• Verified traveler (2/5): おすすめしません - 最悪でした。 エアコンがない。部屋にwifiがない。となりの部屋の声が丸聞こえ。食事は選択ができないお座敷料理。まさにザ·昭和なホテル。年配者にはいいかもしれないが、今時のホテルに慣れた者にとっては地獄。おまけに2名で3万円以上も取られ本当に損した気分。二度と行きたくない。

• joonee (8/5): Traditional Japanese style inn - When I booked it, I thought it was abit pricey. Very traditional Japanese style inn. Room I stayed in was a bigger one, facing the ocean. Looks abit old. The meals were amazing! The dinner was such a good spread of different components to a Japanese meal. It felt very special and thoughtful. The breakfast had a huge variety on their tray! Onsen consisted of an indoor and outdoor area. Outdoor area was very nice at night. It faces the ocean, which u can see in the day.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 풍광이 훌륭한 호텔 - 낡고 오래된 호텔이지만 룸 밖으로 펼쳐지는 풍광은 홋카이도 최고의 뷰라 말할 수 있음. 만족스러운 조식, 온천은 정말 최고! 호텔 주변으로 아무것도 없어서 간식거리는 반드시 사갖고 들어가길 바람. 룸안에 샤워실이 없는것은 불편했음. 렌트카를 이용한다면 추천. 노보리베츠 지옥계곡이 가까운것도 장점
• 도한 (10/5): 노보리베츠의 호텔이즈미 - 처음 홋카이도에 와서 자게 된 숙소였습니다. 보이는 호텔 전경이 시골에 있는 펜션같은 느낌이라 한적하게 쉴수 있을거 같아 기대가 되더군요. 숙소 내부는 전통의 다다미방의 형태이고 호불호 일수 있는데 나무로 만든 오래된 집의 냄새가 나더라구요. 예전 시골 할머니의 집의 냄새가나서 저는 매우 좋았습니다 침구류도 두꺼운 솜 이불이여서 시골의 정취가 있었고 창문으로 노보리베츠 앞바다가 보여서 좋더군요. 카운터 직원분들이 나이가 좀 있으셔서 걱정했는데 영어로 대화도 가능하시고 아주 친절했습니다. 호텔 내에 온천은 이것도 호불호가 갈릴거 같은데 노천탕의 물이 정제 되지않은 자연 그대로의 물을 쓰더군요. 물을 보면 나뭇잎이나 이끼같은 부유물들이 많이 떠있고 물이 매우 매끈매끈 했습니다. 뭔가 정말 자연 그대로의 온천에 들어가있는 느낌이 들어서 좋았습니다. 식사는 조식만 먹었는데 일본 가정식의 아담한 도시락 이더군요. 해초나 해산물 위주에 정갈한 식사였습니다. 위치는 노보리베츠 관광을 같이 생각하고 있다면 렌트카가 있는편이 좋아보입니다. 도심 중심부에서는 약간 떨어져있거든요.

• myoung sun (10/5): 나만 알고싶은 조용하고 멋진 료칸 - 미리 알고갔듯이 약간 외진곳에 있긴했지만, 무료셔틀버스가 있기때문에 전혀 문제되지않았고 셔틀버스 기사할아버지께서 너무 인상좋으시고 친절하셔서 지친여행의 하루끝을 기분좋게 마무리할수있었어요^^ 그리고, 방에서 볼수있는 오션뷰 또한 너무 멋지고 기억에남는 장면이며, 눈내리는 야외 노천탕 역시 너무나 환상적인 기억으로 남았습니다♡

• Justint1983 (8/5): Quiet traditional onsen - This hotel in located 1.4km from the JR Noboribetsu perch on top of a hill overlooking the Pacific ocean. As a budget traveler, this one night here was my splurge and I don't regret that decision. I had the Japanese style room with dinner and breakfast. Food was great, onsen looking out to the sea is great and so are the scenic views around. Other perks include the 100Y massage chair service and discounted admission tickets available to some of the parks. Pick up service on the day of arrival and day of departure from and to JR station is provided. For unknown reasons, they did fail to pick me up on arranged time which they apologized. Happy to stay here again!

• Hyeyoung (10/5): 경치가 매우 아름다운 한적한 호텔 - 도착했을땐 밤이어서 몰랐는데 아침에 일어나니 신세계가 펼쳐졌어요. 바다와 초원이 어우러진 주위 경관이 너무나 아름답습니다. 시간이 없어 제대로 산책을 못한게 아쉬워요. 가이세키 요리는 간이 세지 않고 담백해서 재료 본연의 맛이 살아있습니다. 재료가 신선하고 맛이 고급스럽네요. 바다를 보며 즐기는 온천도 너무 만족. 다만 뷰는 남탕 측의 뷰가 나을것 같다는 생각이 들었어요. 여탕앞에 가림막이 있어서.. 태풍때문에 비가 왔는데 흩날리는 비를 맞으며 온천했던 기억은 아마 평생 남을 기억 중 하나가 될것 같습니다.

