- Norma (8/5): - Top location, service is very good buffet is very generous and lots of options to satisfy all. Very close to downtown accessible on foot and Marina a bit further. Great night life at coconut club and few other places in downtown and Marina Zaytouna beach is few minutes boat ride free from the hotel too Hotel was clean, towels and beds were good overall. The hotel needs a bit of touch up, renovations will take place have been told by management in December. Overall great experience, will definitely come back

The resort offers shuttle boat rides to Latuna, a fun beach hangout and is a short tuk-tuk ride to downtown El Gouna where there are many little shops and Egyptian dining choices. At the resort there are several pools and resturant choices.

- Miss Gibbs (10/5): Better than expected! - As Gouna is an expensive place, I thought this hotel would not be so amazing as I got a good price. But I was surprised! Staff were always helpful, food was amazing (actually best hotel food Iâve ever had!). Room was lovely and within walking distance to Downtown. Hourly boat trips to Zaytoona beach. 5/5 bravo!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Upgrade needed ASAP, very weak managment - WE stayed in a very nice water bungalow which suffered from neglect and deferred maintenance to the point where a thatched roof like thing was detached from its mooring and being held up by resting on the light fixture ready to fall any moment, explained to staff, no real concern, and next door, spears of thatch flying in the wind and landing on balcony...the staff is depressed looking and sounding but the place is magical and if well cared for potentially one the best.

Die Zimmer haben eine Renovierung bitter nötig, ebenso die öffentlichen Bereiche in den GĂ€stehĂ€usern. FĂŒr anspruchslose GĂ€ste die ein gĂŒnstiges Zimmer zum ĂŒbernachten suchen weil sie sowieso am Tag Tauchen oder Kiten ist es in Ordnung. Andere GĂ€ste sollten sich lieber nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen. Das Personal ist bemĂŒht und freundlich.

My experiences , the receptionist are excellent, food very good some stuff are fine . Facilities needs to improve, like rooms equipments, not so clean, but over 3.9 out of 5...I will go back again next year, I suggest that they must improve the room facilities and more alert if the guest need something.. Needs to add staffs in the bathroom.. If all this things done it can be 4.5 out of 5..
- A. Saied (2/5): Nice view and worst utilization - The only good thing about this hotel is the view, if you're staying in a deluxe bunglow. Otherwise than this, everything is terrible. The quality of the food is below average, the hotel service was unpleasant, we had an empty minibar, neither we had a boiler nor tea/coffee. no dental, shampoo were available. I asked for my free bottle of water and they got it to me next day. The service and stuff were completely unprofessional. Definitely i wouldn't go there again.

Downtown El Gouna a few minutes walk away for shopping, bars and restaurants. Marinas - use Tuk Tuks (20 Egyptian pounds for up to 3 people). Great snorkelling (dolphins and reef) and diving trips at reasonable cost. Free beach towel (changed daily if required). Fridge, safe, kettle, hair dryer in room. Free bottled water, tea and coffee in room. Free shuttle boat to Zeytouna island (beach). Negatives - Music too loud around pool. Rooms need updating. Guys selling massages, henna tattoos etc too frequent.
