• Nick (8/5): - Excellent view of ocean. On check in, only one key card worked. Staff could only get one key card to work. Deadbolt on door to patio could not be closed once opened. Staffed came down to room and repaired.

• Janet (8/5): - We asked to have our room made up after the 1st day. The lady came, propped our door open and said we would be next. She was at the room next door, so we left. We were gone 2 hours, the room was not done but the door was still propped open. She was no where around. Luckily nothing was taken.

• James (8/5): - Older property in need of some updating. Clean room. Outdoor carpet on walkway needs replacing as in many spots holes were taped over with black duct tape. Would I stay there again? YES. The price was fair.

• Gregory (10/5): Wonderful Ocean view rooms - it was great. Only problem was my room was next to the housekeeping laundry and the noise was problematic in the morning. But that's just one room and I would still give 5 stars because 99% chance you will not get that room.

• Deanne (10/5): - The room was very nice. All rooms face the ocean and the accessibility is very convenient. The late night noise was a little bit disturbing. Some people were up later than usual having a pretty "fun" time. They finally settled down, but for someone who goes to sleep at a reasonable hour, it was a little annoying.
• Dianna (8/5): - It was great having a fridge that had even a small freezer. Every room has an amazing view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Very clean accommodations. The front desk at check-in was fine, but checkout not so much. The big issue are the stairs. They put the chargers for electric vehicles right up against the stairs. It is impossible to get upstairs without ducking or walking into a beam or hitting someone’s car if you have any kind of luggage at all. Super bad design- not sure who made that, but their heads need to be examined.
• Mouna (10/5): - We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. One of the things I loved most was how dog-friendly the hotel is. It’s clear they go out of their way to accommodate guests traveling with pets, and it made traveling with my dog so much easier and more enjoyable. The terrace was another highlight. In the evenings, I loved sitting by the cozy outdoor fireplace, chatting with other guests, and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The view from the terrace during sunset was absolutely stunning. The location is fantastic too. There’s a beautiful biking trail nearby that leads to the beach, and the coastal scenery is just breathtaking. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

• Jayme (10/5): - The only thing I wish this property had is more secure locks on the doors like other motels/hotels have that go over the door so that your child can’t open the door and run out. While I watch my kids closely I had to barricade the door so my two year old wouldn’t run out while I used the restroom lol

• Karla (8/5): Scenic sunset views adjacent to white sand beach - The hotel is located on a walking path about 1/2 mile from glass Beach. Best of all, hotel was located directly across from a gorgeous white Sandy Beach. We also walked across the Trussell bridge for a for a beautiful walk at sunset. The front desk was especially friendly and offered information about local restaurants and things to do while we were in Fort Bragg. My only negative comment was that the toilet was loose and should be bolted down tighter to the floor. Sorry, I’m a bit home improvement geek.

• Anne (10/5): - This is the 4th stay. Always great friendly service. New softer linens noted this trip! Only issue was BBQ grills needed service. We enjoy cooking on the grills and eating on the patio. None of the 3 grills would light completely. On the plus side was office staff very willing to help. We did note that this morning maintenance was out servicing the grills. Look forward to next visit and working grills.

• Jennifer (8/5): - It's an older beachfront property so a bit worn from weather, but well maintained. We loved being close to the ocean. We had a ground floor porch with Adirondack style chairs and enjoyed sitting, listening to the ocean, seeing the sunset. Beyond the low porch retaining wall is a bike and walking path, so there were people coming and going, dog walking, etc. A bit noisy, but we didn't mind. And on the other side of the path are dirt paths both down to the beach and along the cliffs. Perfect for us.

• Katherine (6/5): - We rented out a room on the lower floor with 2 queen size beds. I've never been in a smaller bathroom. It was maybe 2 feet by 2 feet. There wasn't a sink in the bathroom, it was in the sleeping area. It was quirky, but ok, we dealt with it for 4 nights. The room was super tiny. It was just myself and my 2 kids so we dealt with it. The couple that checked in with their 3 kids next door on our last night sent me over the edge. Trying to open our patio doors and being ridiculously loud was intolerable. Not the motels fault. However it was a bit run down, the walls are super thin. I went to the lobby for coffee around 5am, they said the coffee wasn't ready until 5am. I went on a walk and went back around 5:30 and still no coffee...the employees were very nice. We highly enjoyed the location because it was just a short drive to downtown and you can walk to the beaches.

The staff was friendly and handled any questions or bumps quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile. The view from my room provided amazing views of the sunset. I will keep coming back!

Not something you want to do after a long drive. No Food options. Internet access but did not work even after trying what front desk suggested. We booked 2 queens and a kitchenette. They had to close that room down and offered us 2 rooms. I asked her to pick the best rooms and without telling me booked 2 disabled rooms. The room was very clean and the staff were so helpful. We did not notice any noise from other rooms. The parking is a bit tight but outside of that we really liked our stay and would stay again.

Carpets were terrible and cleaning was sub par…there were leftovers from previous guests. The screen door was open and worst of all, gets super hot at night and have to leave door open making you worried about security. Even screen door was broken; we didn’t sleep much at night.
