- Don (1/5): My day was good after I left the motel. - The rooms weren’t clean. Got no sleep because mattress was too thin and painful to lay on. The pillows were flat. The rooms were dirty. Nothing about the night was pleasant.
- Ange (5/5): Not a bad place to land for one night, just keep your expectations in check! ◡̈ - Came to town for KYCOM graduation. A lot of higher end hotels (of which there aren't many) priced gouged for the event and I refused to pay for that. Instead a group of us got 6 rooms and had a great time. The facility was about what I expected for the price and location, etc. They definitely could use updates, but not having updates keeps the cost low. The cleanliness could also be improved upon but there was nothing shocking or of immediate concern. We did a bed bug search and couldn't find any evidence of any so that was great! I never saw any kind of bug there, for that matter. Water temp and pressure for shower was terrific. We definitely made some good memories here. Needs an overall deep cleaning - spot cleaning of surfaces good but needs deep clean - outside areas as well as the rooms.
- Marcia (5/5): - The location was the best part of it It was run down and the bed was hard as a rock
- Ted (1/5): We will not be back - location Bathtub would take forever to drain, Fridge frozen over, TV remote did not work. Place overall is in need of repair and cleanup. It is basically a dump. First night was around 70.00 and then the second night went up to 100.00 because of a local event. They have people who stay there on a long term. Under the staircase outside one had his belongings stored, Grill and such.
- Trina (10/5): -
- Angie (1/5): - No one was in the office to check us in.
- NATALIE (10/5): -
- Fuller (9/5): The staff was friendly and amazing and the rooms were really clean! - The location, and it was the only place in the entire area under $100 bucks Although it was very very clean, everything his outdated by at least 40 years
- Maynard (10/5): - Location Location
- Kimberly (7/5): Very clean and super nice office staff. - Seaton the gentleman who came to check me in close to midnight was wonderful. Very accommodating. Outside facade needs sprucing up.
- DIEDRA (7/5): -
- Sandra (6/5): Loved the location, hated the bed - Loved that it was an older motel and actually had keys. Loved the location of where it is at. Front desk service was excellent could not have asked for a nicer person. The beds need to be replaced. The stairway to our room was like playing a game of survivor and the blankets and pillows need to be replaced. Overall the place just needs a good cleaning .
- Ashley (10/5): Enjoyable, - Accommodated all my basic needs. The water in the shower was hot, just how I preferred it! The beds were amazing! Angela in the office deserves 5 stars, she’s exceptional at customer service! The rooms could use an update and the washer and dryers replaced.
- Lorne (10/5): -
- Lowell (4/5): I wouldn't go back unless some major changes occur to the hotel. - it was cheap many rooms had broken windows. the hot water was out to the first floor so we were moved to the second floor due to it. the room was poorly lit. room felt like it hadn't been refreshed in over a decade.
- Michelle (1/5): We didn't stay . When we arrived, the office was closed. - Office hours
- Sherry (8/5): -
- Michael (6/5): -
- James (10/5): - Price location quiet and safe
Been coming to this hotel last 3 vacations No issues
- David (7/5): We new by the price it wasn’t a high end motel but it was clean and comfortable - There was no breakfast A television that I could change the channel on
- Crystal (7/5): Good room clean, nice staff , good price - Location Nothing
- Crystal (6/5): I mean you get what you pay for and I’d stay there again regardless it’s still a decent price and for your money and and - I’ve stayed there twice and I mean for the most part is one of the cleanest motels that I’ve been in when compared to ones of the same nature. However, the pillows could be updated on my second day that is and the towels as well. And the stripping from the wall popped off on me luckily I was able to get it back on without it being noticed or else I would’ve been charged for it and I didn’t even do it. But for the most part, I’ll be staying there for the third time and it’s what you pay for it and it’s not as bad as some of the reviews. That when you’re outback and there’s only one way in and that means there’s only one way out and if there’s a fire on one end of the building, there’s no way to go around because there’s a concrete barrier there. You have to go back out the way you came and that’s down the side of the building.

- Frankie (8/5): Very nice staff. On top of a ridge. Older motel but being renovated nicely. - Nice clean room. Odd location but away from traffic and noise. Location
- Kaylie (5/5): You get what you pay for. I don’t know if I would stay here again - Good location. The staff was very friendly. There was a dead bug in my room, which I understand those things can happen but it was pretty big. My bed sheets were stained up. My son and I just shared the other bed. I was a little concerned about our safety. The hotel is outdated. The pictures online definitely do not match the look of the room that I stayed in.

