- Verified traveler (4/5): - Изобщо не беше хигиенично, чаршафите бяха на петна и на мамулки. Когато пристигнахме момичето, което случайно намерихме , защото няма рецепция ,( трабва да званнеш по телефона) говореше само руски, аз говоря испански и английски, еми не се разбрахме. По-късно дойдоха едни момчета руснаци, които говориха бг и английски и така се настанихме.
- Erika (8/5): Nice studio, no on-site reception - Great studio appartments, away from the noisy street. Parking and entrance are from behind. Public parking available after the corner as well. Although advertised as 24hrs open, the check in is strictly at 2pm, check out at 10. You need to call in advance to get your room, which can be frustrating if you travel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Theres no reception in the hotel and nobody answer the phone when we try to call. We sleap in to the car first night.
- henrik (6/5): - Difficult to find,no reception so almost impossible to check in,no people at check out. No cleaning
- Cann (6/5): Close to the main street - Unmanned reception that opened at 2pm apparently, which it didn't, had to ring various numbers to try and get a hold of someone, got through by an emergency number in a lift! Had been waiting for 3hrs by now so was a little p'd off. When someone arrived, didn't take any details just showed us to the room and scuttled off. Room was ok, modern but lacked a kettle, only got one wafer thin pillow and one towel which was not changed all week by the cleaners nor were the bedsheets! The unit holding the showerhead was broken, resulting in a smack in the head once in a while! Also the toilet seat had seen better days. Location was the only good thing, 2min walk to the strip and it was quiet. On checkout... well, again no one about to do it, so just had to leave the key in the room and go! Not great unfortunately only due to the lack of customer care
