- Smurfyoo (7/5): Staying with family with sharing bathroom with other guests - The location. Maybe the price is lower and cannot expect too much. No staff physically existed but helping thru LINE messages contact. We left our luggage at the front door, before check-in and after check-out. No one looking at them and actually not secured. Although worried, it was fine. Appreciate it was safe. The amenities are not being refilled or provided. The indoor slippers were not enough for everyone, alcohol in the toilet was finished used and not being refilled., There were so many people staying and sharing only one kettle and microwave.

- Noémie (8/5): - La chambre est très confortable dans l’ensemble, propre, le lit est très confortable. L’emplacement est très bien situé dans la ville, à côté de la gare. Les espaces communs sont respectés et plutôt propre. Les services proposés sont bien : serviette, brosse à dent, micro-ondes, du thé à disposition et une bouilloire. Les chambres sont très mal isolées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, ce qui est très dommage car les gens sont plutôt respectueux dans l’ensemble mais il suffit d’une personne bruyante pour gâcher la nuit, nous avons dormis à côté d’un couple très bruyant, qui parlait fort jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, qui claquait les portes, même en leur demandant de parler moins fort et de faire moins de bruit, nous n’avons pas passer une bonne nuit.

- Rodrigo Andres (7/5): Cómodo para parar un par de noches - La habitación era grande y las camas cómodas. Todo limpio y muy cerca de la estación de tren. Pudimos dejar nuestras cosas antes y después. Los muros son bastante delgados, se escucha todo entre habitaciones. La habitación es bastante oscura. Y al día del check-out quisimos utilizar el baño y la chica de limpieza fue bastante rude.

- Anna (8/5): - La posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione è veramente eccezionale e molto comoda. I letti erano comodi e la struttura piuttosto pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Le camere erano ben riscaldate mentre nelle aree comuni e di passaggio la temperatura era un pochino più fredda. Sia in bagno che in doccia erano presenti i saponi, l'asciugacapelli e ci hanno fornito sia lo spazzolino che le ciabatte. Erano incluse anche asciugamani e lenzuola.

- Sanne (4/5): Voor ons niet meer. - De locatie Het bed was ontzettend hard, je lag op een ijzeren paal. Het deken zat niet volledig in een schone hoes en het is super gehorig. Mensen kunnen in blijven checken wanneer ze willen, dus midden in de nacht is er ook veel herrie. Je moet ook je schoenen uit doen en dan liggen er niet genoeg slippers, waardoor je met je sokken over de vieze/natte vloer moet lopen. Je kan je bagage wel achterlaten, maar dan onbemand en bij een open voordeur?

- Jamie (5/5): Decent but felt a bit ripped off. - Very good location. It is has no staff but the automated message system was great. Easy to find easy to find the parking and easy to check in and out. We ordered a superior triple room. This is not for 3 people the futon that was promised is a 1 inch thin very soft mattress topper on a hard floor. So basically on person had to sleep on the floor. Would recommend the hotel ether invest in some better floor mattresses or don’t advertise this as a 3 person room. The two other beds were comfy and clean through.

- Canrinus (7/5): Great location and price good. - Great location to see all sites. Great price and easy check-in. The location allowed luggage storage. The walls are very thin so if other residents are noisy it can be hard to sleep. Sleeping on the floor was very uncomfortable as mat provided is very thin.

Toilets are clean. Shower rooms are clean. Stayed for 3 nights. It's ok... Not that bad. It's just that I'll get a bad back every morning and super cold.

- Lin (8/5): convenient and great value - The hotel is in a great location, close to Kawaguchiko Station, which makes it very easy to get around. It’s well-equipped with shared bathrooms and showers, as well as a microwave, fridge, and electric kettle, so you can easily heat up some food. The room is small but very clean, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it’s a solid option for the price!

There was a family in the next room with a young child who screamed all night and kept us awake. We got no sleep.

- Victoria (2/5): - This review is specifically for room number 0, the twin room (bunk bed). The top bunk bed was uncomfortable. Whether you put your head on one side (right next to the AC) or the other (next to a wall indent with MOLD) it is impossible to sleep. As for the changing rooms (connected to the showers), they also have mold on the walls. The exhaust fans in the toilet rooms barely work resulting in a perpetual unpleasant smell. There is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet rooms yet the hand sanitizers were mostly empty.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 對來爬富士山的旅客不推薦 - 首先入住系統非常難用，看到幾位住戶跟我一樣用了很久才check in 成功，現場無人可以幫忙。廁所的燈很常自己熄滅，晚上上廁所時非常困擾。若是要去登山的旅客無法寄放行李這點，這家旅宿是非常不好的選擇。

But if you want a quiet place, it’s not here wall are not well sound isolated, you feel all customers in the same room during the evening and morning, same with external noise. Facilities was nice if you are looking just for 1 or 2 night to be near the bus station, to go climb the Mount Fuji. Nice location 👌

- TERUAKI (4/5): 今一つだった。 - 床が薄いせいか足音が響く。 部屋、トイレともにドアの中が空洞になっているタイプのドアだったため、開閉の音がうるさい。 床がねちゃねちゃしてる所があった。気づかずに踏んでしまい靴下にねちゃねちゃがついた。 2人で予約していたところ急遽1人になってしまったのだが、その際に2人目に関する手続きが分かりにくく、チェックインに時間がかかった。あらゆるシチュエーションを考慮したシステムにしておいて欲しい。 アメニティや布団の清潔さ、部屋の雰囲気などは満足。

- Natasha (8/5): - Very close to Kawaguchiko station. Clean and tidy. Has a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle with a few options for tea. There are two convenience stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and Lake Kawaguchiko is about a 15 minute walk. Staff aren’t present on the property outside of cleaning (I think) which worked okay. We checked in and out by a tablet at the entrance. The bunk bed we had wasn’t super comfortable, but overall the place is definite worth the price. It was unfortunate that we were there while a large family was staying. The walls and doors are thin, so sleeping was difficult with the level of noise. I probably would have enjoyed the stay more if there were quieter guests.

Beds were uncomfortable and linen didn’t fit the duvet properly. No staff to check you in, self check in via an ipad. Took longer to complete this way as it kept resetting and it was in Japanese. Took a few attempts to understand process and switch to English. Would of preferred to speak to a member of staff
