- Nelly (8/5): Déçue - Déçue car nous avions sélectionné ce logement grâce a ses prestations de soins hors il n’y avait qu’un masseur donc pas de duo possible, et personnage un peu atypique pour des massage au 1er abord et les accès au spa payant… Le ménage avait été fait de manière assez succincte…poubelles pas propres et wc non plus… Assez déçu !

- Frank (10/5): - Sehr sauber. 2 Bäder und zusätzlich 2 Toiletten getrennt von den Bädern. Skikeller grenzt direkt an die Piste.
- Peter (8/5): Ski 2025 - Ganske god placering i området, specielt hvis man er kendt i området. Rolig beliggenhed, supermarket lige om hjørnet og stedets restaurant var både rigtig god og billig. Morgenmads bestiller fungerer upåklageligt. Rengøringen og receptions personalet er langt under middel. Vi fortalte flere gange der var udfordringer med varmen, men blev spist af med at sådan var systemet bare - vi havde desværre ikke termometer med, men vores bud er, at der var under 20 grader i lejligheden. Receptionen talte meget dårligt engelsk. Spa - vil hellere kalde det for et boblebad og sauna. Den del var meget oversolgt, men skikælder, parkering og selve lejligheden var i den meget gode ende.
- Mihaela (2/5): - We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water didn’t work (was unable to shower of course), the window couldn’t be closed during the night and all night the apartment was incredibly cold. The smell in the toilet was bad, we had to use the toilet near the reception in order not to vomit.The curtains were damaged, the heat did not work the whole night, and as a consequence we got cold and felt sick. We have taken pictures for everything we mentioned above and also the manager/ receptionist came and saw the situation and agree. (We also have a video with her saying that we are right.) We are going further with the legal actions, already started with the lawyers, until we will get the money back- at least the paid amount, as the expenses were lots higher because we had to change everything because of this event! So we have initiated an action to get also penalties for the damages you have caused besides the 3.600€ paid. Expedia is as guilty as the hotel management as you promote terrible hotels 2 stars maximum as they are 4 stars.
- cedric (8/5): Très bonne option aux menuires - L appartement est moderne et très agréable, au pied des pistes, même si pas au meilleur endroit pour basculer sur les 3 vallées.La piscine est un peu froide mais agréable quand même....
- Tiffany (6/5): - Appartement spacieux et propre. Literie de très mauvaise qualité. Les oreillers ne ressemblent plus à des oreillers et jaunis et le matelas est une planche. Un peu éloigné de tout, obligé de prendre la voiture ou la navette (peut fréquente en été) pour aller dans le centre des menuires.

- Mark (6/5): If you looking to Party, this is the place to stay - Hotel was well located and bus service ran from outside the entrance. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had enough space/amenities for us. The negatives- 1. Hygiene, the bed sheets had not been changed on numerous beds in the house, this was evident from dirt on the sheets. Towels, we were there for a week and when asking the reception to change them, they want to charge 7Francs / person. Smell, awful sewerage smell would be on the ground floor and lower levels of the hotel. Noise. Our room was on the 8th floor located near the road. Kept getting wokrn up by cars, people and buses. Also hotel was near the recycling bins so you would get woken up by refuge bins. Other issue is there was people singing Karaoke in the room above 5nifhts in the row until 3am some evenings. When complaining to the managent they told us that there is nothing they can do... And we shod call the police... In my opinion pretty poor response! I would not recommend the hotel based on these above factors

- Hans (8/5): erfect hotel voor een week wintersport - Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie. Het hotel ligt direct aan de piste en heeft een ski in/ski out. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar goed. Er is een klein zwembad en een kleine Spa. In het hotel is ook een skiverhuur en op 50 meter een supermarkt.

- Victoria (10/5): - The apartment was clean and extremely well-equipped, with a mini washing up kit provided to get you started. Great location for the Carrefour store next door for all your essentials, including fresh pastries and bread each morning (also available from the hotel, but we just nipped out to pick them up). This is also a ski-in/ski-out property with a lovely easy run down to the Bettex lift in the morning (although be prepared for a slightly icey blue run to get back in the afternoon!). The free bus stops directly outside of the hotel if you need to get children to ski school earlier than the Bettex starts running. All in all, a great holiday with two children aged 4 and 7!

Ski in ski out facilities were excellent The only things to let the experience down was the fact we couldn't check in or even talk to any one on arrival. One other small point is we had to share just one toilet between five.

