- Helle Doktor (8/5): Hyggeligt hotel centralt i Ribeauvillé (Alsace) - Beliggenheden er super - en skøn gade i Alsace og den meget hyggelige vinrute by Ribeauvillé. Selve hotellet også dejligt med restaurant, udendørs servering, en skøn terrasse med SPA og sauna mm. Fine værelser, ikke store, men fint med plads til de 2 overnatninger, som vi havde på stedet. Og vi var gerne blevet lidt længere 😉😃 Personalet som var til stede om morgenen/formiddagen var rigtig søde og vi fik super betjening - også på engelsk. Morgenmaden var fin med friskpresset juice, frisk brød, lækre oste, pålæg osv. Enkelte i selskabet savnede måske en pølse og lidt bacon til æggene, men der var så meget andet:) Ikke som sådan noget vedr selve hotellet og opholdet. Men vi oplevede en ret dårlig service begge dage fra kvinden i reception/restaurant/bar om eftermiddagen. En ting var, at hun ikke kunne noget engelsk overhovedet, det er helt ok, for det kan en venlig og serviceorienteret tilgang til "non verbal kommunikation" og lidt fransk/tysk fra vores side sagtens håndtere. Det var mere hendes småsure attitude og mangel på serviceorientering, som var iøjnefaldende, og som betød, at vi primært valgte at gå andre steder hen.

- Thibaud (5/5): Arnaque qualité / prix - La propreté, l emplacement, juste devant le meilleur bar à bières du coin, l’espace spa, chambre confortable et jolie sauf qu’il y fait très chaud sous les combles même hors canicule Les employés sont adorables, mais la patronne est exécrable. La télécommande pour la Clim n est pas dans la chambre, ils refusent de la donner ce qui équivaut selon moi à de la publicité mensongère lorsqu’il est écrit « établissement climatisé ». De plus, le petit déjeuner est bon mais très très limité pour le prix.

Der Service beim Nachtessen war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Sandrine von der Réception. Sie hat uns betreffend unserer e-Bikes mit einer perfekten Lösung aus der Patsche geholfen.

Nous avons eu un gros problème avec la douche : par suite d'une mauvaise installation la douche se bloquait sur le froid ou le bouillant. Nous n'avons pas eu les services indiqués lors de la réservation : coffre-fort car pas de clé ainsi que pantoufles dans la chambre. Nous avons obtenu des pantoufles à notre demande qui nous ont été facturées 10€ !

Baldai nutrinti, šaldytuvas paprasčiausiai stovi ant žemės. Viskas vyko vakare, administratorius, kuris beveik nekalba angliskai, atidavė raktus ir išėjo namo. Pasakė, kad ryte pusryčiai iki 8.00 - Finish. Ryte 9.30 pusryčių nei vietoje, nei su savim negavome, nors buvom sumkėję už 2 dienas. Dėl kambario ryte administratorius bandė aiškinti, kad už 130 € mes tokį ir užsakėme. Grynas melas. Kai parodžiau užsakymo duomenis ir skrinšotus, pasiūlė persikelti į kitą kambarį. Mes nenorėjome likti sukčių viešbutyje nei minutės. Paprašėme grąžinti pinigus už antą dieną - nieko negavome. Įstaiga į laiškus neatsako. Nei per Booking, nei per E-mail. Savo parkingo neturi, pasiūlė nuvažiuoti už 2 kvartalų ir ten palikti mašiną. Pastatėme tiesiog gatvėje prie restorano durų. Pasirodo galima. SPA - tai sena dulkėta jakuzzi stovinti atvirame balkone skersgatvyje tarp 2 pastatų. Dauguma nuotraukų anketoje yra ne iš šio viešbučio. Būkite atsargūs - mokėti reikia iš anksto ir įstaiga pinigų negrąžina.

Alle sind sehr bemüht ihre Gäste zufrieden zu stellen und es wurde auch versucht, uns in Deutsch zu antworten. - Peter (8/5): Trevligt hotell i Alsace - Trevligt hotell och restaurang i centrala Ribeauville. Väldigt god frukost med omsorgsfullt valda råvaror. Allmän parkering strax utanför hotellet. Vi reste i lågsäsong så inga problem att få plats men kanske svårare under sommaren.

- Ralf (8/5): Wunderbares Hotel in perfekter zentralen Lage - Die zentrale Lage des Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Boxspringbett fanden wir mega bequem. Toll ist, dass es eine Minibar auf dem Zimmer gab. Keine direkten Parkplätze. Aber das ist nicht so schlimm. Zum Entladen kann man direkt vor das Hotel fahren und zu einem gebührenfreien öffentlichen Parkplatz ist es nicht weit. Die Aussicht ist natürlich der Lage geschuldet nicht so sehr vorhanden gewesen.

- Hugo (8/5): Great place for a break! - The hotel is in an excellent location with a car park in walking distance. You are basically at the top of the street that runs through the village, which is less crowded. The restaurant is extremely good. The room we had is not so special but good enough. The incentive is to go out and do things.
- Bragard (6/5): - la propreté. le restaurant. Au niveau de l'espace détente, sauna et jaccuzzi, la douche ne fonctionne plus. Or il est bien indiqué de se doucher avant. Beaucoup de mousse dans le jaccuzzi, manque d'entretien. Il faut utiliser un anti-mousse. On entend fort ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres à côté : ronflements, robinet qui coule, tout résonne. De plus les femmes de ménage commence les chambre avant 9h. Impossible de dormir plus tard.
- Mélanie Mermoud (10/5): Super séjour - Super séjour au moment de la Saint-Sylvestre. Très bonne accueil. Le repas du soir était super. Notre chambre était magnifique et très confortable et spacieuse.

- Gert Jan (7/5): - Keurige kamer, prima parkeren en mooie ligging. Prima wijn. Het "diner Sylvestre"was op zich een dure maar leuke belevenis maar de brigade had wat moeite met het aantal gasten, daardoor wat rommelig. Ook werd er ondanks overleg vooraf te weinig rekening gehouden met de diner wensen van mijn echtgenote.