- Stephen (1/5): -
- Brittany (10/5): -
- William (5/5): - Staff was super friendly. The beds were worse than slate rock.
- barnett (10/5): -
- Thacker (10/5): -
- Caleb (1/5): The worst hotel ever. - Nothing Everything. Especially the black mold, the cold showers, and dirty sheets.
- Jake (3/5): -
- Loman (10/5): Great stay - They had a shuttle to take us to and from the concert and they have designated smoking rooms.
- EDWARD (10/5): -
- Jenny (7/5): -
- Thomas (1/5): - We could not stay! The room was dark and musty. The odor of mold and mildew was overpowering, enough to make you hold your breath. We returned the keys in short order and checked out. No way we could have spent the night there. Horrible!
- EDWARD (10/5): - Friendly staff, great service. Quiet, well lit and great location.
- Jasmine (5/5): -
- Crystal (7/5): It was nice and clean and comfortable for the price. I’ll stay again - It was clean The microwave was noisy even though I didn’t use it and I had to unplug it and the other thing was the towels and washcloths could have been replaced or stains removed. The fact you have to go to the office and get coffee and there isn’t always someone in there.
- ELLA (8/5): Served the purpose for one night - It was fine for one night. Good price No hair dryer. Bed was very hard
- Becky (6/5): You get what ya pay for. - The staff was amazing!! Bed was comfortable. The location was excellent!! If you are looking for a luxury place, you won't be happy here. If you are looking for a bugfree place to sleep and shower... this is the place.
- Britt (10/5): - Quiet and clean
- david (3/5): dont recommend unless you just want a cheap uncomfortable one night stay. - not much to like except for our room being on ground level and parking right out front bed was very uncomfortable, wasnt really clean and no maid service even after asking.
- John (7/5): The room was clean and comfortable.the staff was very friendly. We would stay there again. - The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The Inn was out dated but looks like they are working on updating the facilities.
- Debbie (2/5): - First I have to say the staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. As I carry my luggage up a very unsafe rusted out stairwell I noticed garbage outside of every room. There were dogs barking in the next room. When I walked in the room it reeked of cigarettes and mold. They moved me to another area the room was filthy and smeeled like bug spray. This place needs to be condemned.
- Howard Ellard (9/5): -
- Anderson (8/5): - Clean and lovely
- Samuel (8/5): -
- Charles (5/5): Just slept there that’s all - A place to stay for the night Old And they charge a security fee of 50 dollars and only give you back 47 dollars! A fee of 3 dollars? Greed
- Brad (9/5): -
- Lee (4/5): - Staff was very polite. Got a 1 bedroom on second floor..room itself was fine but stairs leading up to the room are in desperate need of replacement. Rusted holes and steel was flexing.Multiple rooms had trash laying outside..Would not recommend this place at all..entire property needs renovation.
- Maynard (10/5): - Great staff very clean Everything great
- James (10/5): - Excellent
- James (7/5): -
- Duffield (7/5): Very pleasant, great value and the staff were extremely nice and helpful - Convenient location and the staff was very nice and helpful. nothing, great value
- Roberta (8/5): - Dirty outside of rooms and inside the towels were stained and looked dirty.
- Jon (6/5): - Staff was super friendly. Unfortunately i found a cigarette burn in the comforter and there was no coffee pot in the room.
- Matthew (4/5): What Was I Thinking? - Just passing thru. Quick overnight. A lot of laborers staying. The stairs were so rotted and rusted I thought for sure I was going to fall thru. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The room was clean but super dated.
- Curtis (10/5): - The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing, comfortable place to stay.
- Mary (10/5): -
- James (10/5): - Awesome property. Its a little older, but very clean, I stay there for work a couple of times a year. No bugs, Always clean, and is on the end of town that I really like. Very quite, cant hear the traffic.
- Jeremy (7/5): -
- Petra (1/5): Complete Garbage dump! Save your cash - The office lady was awesome This place is a complete dump! I can’t believe they have legitimate reviews because I have NEVER stayed at a lower quality spot in the entire country. I travel everywhere and this place is the biggest pos possible. Rusted stairs, filthy premises, old and outdated by 50 years. I booked based off reviews and got fooled. If I did t have my dog, we would have slept in the truck.
- Jerronaka (8/5): -
- Mildred (4/5): Not happy - NA I reserved king size bed room that showed available 10 minutes when i resererved it. I got there she said there wasn't one available when it showed there was. Got a supposed queen size bed and they wouldnt give it to me for a cheaper price. It was actually a full size bed instead. No coffee maker, tissue or clock in the room. The room was supposed to be non smoking room and it smelled strongly like Marijuana smoke. I won't be back.
- Charles (9/5): -
- Rick (9/5): -

- Todd (8/5): - It was very convenient. There was a friendly cat on staff. Description of property was spot on.
- Susan (7/5): Old and dated. - The price of the stay. That, I was supposed to get a king, but got a queen. It is an older hotel and it shows. Someone tried to update by painting the walls and didn't tape off anything. Paint on the light switch, tile in the bathroom.
- Alex (10/5): - Clean, friendly, convenient, good price
- Versa (8/5): - Staff was fantastic. Room was nice, quiet and clean.

- Danny (10/5): Glad I found this motel, way cheaper than the other selections in Pikeville. - Have been staying in Inez in the past. This location is better, all four lane to Williamson. Needed help to turn on the TV.
- Wesley (10/5): - Sheets were clean and bed was clean. I didn't see any mess on the floor. Bathroom was also cleaned. I was surprised by how clean it was considering it's a 1 star motel.
- Ritchie (8/5): Very good -
- Stacey (2/5): Very poor -
- Steven (10/5): - Great location , fair price , quiet . Check in was flawless. I was overnighting on a long motorcycle trip. The room was perfect and comfortable. Will definately stay again.
- Traci (8/5): Very good -
- Wright (8/5): Was a very pleasant hotel, will stay here again - When we checked in, we were put in a room that did not have a working fan in bathroom. We called front desk and they came up and moved us to another room that was nicer and updated.
They are in the process of updating all rooms. It is older and dated, but I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Stairs to 2nd level need to be updated