При бронировании показывают отличные номера с видом на долину, по факту таких номеров мало, большая часть - вид на дорогу, все прохожие смотрят что происходит у тебя в номере, т.к. окна панорамные :) (см.фото) Мы не из стеснительных, но это просто некомфортно, когда все ходят и заглядывают к тебе в окна. Персонал не хочет помогать, только постоянно говорит, что ничего не может сделать. Им конечно очень жаль, но они ничего сделать не могут. Wi-Fi отсутствует как класс, даже этот отзыв пишу из кафе, потому что приложение или сайт просто не открываются. Даже текстовые сообщения в WhatsApp проходят через раз. Отправить фото родителям или друзьям, или сделать хотя бы голосовой звонок через WhatsApp просто невозможно. Отель расположен далеко от центра, на самой окраине посёлка. Нет тротуаров вдоль дороги, соответственно идти приходится по проезжей части, да и постоянно в горку. Не очень чисто, под кроватью не убирались давно, положил, не посмотрев, чехол от борда, вынул понял, что зря это сделал, весь в пыли и грязный. Я бы выбрал другой вариант по возможности.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Don’t expect to find properly cleaned apartment, nor toilet paper or dishwasher tablets to last for more than a day. Pool is not worth the bother at all, probably the worst i’ve seen in 4star hotel. Also 400euros deposit was taken, we’ve been back home for 9days now and deposit is still not given back to us. On a plus side apartment is spacious enough, easy access for ski in/out, close to local grocery shop. There is an inhouse ski rent, you will need to push guys a bit to get good equipment, they ate not keen to give you best available (in price bracket) at first. I have to give them credit still as my wife had her skis mixed up with another persons from another rent but our rent guys did not cause a problem for it, contacted other shop and exchanged their ski sets back. Thanks to them for that!

La pièce principale agréable et lumineuse. Gros bémol: la literie TRES ferme! TROP ferme ! C'est étonnant car c'est plus souvent l'inverse... Nous avions pris l'option parking mais elle n'est pas nécessaire. Et le chalet B n'est pas directement relié au parking: plusieurs escaliers et/ou ascenseurs à emprunter (peu évident avec des bagages): préférez le chalet A ou C... Bilan général positif

- Verified traveler (6/5): Déception - L’appartement est spacieux et assez calme. En revanche le personnel de réception n’est vraiment pas là pour aider. On se sent seul, mal renseigné, et on a vraiment l’impression de les déranger ! Le seul conseil que j’aurai à donner aux personnes qui travaillent à la réception est qu’ils ne devraient pas faire ce métier si le contact avec la clientèle les ennuie. Nous n’avons eu aucune info complète concernant la résidence de leur part. Le ménage n’avait été que moyennement fait : nous avons retrouvé une balle de tennis poussiéreuse dans l’appartement à notre arrivée. La localisation de la résidence est un peu excentrée. En été, ayez du souffle et de bonnes jambes pour remonter jusqu’au centre de la station à pieds !

- Susan (8/5): Perfect location! Beautiful apartments. - Amazing location, 100% ski in/out. The run takes you down to a choice of two chairlifts that get you into the main village. It's an easy blue run, so perfect for our whole family. The ski lockers are great and are very easy to access, you walk out the door and put your skis on! The apartments are excellent condition and we're cleaned perfectly. We had a 4 bedroom apartment and there was ample room in the living area to accommodate 10 of us. It's not a huge space but big enough. The bedrooms are small but functional enough, each with a closet. Bathrooms are nice with good showers in each. The pool and hot-tub is open pretty limited hours and it's not amazing but still clean and great for the kids. The water temp in the pool was warm enough but the hot-tub was cooler than I would expect (still warm enough). The reception is open limited hours but they were always friendly and helpful. It's crowded on check-in, so be prepared to wait. The area is a 10 min walk from the main village, but there is a supermarket right across the street and ski shops in the building itself. Also, there are numerous restaurants within a short walk. The restaurant in the hotel was also pretty good and I would recommended eating there one night. The 3 valleys is the largest ski area in the world and the facilities are amazing. Mostly new lifts, nearly all chairlifts express, a lot with bubbles, many gondolas, the snow is alway amazing and the weather is consistently good.
- Simon (10/5): Great base for a family ski trip - Great hotel - very clean, great condition (all looks new) and very friendly staff. We stayed in a family apartment which was spacious and well equipped - perfect for our needs of cooking in some nights and eating out others. Note that the hotel is located at one end of Les Menuires - so you will need to get the intra-resort shuttle to get around and to the rest of the facilities and lifts but the bus stop is right outside of the hotel.
- Aibhin (10/5): Excellent Accommodation - Overall a great place to stay while skiing. Ski in and out of locker rooms is very handy but you do need to get a lift to the main ski area. Accommodation was large and very nice. Would definitely return. However, Les Menuires is very family oriented and pales in comparison to the apres ski in Val Thorens.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Likes: Ski-in/out, underground parking available, somewhat spartan but clean and roomy, warm and quiet, Wi-Fi worked most of the time, handy ski locker, reasonable price for size. Shuttle bus stop right outside door. Dislikes: Equipped with microwave and range top, no stove. No DVD player, lots of comfy kitchen chairs, but living room could have used an easy chair.
- KM (2/5): - Nothing ... dirty rooms, dirty sheets, staff does not speak proper english, dirty corridors, arrived late Sat no soap or even toilet paper in the room... dusty! Need to pay extra for a steam room! Poor! Poor! Will never go back! The only good thing , the kids aniamation lady Mahon is very nice and lovely! Just respect to Manon. Overall 2 out of 10!
- Mel (2/5): - The property is so noisy as poor insulation and you hear chairs scraping and movement in the apartments above. We moved 3 times in 6 days and had the same problem in all 3 apartments. Like student accommodation and got no sleep from noise. Chairs need pads on legs to stop scraping would be a start to eliminate the noise below each apartment.