• SEOHOO (10/5): - 비가 부슬부슬 내리는데 바다와 나무를 보며 온천욕을 줄기는게 좋았어요. 저녁식사도 만족스러웠고 아침식사도 그럭저럭 좋았어요. 다만 주변에 아무것도 없어서 편의점을 가려해도 차타고 나가야되서 그게 쫌 불편했어요.
• Verified traveler (6/5): ビジネス利用】温泉は最高！朝食が少々物足りない。 - 翌日の仕事が、早い時間であったため、以前から日帰りの温泉入浴で利用していた、こちらのホテルを、朝食のみついたプランで宿泊。場所が市街から離れた海沿いにあるため、静かに過ごせるロケーション。パークゴルフ場が併設されているため、宿泊パックのような利用の人が多い様子。カップル・観光というよりも、地元の方の慰安旅行向けという感じ。

• SangHerk (10/5): 조용하며 멋진 경치 - 건물 외관만 보고 민박집 수준의 호텔이라 생각했었는데 상당히 깔끔합니다. 조금 낡은 부분들 마저도 일본풍의 느낌을 느끼게 합니다. 주차장도 상당히 넓고 온천관광지(지오쿠다니 쪽)의 호텔 보다 조용한 면에선 훨씬 나을듯 합니다. 바닷가 뷰 선택시 넓은 태평양이 보입니다. 지하에 온천욕장이 있으며 야외욕턍은 그야말로 환상적입니다. 조식 또한 도시락이라 적혀있어 기대하지 않았지만 일본식의 훌륭한 조식이 나왔습니다.

Recommend to drive by your self if you want to stay here. The best hight light is onsen. Not a big one but with a beautiful view.
• leedanbi (10/5): 소박하고 조용한 호텔이즈미 - 호텔이즈미 작고 소박하고 오래되었지만 깨끗하다. 나는 음식점이던 어떤시설이던간에 본래의 목적만 충실하면 된다는 주의이다.화려하지만 맛없는음식,화려하지만 별볼일없는 시설 보다는 조금 허름하지만 맛집 조금 허름하지 훌륭한 시설이 좋다.그래서 나는 이번 호텔 이즈미가 너~무 좋다! 화려하지 않고 소박하고 작지만 기본에 충실한 온천욕과 노천탕 그리고 그 크기에 맞게 많지 않은 사람들....내취향은 그렇다.소박함에도 그 소박함을 유지하는 무언가에 이유가 있을꺼라고....빈수레가 요란하다 라는 말이 있듯이 시설도 그렇다...

We arrived late and the hotel night manager drove us into town without any charge for dinner. excellent customer service, warmly recommended!

Seuls les dos fragiles ont du mal à s'habituer aux futons et l'espace aux WC est très réduit. Faire confiance au GPS pour trouver l'adresse car vous n'avez pas de panneau en alphabet romain (en 2017)

• Anna (4/5): 溫泉酒店太舊 - 在此酒店住了二晚，酒店太舊，入房有煙味，洗手間太細，早餐可以，晚間和食豐富，接待處職員有禮，司機殷勤，幫手搬行李入酒店，但廚房有個姐姐好冇禮貌，問她取筷子一口拒絕，因酒店附近什麼店鋪都沒有，我們在超市買左少許食物宵夜，整體來說這酒店位置荒蕪，除左酒店專車和的士，交通很不方便
• Theo (10/5): Onsen with sea view - As expected from the ryokan around this area, the spring water they use in the onsen feels wonderful on your skin. The onsen has indoor area, and an outdoor bath which opens to the great sea view. Even if you're not a fan of the idea of going naked in a public bath, I'd still recommend that you try it here. The common bath opens all night until morning. I went there late at night when there was not a soul, and it felt so unreal to have such a big bath all to myself. You can't see the view when it's dark out though. If you're travelling there by train, you should inform the hotel staff the time of your arrival at the Noboribetsu station, so that they'll arrange the shuttle service for you. I put my special request on this website well after the booking, about two weeks before travelling. They sent me an email to confirm in less than a day. On the day of my arrival there was heavy rain so I was really glad that I didn't have to walk. Not to mention the place was further away from the station than I thought too. There isn't much to say about the rooms. If you have an idea about Japanese-style ryokan where you sleep in the futon on the floor, you know what to expect. The room is very clean, no bath or shower en-suite, there's modern toilet, and a big window overlooking a nice view outside. Come to think of it, I'd like to go back and stay for a couple more nights. Maybe someday.

