• Svetlana (3/5): Все понравилось бы, если вернули сумму, которую сняли повторно. - Неплохое месторасположение. Очень чисто. Есть все гигиенические принадлежности. Идеально чистые полотенца, белоснежное постельное белье. Для приготовления все имеется. Есть кофеварка, тостер, утюг, гладильная доска вся необходимая бытовая техника. Очень сложная схема бронирования. Сначала в букинге ты бронируешь,у тебя блокируют деньги и перенаправляют на сайт отеля, где ты заполняешь кучу данных и с тебя ещё раз списывают деньги за бронирование и 300 евро на страхование. Отменить уже не можешь, т.к. на букинге деньги заблокированы. Мне пришлось сразу заплатить 980 евро за два дня брони!!! С меня сняли деньги дважды. Сначала букинг заблокировал 340 евро за 2 дня, потом через программу отель снял 340 евро и еще 300 заблокировал до отъезда. 300 евро вернули. 340 евро , которые обещали вернуть в течении 2 недель ( до 16 мая) до сих пор не вернули. Сегодня 22 мая. Три недели уже не возвращают деньги. Два дня пребывания в апартаментах мне обошлось в 680 евро.

• Jim (7/5): Comfortable but beware of the elevator - Large,bathroom good,refrigerator good,bed comfortable, good sized dining area, quiet ,easily accessible to several attractions. Sketchy area at night. 3of 4 dining room chairs were wobbly , one to the point of being dangerous. The elevator is an embarrassment ,13 stairs to walk up an extremely narrow stairway to get to it and 10 more stairs to walk to the apartment. When you carry heavy and large suitcases up those stairs it is a challenge. When you open the elevator door be careful because you can easily lose your balance and fall down the stairs. Virtual keys are a good idea but after being out all day we arrived at the apartment with almost no battery left in our phones. How do you get in in you have no battery left. A backup plan would be a good idea.

• Guest (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Barcelona mit Aclam Books! - Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt in Barcelona und zum ersten Mal haben wir ein Appartement über Alcam Books gebucht. Der komplette Ablauf der Buchung und der Aufenthalt war unkompliziert und mit wenig Aufwand verbunden. Das Appartement war genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Ich persönlich fande die Lage des Appartments super, nah an der Metrostation und in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß an den Ramblas. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants und Cafés vor der Haustür. Wir kommen gerne wieder…. Hat alles gepasst!

• johanna (5/5): Cuidado - Estaba limpio, fué lo único que me gustó Mala comunicación. Me dieron la dirección incompleta y eso hizo que gastará en el uber muchísimo dinero. Está ubicado el apartamento en un área que hay que tener mucho cuidado. La cama incomoda. Le robaron a mi amiga saliendo del apartamento. El lavamano estaba tapado y el fregadero también. Les escribí explicando todo esto y hasta el momento nadie ha respondido.

Buna çözüm bulunması lazım. Ev dört kişinin kalması için uygun değil Ama aile iseniz kalabilirsiniz. Banyo tuvalet kapısını açıp kapatmak tam bir işkence. Eve ellerinizi yıkamak için sabun bile koymamışlar. şampuanınızı yanınızda getirin.

• arley (10/5): - Excelente instalação. Ao confirmar a reserva, eles pediram para pagar outra taxa que era o mesmo valor da reservar. Era 300euros da reserva e tive que pagar + 300 euros. Levando isso em consideração não recomendo. Sorte que tinha uma economia. Faltou essa informação no ato da reserva. E como não tinha direito. Cancelamento acabei pagamento o valor para não perder toda a reserva.
• David (9/5): - El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, y con muy buenos servicios. Excelente ubicación, cerca a estación de metro y paradas de buses, así como a restaurantes y mercados. Igualmente suministran kit de aseo personal, y kit de aseo de cocina. Los horarios de check in 04:00 pm y check out 12:00 pm, son pocos favorables, aún así me entregaron el apartamento a las 2:00 pm despues de hacerles reiteradas solicitudes de ingreso anticipado. Igualmente exigen el pago de un depósito previo al ingreso al apartamento, al finalizar el proceso de chek in en línea.
• Milda (6/5): - Super lokalita, naproti skvělá kavárna, poblíž super trh. Metro nedaleko. Chtělo by to trochu už apartmán poopravit. Chybí myčka, postel trochu rozpadlá, nejde zavřít okno atd. Chybí detaily, které by apartmán udělali praktický a lepší. Poměrně rušní sousedé a to nemyslím ty ze zahraničí.

• Pat (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Barcelona! - Brilliant location. Lovely furniture, everything worked well (TVs, kitchen equipment, Wifi, shower, hot water, air-con etc). Little things missing, like no plug in kitchen sink, no washing up liquid or tea-towel, shower didn’t have wall thing to hold shampoo and shower gel, a usb socket somewhere to charge phones would be useful when the door-key is a phone-link.

• Fabio (9/5): Superb - Location is near Mercat San Antoni and very well connected to public transportation, also the area is amazing for going out, great restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is completely renovated. It's exactly as the pictures show, it's on the ground floor, it was easy to put all the luggage inside. The staff was very helpful when we had a small issue with the electric roof window, the technician came by after a few days and fixed it. We have pets and it was great for them, as we used the apartment temporarily to search for a definitive place while moving. Cleaning every week, amazing. Laundry space has a strong smell of sewer, but there's a sealed door that does not allow it flowing into the apartment.

