Catherine (8/5): Very good - Great location in Assisi. Good communication from owner. It's a bit of a walk from the carpark with luggage, but we parked near the cafe and loaded and unloaded luggage there. Clean and tidy. Well equipped. No lounge to sit on, which we knew, but would be really easy to convert this lounge area. Remove built in table and benches so there is a nice 4 seater corner lounge, TV mounted on wall and small extendable table to sit at if required.
