- christelle (8/5): - Séjour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel chambre basique mais qui répond aux attentes. Attention toutefois par forte chaleur, il n’y a pas de climatisation et certaines chambres donnent sur la route et la gare. Le repas pris le soir est très satisfaisant et les jeunes filles assurant le service très agréable. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue.

- 565jenniew (6/5): Good for a short stay - Situated across the river from the main town, this hotel is typical of it's star rating. The rooms are functional and clean. There is a bar and a 'very' small terrace which overlooks the river (although due to the trees you cannot see the water). The food is good and the buffet breakfast basic but adequate. Parking is available at a charge, in the garage.

Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais permet de se reposer au calme.Petit bémol, la TV est trop petite. Le restau est sympa et bien pratique pour se restaurer. J y ai bien mangé et le service est assez rapide. Le petit déjeuner à la francaise est tres bien aussi. La salle du petit dejeuner et l'espace restaurant sont très agréables.

Concernant le petit déjeuner même si officiellement il est ouvert jusqu'à 10h, il est préférable de se présenter vers 09h30 pour être sûr d'avoir encore du choix (le weekend). Mais pour 8.5 par personne celui-ci est très bon ( baguette, croissant, jambon, œuf, céréales, fromage, fruit...).

The hotel had a good restaurant with splendid views its opposite the station and parking is in the various public parking bays. Free Wi-fi is available but it’s limited the further you are from reception.

- LauraMnl (10/5): Amazing - The hotel is really really nice. It is exactly at the train station but on a hill and you have an amazing view to the mountains. In 5 minutes walk, you are in the center of the village. The room was very big and extremly clean, with new and modern furniture. You can park for free in front of the hotel. Also the breakfast was good in the restaurant of the hotel with a really amazing view. A 3 bed room cost only 100€ so definitely worth it. Also the road by car till Saint-Claude was spectacular. The village itself is quite small. The reception closes at 10pm.

- michelpierre1958 (8/5): Stop off hotel - Excellent stop off hotel on our way to our biking holiday in Morzine. Stop off In Saint Claude to have a ride in the Parc naturel du Haut Jura. Free and huge storage place for bikes. Welcome and rooms are ok, Excellent breakfast. Very quiet area though situated in front of the railway station.

- Andrew-the-Herkes (6/5): Perfectly Adequate - the hotel was clean, warm, quiet and fine for sleeping but a little dated. The owner/staff were polite and helpful. It was opposite the station and parking was fine. The town was a little walk away but beware the hill back is quite steep
- hbuxton (10/5): Perfect location - We are currently traveling across Europe on our way to Greece. Our plan was to stay overnight somewhere that would enable us to go from France to Switzerland. St Claude looked like the perfect stopover and it was. The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking close by, in fact we parked right outside the hotel. The town was lovely and the scenery was spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was great. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
- M8296NWmarkp (8/5): Very good hotel - I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was in a convenient location for my needs. My room was excellent at the rear of the hotel, even with a balcony. The restaurant was also of a very good standard and I will definitely be returning when next in the region.
