Tianxiang (8/5): A hotel with good location and very good breakfast. - The hotel sits on a quiet street, not very far from bus station. The size of room is OK and very clean. The breakfast was impressive, with a lot choices. The hotel manager told us when we checked in that meat dishes might not be always available since it was the week before Easter sunday. It turned out not to be true.

eastiny (10/5): Great Hotel - We have just Spent 3 nights here.The Staff throughout are very friendly and helpful.Our Room was Very Clean and the Bed was very comfortable.The breakfast each morning was a high standard and many things to choose from.We also ate in the Restaurant arwa in the main bar several times.The food was really good. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Peter (9/5): Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Kreta Urlaub in heraklion kein Hotel suchen müssen😊 - Zentral gelegen sowohl zum shoppen als auch zur Weiterreise. Modern eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück für mediterrane Verhältnisse. Sehr gute Preis Performance. Check-in Zeit ist ungewöhnlich 15:00. Nachts kann es etwas lauter sein, da Bar durchgehend auf. beides hat mich nicht gestört.

Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und frischem Obst/Gemüse. Freundliche Rezeption, die auch auf Sonderwünsche eingeht. Altstadt von Heraklion gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis-Leistung top – wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz für die Gäste - vermittelt aber kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Am Hafen kann man für 6 Euro die Nacht sehr günstig parken.

KERSTIN (8/5): - Schönes großes Zimmer, schöne Dusche, Lage optimal Leider war das Galadinner am 24.12.25 ein totaler Reinfall. Es sollte um 21 Uhr beginnen, um 22 Uhr hatten wir noch nicht mal die Vorspeise. Es war großes Chaos. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Hätten wie nicht Halbpension gebucht, wäre es ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen

Im Restaurant gibt es 10% Rabatt für Hotelgäste. - im Fahrstuhl fällt das Lesegerät für die Zimmerkarte auseinander (wird aber sowieso nicht benötigt) - Steckdose + USB Anschluss am Schreibtisch defekt -> auf Nachfrage solle das am nächsten Tag repariert werden. Ist bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts nicht passiert. - im Angebot des Zimmers stand, dass es einen Willkommensgruß geben solle (Raki, Gebäck, etc) -> fehlte - auf Nachfrage sei es ein Angebot vom letzten Jahr gewesen und man habe vergessen, dass herauszunehmen. Keine Alternative oder sonstiges.

Justine (2/5): Cafards dans la chambre - Le buffet du petit-déjeuner et le restaurant de l'hôtel sont bons. Lit confortable. Cafard dans la chambre et saletés. Lorsqu'on l'a dit au personnel de la réception ils nous ont presque rit au nez, pas de compensation ni d'excuses, rien. Autant vous dire qu'on a mal dormi la nuit d'après en sachant qu'il y avait des cafards.

Nadia (2/5): Niet aan te raden - Elektriciteit viel snachts uit. Daardoor knipperde er bij de pashouder blauw licht door de kamer. Ook de rookmelder knipperde boven het bed. Wanneer je de deur opende was er geen balkon maar gelijk een muur. Het is niet goed geïsoleerd dus je hoort alle drukte van buiten. Dit was een classic room op de 1e etage. Ik raad dit hotel niet aan en zeker niet voor het geld. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de locatie is goed. Dus ik raad het puur af vanwege de kamer. Het was misleidend aangezien de foto's een stuk beter zijn.

Nicoleta Ramona (10/5): PER total, a fost foarte bine! - Locație foarte bună, aproape de port și de centrul vechi, patul f bun, ne-am odihnit bine. Au un mic dejun destul de divers. Personalul foarte amabil. Faptul ca am primit 2 paturi unite in loc de unul matrimonial și faptul ca baia era împărțită în 3 spații.

CHRISTOS (9/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης. - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία του Ηρακλείου που μπορείς εύκολα με τα πόδια να φτάσεις σε διάφορα μέρη ενδιαφέροντος. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει. Γενικά θεωρώ ότι αυτό το κατάλυμα είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή. Δεν βρήκα κάτι το αρνητικό.
Dora (10/5): Εξαιρετική!!! Επιπλέον φανταστική θέα σ ένα «τροπικό πάρκο». - Καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο, με νιπτήρα, ντουζιέρα, WC σε διαφορετικούς χώρους!!! Πολύ λειτουργικό! Υπέροχο κρεβάτι! Ζητήσαμε δυο ξεχωριστά κρεβάτια αλλά δυστυχώς είχαν εξαντληθεί!

Bernd (10/5): Wir sehen uns in diesem Jahr wieder... - Die Hotelzimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Preis inbegriffen und war wirklich frisch, lecker und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Dame in der Küche war sehr freundlich! Alle Restaurants sind sehr gut zu erreichen... die Lage ist perfekt! Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und kompetent... wir haben sehr kurzfristig wegen einer Flugstornierung gebucht und waren überrascht, dass wir unsere Zimmer nach einer wirklich kurzen Wartezeit direkt beziehen konnten. Alles war perfekt für ein Hotel in der Innenstadt. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen....

Στο πάρκινγκ την πρώτη ημέρα που το πληρώσαμε εμείς δώσαμε 7,5 € ενώ όταν φεύγαμε που πληρώσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο,μας κράτησε 10:00 € την βραδιά και τέσσερα βράδυα, ενώ το ένα το είχαμε πληρώσει εμείς γιατί δεν είχε σφραγιστεί η απόδειξη. Δεν πειράζει όμως όλα τα άλλα ήταν υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

flissa3 (10/5): Impressed - I found the olive green tones of the hotel interior space and my room, created a relaxing and soothing vibe. My huge bed was scrupulously clean and the whole space gave me a sense of attention to detail and good hygiene practices. All staff members I encountered were professional, yet approachable and listened well. In the room, it was evident that much consideration had gone into the overall design, for instance the lights could be operated independently of each other, and were in all the right places,impressive. A Samsung tablet was provided to control the lighting and climate, without getting up!, if one so desired. However, i found the ventilation/ heat arrangements did not need any adjustment. Of course I kept the balcony door open daytimes. The wet room was well organised, with double hooks on the far side, where towels could be safely hung to wrap up in before opening the shower door. I enjoyed having a choice of seating, in or out for my main meal. The breakfast and meal menus were as expected, good quality. All was extremely well presented and managed - a slick operation- Bravo! The location was most convenient, 5 minutes (max) walk to Freedom Square, Hondos centre or Morozini Fountain. Archaeological museum 5 minutes. Historical museum of Crete 20 mins walk.
