lobby with my family trying to figure out how to check in and had to book at another hotel. The check-in email arrived after midnight (already checked into another hotel). They wouldn't refund. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.
- Wanzhen (10/5): Love the size and view - We all loved the size and view! It was nice to stay here for one night to catch the flight next day. First floor has restaurant and convenient store. They also helped us to book a jumbo taxi. The taxi driver charged 5000 won more than what the hotel told us. So be careful about the taxi drivers in Korea.
- Corrie (10/5): - Loved staying here!
- Maria (10/5): - Although this is a self-check-in hotel, it was easy to get a hold of the management, who responded quickly.
E.g. I sent them a message asking them to arrange a taxi for me, and they immediately responded. The taxi was on time, and the taxi driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely. I will stay at this hotel again.
- Jinsung J (10/5): Clean & convenient. - It was convenient and clean. Thank you.
- Ronald (8/5): - Property was convenient to airport, clean and reasonable.
- mark (8/5): - Only issue I had was getting into the room. For some reason the email they sent with check in information went to spam but my inbox couldn’t find it and there was really no support at that time without being able to call them at that time. But the place overall did the job for the 12 hour layover.
- Andreas (10/5): - Very good airport hotel option. Easy parking and very good communication.
- Chris (10/5): - Got this place last minute. The room is very clean and spacious with really good view. It's close to the airport shuttle stop. Great experience.
- Huutam (10/5): - Spacious and convenient to get to the airport.
- Soentono (10/5): - Very private
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable stay - Enjoyed a good night's sleep after arriving on a late flight. Couldn't find the shuttle bus so walked about 25 minutes from the airport. Used code given through app to get in and all was good. Great amenities in the room and clean. Would definitely recommend.
- Francisco Cenon (10/5): - Ease of use. Place was very clean. Can’t complain about anything
- J (8/5): - Was clean, and had self check in.
- Elena (10/5): - This place is actually nice and spacious for its price, I was impressed. There was a convenient store and a good curry place at the bottom floor. Good overnight stay.
- Haizheng (10/5): - Great view and convenient location, spacious room