- Alex (6/5): Small but cosy rooms - Rooms are small but clean. Dissapointing that pool facilities close early (7.30pm). Restaurant attached to hotel serves excellent food.
- paul (8/5): Wonderful facility — but could use a few tweaks - Perfect facility for skiing w children. Job done. Ski in/out. A few small tweaks would make it perfect. A. Wi-fi is simply horrible. Staff knows the issues. Too many people logi-on vs capacity. Should be easy to fix. B. Need to provide more towels. One per person for a 7 night stay is not reasonable. Charging eight Euro for an extra towell is theft. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. C. Ditto for toilet paper. I understand I can buy a whole package —. But offering one extra roll for a week ... well ... D. Utilisels in kitchen are fine. But you could add coffee filters and perhaps salt and pepper. Very small items would add a lot to the experience. I bought coffee filters. Used four. Left 21 in the room. I could go on. But you get the point. A great facility. But could use a bit more attention to the smaller detail. But would strongly recommend.
- Yaro (8/5): Good Value - Not overly remote - A nice place to stay providing you don't need to be right in town and can live a few days without the internet (hooray!). A quiet night of sleep is assured. Reasonably priced given the space of the suite and amenities available. Helpful and friendly staff. Ski -rental is available within the complex and a competing rental shop is situated very close by. A grocery store is a a few steps away from the front door. Ski-in, ski-out as advertised during our stay but may be a bit dodgy when snow conditions are meager. As the complex is half way along the Bettex lift, the return path at the end of the day must be carefully considered so you approach Bettex from above (ROC 1) or else the closing time of the Bettex lift must be taken into account. There is a free shuttle to and from the center of Les Menuires that stops right in front of the complex should you prefer to take the shuttle directly to or from the major lifts in Menuires. Fortunately (or unfortunately as the case may be) the WiFi was virtually nonexistent for the first two days of our stay. For those obsessed with puzzles, you can have loads of fun figuring out how to get to your designated ski locker room using the elevators. (hint: not all elevators stop on the bottom floor). Craving night life? Walk into Croisette (moderate walk 10 minutes) or take the free shuttle.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great resort - highly recommended - Excellent resort for skiing. Nice ski-in ski-out facilities, pool area, spa and a great restaurant (try the pizzas). The room suited four of us perfectly (one double, 2 bunks and a sofa bed) - very nicely done out and spotlessly clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of (minor) negatives. The resort is a little way out of town (~15min walk). Not exactly the end of the world but if you're looking for easy access to all of the bars etc get somewhere a little closer. Also, if you want to borrow a DVD player ask at check in - they run out!!!! All in all, a great stay in a superb resort. Amazing skiing too, which goes without saying this year(!)
- Verified traveler (4/5): would not recommend - Location of accomodation means lots of road noise, snow ploughs commence at 04:30 each morning meaning if at front of accomodation don’t get much sleep. Noise inside also disappointing 18-30 type parties and accomodation staff not interested in addressing. The building does not appear to have much if any sound proofing therefore noise travels, as to change rooms on three occasions still waiting on response from Manager who was never available. On the outside looks good different when inside, would not recommend this accomodation if looking for relaxing holiday or are out with the 18-30 age range
- Kristal (10/5): Spacious apartments, good ski-in/out location - We have stayed in many ski apartments/sport hotels, chalets, etc over the years and were very pleased with the size of these ski apartments. We rented a 2 bedroom for 2 adults and our 2 adult-aged children. We were pleased to find that the apartment had 2 showers, and enough space in the bedrooms to unpack our ski gear and apres ski clothes. Also a nice size living/kitchen area and small balcony. Large, comfortable and cozy lobby area to hang out in and a high-quality (but not over priced-for the area) restaurant. Ski rental shop on site also. We had no problems using the ski lockers and parking garage. Les Menuires is not my favorite ski 'town' - purpose built with no real atmosphere, but good slopes and facilities.
