- Sudarat (10/5): - Excellent location right next to Hita Station. Delicious breakfast and free parking. The front desk staff were friendly, and there was also a classic car event in front of the station during my stay, which made the experience even more special.

- 桃原 (9/5): 総合的にとても良かったので、また利用したいと思った - 朝食がおいしかったので、夕食もホテルのレストランを利用したが安くておいしかった。駅前という立地条件も良よくて。ﾚﾝﾀｶｰ会社がすぐ隣だったので大変便利だった。 チェックイン時に「連泊の場合は室内清掃とタオルは毎日替えますが、シーツやナイトウェアは替えません」と言われた。シーツはいいけどナイトウェアは毎日替えてほしいかな。。。（よくなかった点しいて言うならこれくらい）

- Diana (7/5): Comfortable quiet stay near the station - Comfortable and clean room. It’s right next to train station but was still quiet. Room is a bit small but that is expected for hotels in Japan.

- Wei-Chuan (9/5): 地點很好，房間稍舊但大小還可以，早餐選擇不多但口味不差，服務人員非常友善。 - 早餐選擇不算太多但口味不錯，房間雖然舊了一點但維持得很整潔，大小也還能接受。大浴池不大，約7-8個人就滿了，不過還是挺舒適的。地點就在日田車站旁，如果是搭乘大眾交通來的話很方便，自駕的旅客也有飯店專屬停車場可以停，是個很不錯的住宿選擇。另外值得一提的是員工服務非常好，我在抵達別府後才發現充電線組忘記帶走，聯繫飯店請他們幫忙將充電線寄送到我最後一天在福岡的飯店，而飯店不僅沒有收取我快遞費用，而且還貼心的把充電線組包裝得非常整齊，真的非常感謝他們。The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted good. Although the room was a bit dated, it was well-maintained and a decent size. The public bath is on the smaller side—it gets crowded with about 7–8 people—but it was still quite comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to Hita Station, making it very convenient for those using public transport. For those driving, the hotel provides dedicated parking, which is a great plus. I’d especially like to mention the exceptional service. After arriving in Beppu, I realized I had left my charging cables behind. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly offered to mail them to my final hotel in Fukuoka. Not only did they cover the shipping costs, but they also packed everything so neatly. I am truly grateful for their help; it made my trip so much better. 高倉様、その節は親切にご対応いただき、本当にありがとうございました。

- Amy (7/5): 三個月前提早預約，因為改變計劃，所以email 詢問是否可更改調整為後一天再住宿，被告知必須取消訂單再次重新預訂； 入住時詢問是否有高樓層房，被告知必須額外加價，房間317號門口的中央空調及起非常吵雜，房間面臨鐵路邊，在火車上在運行期間也有 - 就在日田車站的旁邊，包含在房價內豐富好吃的早餐 櫃檯員工似乎非常討厭外國觀光客，全部超級厭世臉！問問題也隨便回答，要求高樓層也要額外加價….等
- Valeria (10/5): Relaxing - We had a great stay here in Hita. The room was small, but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is exceptional, just a one-minute walk from the station. For Attack on Titan fans, the hotel is right next to the statue of Levi, which is a fun bonus. The area is also very quiet and feels very safe. If I return to Hita in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

- Theresa (5/5): It was adequate and clean...basic amenities and room. - Location was steps from the train station which was a benefit to our family group, two of whom were using walkers. Rooms were very very small with minimal room to move around and no place for luggage. Beds were hard and pillows were very small and very hard. Adequate for one night but difficult for more than one nights stay.

A due minuti a piedi si trovano vari spazi commerciali che hanno abbigliamento, alimentari di tantissime varietà. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla strada sul palazzo di fronte si poteva vedere il titano colossale (per i fan di AOT). Nulla, tutto benissimo

- Teresa (9/5): Excelente alojamiento! - La ubicación era muy conveniente, estaba enfrente de la estación de autobuses y a un lado de la estación del tren, el personal fue muy amable y el desayuno estaba muy rico :D La habitación es un poco chica pero sí corresponde a como está anunciada.