• 돼지 (6/5): 너무나조옹해 다소 으시시한 호텔 - 조용하고 식사가 맘에 들어서 다른 부족한 점들을 그나마 만회하는듯 하네요 너무 조용하고 중간문없이 일층에서 자려니 애들이 좀 무서워했어요 특히 화장실 너무비좁아 체격이 좀있으신분들은 쬐금힘들지 않을까 싶네요 참그리고 히터소리가 좀 시끄러웠는데 추워서 끌수가없었어요 참고로 저는 추위를 좀 타는편이거든요 그외에 픽업이나 청결한점등은 좋았습니다.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 낡은 옷인데다 온풍기가 정말 낡아서 냄새가 엄청 납니다. 거기다 흡연 룸이라 담배냄새에 쩔어서 머리가 아파서 거의 못잤어요. 주인분도 매우 불친절하시고. 일본에서 제일 기분나쁜 곳이었습니다. 위치가 동떨어져 있어서 석식 선택을 안하시면 노보리베츠까지 나가서 먹고와야하는데 먹고 오시길 추천드립니다. 조식이 정말 가격대비 별로예요. 이번 여행에서 제일 돈 많이 든 숙소였는데 제일 별로였어요. 온천은 좋습니다. 당일온천도 되니까 당일온천 하시고 숙소는 다른데 잡으시기를 추천드립니다.

• jacko (8/5): A good, self-contained hotel of friendly staff. - The Hotel is located on a hillside with sea view and easy to find with plenty of free parking. .Spacious room, neat and clean, of Tatami bed with comfortable bedsheet and pillow. Usual in-room refrigerator, air-con, hot and cold water, private toilet. The public bath is very nice, and the open air one is particularly good with sea view.

Not fancy hotel but you will enjoy the traditional Japanese in with hot spring. Rooms are only with tatami mattresses. Foods are full of local items from the ocean. Early reservation needed since rooms are always full by locals and travelers. WiFi is only available in the robby area.

• KI HYUN (10/5): 노보리베츠 온천마을과 가깝다. 바다가 보이는 노천온천을 추천함 - 노보리베츠온천지역에서 살짝 떨어져있지만, 어차피 차를 타고 이동할 계획이라면 이곳에 숙박을 하는 것도 좋은 방법... 온천마을보다 싼 가격에 숙박이 가능하고 바다조망이 가능한 노천온천도 좋습니다. 파크골프장이 있지만, 재미삼아 몇번 칠수있는 수준입니다.

• PNGK (6/5): Best thing is the Onsen - As with Japanese Ryokan, rooms are very clean, a tad old but the plus side was the outdoor onsen overlooking hill and the sea. Price was on the high side but compare to hotels in Noboribetsu this was one of the cheapest. Location is about 15 minutes drive to Noboribetsu main town.
• Choompu247 (10/5): Nice View - This hotel has good located but you need to make sure with hotel staffs about you time to arrived because this hotel its so far away from JR Noboribetsu but them have a shuttle bus from Jr station so if you need them pick up you to hotel you just give them about your detail before you come. Room of this hotel have 2 views 1.mountain view 2. sea view but I recommencement sea view because its so beautiful you can see sea from your room and I think if you go to this hotel on winter season you can see the snow from your room too. hotel Izumi have a public onsen inside and outside but I like outside very mush its look like you onsen in middle of the forest. Our staffs is nicely but some staffs can't speak in English and because this hotel have located on the mountain so you just to include dinner and breakfast when you reserve.
• DorothyCheong (10/5): Great view of the ocean & superb clean - The staff in this hotel are extremely friendly, always with a smile, helpful even though there might be some communication breakdown on the English language. The whole place is superb clean and has great view of the Pacific Ocean. Took a stroll on the golf field and there are deers roaming in the evening. Bear in mind, the room comes with an attached toilet, no bathroom. Bathing is at the onsen. For some of my friends who are not into onsen, they have a problem of bathing. End up not taking their bath. It was a first time great experience to have the indoor and outdoor onsen even though we have been to many hotels/resorts with onsen but didn't end up using it.
• luckeyzhang (10/5): Fantastic Onsen worth the money - This hotel is not in downtown area, and also a little bit far from JR station on foot, by car, 5 minutes. The room is Japanese style. It's clean and confortable. The water in onsen is very good, so smooth, you know right away. You can see forest and ocean in outside onsen pool. Worth the money I paid for. The middle aged staff, don't know the name, who had been waiting for me because my late check in was very nice and kind. He tried to communicate with me and help me thr google translate. The young man who helped me to check out not that friendly brought a little bit unsatisfaction. They have free shuttle bus to JR in workding hours, so I don't see any distant problems. I will still rank this hotel as one of the best experience in Japan.