The kitchen is very good with all needed equipmant. Airconditions are work perfect. Apartment was not cleaned. The bed linen was not change, everywhere have hair from previose guest, also have hair from dog or cat. Thanks to apartment administration, they send cleaner to change bedlinen.

In a walking distance to the city center, Plaza de Catalunya. In 10 mins walking to the bus stop where you can take the buses A1, A2 to the airport. The kitchen has everything needed. Highly recommended!

Electronic key system I found more suitable than regular keys. Apartment was clean. There are washing machine and dryer, kitchen fully equipped. Two ACs work well. - size of bathroom / for me was ok but! not for oversized / overweight people at all. Keeep it in mind when booking. - district / switch on our EU tolerance and enjoy

In the apartment cooker isn’t working after all day trying contact customer service they didn’t replied.

• Claire (1/5): Shocking - Nothing at all. Alcam REFUSED late evening check-in despite pre arranging this facility. I (lone woman) was left in Barcelona city centre with my child and was forced to pay for alternative accommodation for the first night despite fully paying for Alcam. At 23.00hrs I was told I needed to travel 30 mins from the city centre to collect the key then travel 30 mins back to the city centre to find the accommodation - the flat is another 20 mins from the city centre. I was told at 23.00 hrs that the office will close at 23.00hrs. At NO TIME before booking was I told that access to the fully paid for accommodation would be off-site. Also be very aware of the obscured 'house rules' information published. I was told that would be REFUSED entry to accommodation that I fully paid for, if I didn't pay a 300 euros refundable security fee in advance. When we eventually obtained the key to the flat the day AFTER we booked the accommodation. The flat is ok. Cheaply appointed and relatively clean. However there a partition wall between the flat and the neighbours. I heard the man shower, pee, empty his throat, pleasure a woman then take another shower between 2am and 6am on three nights of our booking. A child was awake, laughing and playing throughout which is a huge concern. There is no privacy or noise cancellation, and impossible to sleep. Please DO NOT stay at this apartment if you want to rest. Please DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with this careless, disrespectful company.

The space was clean and beds were comfortable. No welcome basket, basics: tea, coffee, sugar and water. No extra sheets, no towels. The terrace is not actually usable. Had to call to find out which apt that information should have been clearly indicated.
• Furkanyavuz (1/5): Instant Regret and the Best Way to Ruin Barcelona - The location. It really gives you great hopes and expectations of a nice stay but the rest will be the exact contrary. Hold tight, this will be long. As a frequent traveler, this is my very first negative comment. While I wait for my security deposit, I accept risking it to warn you NOT TO stay here - so this comment might be worth 300 Euros. Keep reading. ***INSTANT REGRET The elevator is on the "mid-floor" so you carry your luggage while noticing the wall paints are ripped and covered with weird dark/dirty shades. The incredibly narrow hallway of the flat welcomes you. You notice the pictures are nothing but perfectly MISLEADING. There is nothing spacious, comfortable, or nice about this place. I instantly told myself that this place is worth MAXIMUM 90 EUROS per night. If you are expected to pay more, DO NOT DO IT. I paid, roughly 375 euros per night for this nightmare - which was supposed to be a lovely family stay for a week in Barcelona. -We quickly noticed the whole walls in bedrooms/in the living room had the same weird dark shades and ripped paints. -We had to use one of the duvets to make the sofa bearably comfortable. -The toilet seat has a crack that will grab your right ass cheek if you don't move carefully. The elevator remained broken for 3 days, so we walked 5 floors all the time. We asked them to let us leave the flat mid-week (as we had booked 8 nights), no responses at all... My parents' flight was a few hours after mine on the check-out date. I asked for 2 hours extra (2 PM instead of 12). No responses at all. When I landed, I learned that my parents were harassed. The cleaners tried to enter 4 times and they warned my parents they will call the police if they don't leave within 10 minutes. In the meantime, apparently, I was called 5 times, and an e-mail threat saying they will keep my security deposit in case of a late checkout. So if you want to hear back from them, just make sure they need something from you! This was a disgraceful and humiliating stay. These people should not be allowed to advertise on Booking.com.
• Thom (1/5): Don't pick this Hotel - Noting good to say, my worst stay in any hotel ever. But Barcelona is a lovely city. I booked two double bedrooms via Bookings.com for my family and me. When we arrived there was only one double bed and one single bed. Let me say we paid over 1600 euros for the two rooms. I called Bookings to confirm this was wrong and asked them to contact the manager. The manager refused to help us and said there was nothing they could do at all... Not going into details but after several hours with bookings.com on the phone, they finally agreed to give me 250€ as damages... I wanted my money back or to get a new hotel in the city but they said it could not be done. So 250€ back from the 1600€ spent. Depending on how high you are on the loyalty program also affects the level of help you get, if you just an average user of Bookings.com your not entitled to the good or resenebl help. I'm uploading the photos of the two rooms so you can see the difference yourselves. Adding an image of how "clean" the room is. I think there are way better hotels with more value for many in this amazing city. Pick something else and enjoy the city!
