• Andrea (10/5): Would definitely come again - This Pension was perfect for our needs. The owner was prompt with check in and the facilities were very clean. The kitchen was accessible and coffee was provided. (You have to prepare it though). The rooms were large, cozy and clean. Parking was out front and the walk to the Market took us about 20 minutes. Very nice place Honestly, I can't think of anything.

• Silke (9/5): - Pension war ohne Frühstück, aber es war möglich die gut ausgestattete Küche zu nutzen. Kaffee Tee und Milch/ Zucker konnten ohne Kosten genutzt werden. Die Fahrräder/Ebikes konnten sich unter gestellt werden. Akkus konnten geladen werden

• Patricia (8/5): - Fijne (doorreis) locatie vlak bij de Elbe veerboot. Vriendelijke ontvangst en alles zag er netjes uit. Op de familiekamer was voldoende ruimte op een campingbedje voor ons zoontje neer te zetten.

• Jytte (9/5): VERY good and bicycle friendly - Very good for dirty wet bicyclists. The host were extremely helpfull, so we could our bicycles washed. Rooms were new renovated and god size. The kitchen were not worib vi be We were a bit worried because there were no breakfast, but wery convinient there were a big supermarked within walking distance

• Louise (9/5): Fabulous - The property is a small, unassuming building close to the ferry across the Elbe but don’t be fooled. Inside has been decorated beautifully and our room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. Everything was super clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom sleek. We had a great nights sleep as the road was quiet. Don’t be put off by the lack of breakfast as there are two supermarkets and an excellent bakery just a few minutes away and you can bring your breakfast to the property and eat at the tables inside the reception area. We rode to the bakery and had a great breakfast with good coffee and sat outside but they also had tables inside. We were only sorry we had just one night here as it was fantastic. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Daniel (10/5): Great place to stay in Glückstadt - Manager / owner checked us in and was very pleasant and helpful . In room #1 and it was wonderful. Spacious , multiple windows for light and ventilation , very clean and quite modern . Very comfortable bed and multiple chairs . Bathroom was large , clean and modern . Great large secure shed for bicycle storage with battery chargers in the shed . Breakfast was good Only complaint was that if you are on bicycles the evening restaurant choices in the city center are about a 15 minute walk away . However , that was not a serious problem .

Having booked a family room on booking.com for £82 the owner advised us that he as there were two of us we would have to pay extra for the family room. He then charged us 120 Euros and said that the booking.com description was wrong!!

• Britta (10/5): Excellent, clean and comfortable - The breakfast was fine. The room was excellent. Sparkling clean, roomy and very comfortable.
• Yrjö (9/5): A great pension - Spacious room and bathroom. Everything in top shape. Nice wood-like floor (vs carpet). The location, but this is my bad. Restaurants 1.3 km away. Compared to german standards, the breakfast was a bit spare.
