Every thing, check in was not convenient. i had to change the room 4 times, first room the bed was undone and the TV was on, second no electricity, third the door won't open, last one they changed the key to open it. The room smelled bad, toilet was disgusting I won't talk about the towels.
- anonymous (1/5): Know what you're paying for - Close to our destination...The Borgotta...if you need "shelter" for the night, want to avoid driving intoxicated ,just a place to crash...with zero percent any type of "fanciness", you should be fine...as long as you know what you are getting into. We paid about 78 dollars online, had to give 50 dollars cash upon arrival (usually 100)for deposit...which by the way, you will probablly never get that back...when we were checking out the next day...nobody to be found...had to throw our room key through a little hole in the window,(no cash deposit returned) and headed home. Comparing the price we paid to having to risk driving for almost two hours...I would sleep anywhere....you would just have to ask yourself the same thing...This is such a prime location, it could be such a wonderful investment opportunity for someone đ€ its a diamond in the rough, that still has to be dug out of the middle of the earth đ

- Angela (1/5): Terrible services with a disease ready to happen. - This place was a nightmare. The customer service was rude and not understanding. I was booked hotel after learning all hotels in Atlantic City was booked due to me visiting AC from Philly visiting and leave in Chicago. I took a train to AC and uber to facility. I learned this facility was located in a unsafe area, hotel air conditioning did not work, there was residue of bed bugs in bed after expecting the room, furniture was broke apart, hold in wall and dirty carpet. It was late when I booked I was so tired, but was so scared to even sit on bed due to room presentation. I immediately use anytime in room to find another place to lay my head. At a different location. I did not like how I was treated through customer service. When I told them the air was broke in room . They literally said â it will be a hour for maintenance to come fix itâ . They over price for this their hotel room , taking advantage of hotels being booked in AC due to a concert, they refuse to give me a refund although I have a confirmation proof that I never stayed in their hotel that shows I was booked and confirmed somewhere else , same time I was booked with them. Obviously I did not sleep in their dump. This place should be tore down.Surprisingly, Jersey state has not performed some kind facility compliance on this property. I angie g to look into this. As a professional license Social Worker in Chicago I must advocate for people who donât have a voice .

- Pierre Alexis (2/5): Dangerous for your health and worst for lodging - The worst experience my family ever had. Not sure there was attendant until someone showed up at checkup to push my family out. AC falling apart, sands and dust everywhere, no soap no towel, tv not working, looks like an abandoned premise. If you care about your health, stay away. Reception looking like a drug room in a jungle where you only speak to someone through a whole on a protected glass. Words can not be enough to describe the deepness of insanity here. And the only man we spoke to in the morning when he showed up at 11:05 am to ask me out was rude, aggressive, impolite. Worst customer service ever

- unnikrishnan (2/5): - This is a ultra low class motel. I believed that Expedia listings had some class and so have been using expedia. This hotel sure should NOT be on expedia. Its not the hotel's fault but expedia's fault in listing this one. The check in via a small ticket counter like place. They wanted $50 as deposit IN CASH. This was never mentioned during booking. They refused credit cards. Room was rusty with a strong mildew smell. I hardly slept 2 hours before an extremely busy day the next day. Horrible booking. I blame expedia entirely for this for listing this. Next time I am going to think twice before booking on expedia and want to pass this message to my friends and relatives

- Vanity (7/5): Okay for the price. - It was quiet and peaceful. Staff is rude and need customer service etiquette. Check in is not until 4, but they didnât have to be so rude about it all to check me in about 15 minutes til. Claiming the room wasnât ready and didnât give the option to check in early when you could clearly see no one entering the rooms. They need to vacuum underneath the beds and make sure they have plenty of towels and wash cloths for their guest. When I asked for towels and wash cloths I was only able to get two towels. They also need to deodorize their rooms because it smelled like a wet dirty mop. Luckily I bought a scented candle with me which helped a lot.

When my husband did ask for some the rude worker in the green shirt I wanna say he was Indian maybe Baldhead with a white car was very ignorant and rude and dismissive. He handed my husband 2 dirty ass towels no washclothes at all. The drawers in the room had used tissue balded up in them smh just nasty. We paid almost 250 dollars for one night to b treated like our business is not wanted we will not be returning back to this location EVERRR

Itâs not far from the boardwalk and casinos which was good but they DEFINITELY NEED TO UPGRADE THE ROOMS !!!!!

It is so worned out, missing door on closet, AC is missing part of cover and extremely dirty. Tub is clogged! This is a bootleg motel! Donât waste your time or money! The room smelled, i had only one small towel, and the heat didn't work so I had a space heater, but I had to return it to the windows out front. Why should I have to do that when you fall short?

Everything that could be wrong with a hotel seems to be present in this place. Whatâs even more troubling is that Expedia refused to help with a refund. They took the stance that "there's nothing they can do." Expedia needs to exert more control in situations like this.
- Victor (1/5): Horrible - I liked the location since I was getting away from work and the scenery around the area wasn't bad No room service, no smoking signs on doors but my blankets had a bunch of burn wholes, I found a crack stem under the mini fridge, they claim to have hours of operation yet not available, the vending machine took my money and a guy next door seemed to have mental issues knocking on my door with threats and I didn't even know him. I had to call police. I'll never ever stay there in life. It needs to be shut down unless all these things change. I wish I could get a refund because, it was horrible!

- Sandra (4/5): Lesson well learned - The place was disgusting when I got there I was shocked ,a piece of drape by the window looked like they chop off a piece ..started pulling out the drawers there was roaches running around in them the bed covers was stained I had to go buy cleaning supplies and bedding took me like 2hrs to clean ,the floor was very dirty I had to wipe it like 4 times to get the dirt off .the furnitures falling apart ,the manager or whoever he was have an attitude problem he needs to work on ,am not sure if he thinks heâs in India dealing with the locals but that is the perception I get of him i stayed for 4 nights I didnât drive so I had was to take taxi to the town the picture on hotel.com is misleading because they took a picture of the Bogata to trick people that is wrong, the place can be improved to the owners of this property please donât treat people like crap itâs our hard earn money we spending if they are advertising donât put it here until they fix and improve their place itâs not fear to people who is coming from out of town only to come find such disgusting place and a nasty attitude ,I almost didnât get my deposit back if I didnât mention that I was going to call the cops ..overall itâs a sex shop if you ask me ,not a getaway vacation kind of hotel not recommendable for vacationers .

He made me go to the ATM and pay a five dollar fee to remove $40 for the deposit and then never gave it back in the morning because he wasnât awake when I checked out and nobody answered the door.

Due to a minor error (my maiden name was still on my expedia account), I wasn't allowed to check into my pre-paid room, despite having emails, reservation numbers, and showing the employee the app with my name on it. Having read the reviews about the pubes, roaches, and quite honestly, the terror of the unlit parking lot, we were forced to drive an hour back home instead of "enjyoing" one more night in AC. Extremely rude office clerk "just doing his job" saved me from who knows what kind of diseases and nightmares.
