- Rachel (4/5): - Being a conference center, I thought this would be a nice place however it felt very shady. The room we were assigned to had a come back later sign on the door however, the key did work. The room was dirty and was being used. The front desk said they didn’t know how that had happened. The whole situation just seemed shady. We were given another room however that room had dirty floors that had not been vacuumed in what looked like quite a while sometime during the night we could hear loud talking from the hallway or the adjoining room I understand there was construction going on at the hotel but overall it just did not seem safe. I would not stay at this location again while the front staff seemed to be helpful and accommodating. I still feel that the whole situation was shady and left feeling uncomfortable about our stay at this location. There were other people or guests there letting people walk in through one of the side doors. I don’t know if that was an accessible door for guests, but the look on their faces seemed like they were doing something that shouldn’t have been doing the carpeting in the hallways leading to the guest rooms Was old and dirty as well again I know it was under construction, but this facility overall did not leave a positive impression on me. One other point is that if the key to the first room allowed us to go in even though it was being used, whether by guests or staff, it left an uncomfortable feeling on whether someone would walk into our room.

It was awful. Hotel smelt like sewage. Kids were running up and down the hallway all night knocking on my door. Was only able to use the pool once due to it being closed the rest of my stay. I was not able to relax and enjoy my time. Won’t stay here again.

- Erin (8/5): Nice resort - They have renovated nicely. There were fun things for kids & families to do as well as a convenient restaurant. It was very quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep.

The restaurant just offers overpriced snack food. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay somewhere else.

- E9155YKkr (8/5): Nice, big hotel - The was a nicely located hotel. It is huge! The pool is nice. It was really hot when we stayed there, and the pool was nice and refreshing. The room was a bit smaller than some we have stayed in. Breakfast cost $10 per guest, so we opted out of that option.
- JoAnne (10/5): - Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Definitely woke up without the usual creaking and stiff lower back. The rooms were not especially soundproof.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Very bad room construction. - The beds were made out of plywood and the bunk bed railing actually fell off in the middle of the night and landed on me bruising my leg pretty badly. 100% would not recommend.

Supervisors walking around the property inquiring if you needed anything. Mandy,Carlos and Amber made us feel so welcome in the restaurant. One compliant 😆 we have! We drink alcohol 🍷 🍸 it wasnt available yet. Regardless our stay was wonderful ✨️.
- ELLA (6/5): - The property is very attractive; however, several items need improvement. 1) Better signage is needed for elevators and room location. 2) Accommodations for people with mobility issues/handicapped need to be installed. For instance, safety bars in the restrooms. 3) Attitude of some of the front desk staff needs improvement.

- dkerrick (6/5): Closed - Sorry to say this hotel is now closed. Unfortunately the pandemic has disabled this very beautiful place. I recommend one of our other places in town. Casablanca is clean but a little run down. Eureka is good and virgin river are all owned by same group. Very smoky and food has gone down hill under the new management.
- RKHawaii (10/5): Perfect spot for kids sports tournament - Totally fun property. Pool and horseshoes, walking distance to fields, friendly front desk, awesome housekeeping staff. Reasonably priced. We will be back for the next tournament for sure. Howard at the reservations line is smart and thoughtful!
- mgalleg (8/5): Decent stay, will stay again - Beds were very comfortable. Furniture in the room could be updated, chairs were worn and tore. Shower took forever to warm up and the water pressure was not the best. Rooms smelled musty, purchased air freshener to help with that.
- Rob3456789 (6/5): Good stay - Good facilities and very friendly staff. Chairs in my room (237) need to be replaced. They looked really ratty. Carpeting in the hallways and eating area is getting pretty worn. Check in was slow due to slow computers, but the lady was very friendly.

- scottjR1197CI (8/5): Very Pleasnat Stay (Garden Room) - Love being on the ground floor, it made all the difference in my stay. My room was clean, they offered us towels every day. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and had plenty of towels. We were centrally located to the Senior Softball event, we saw they had a field for us to prcatice if necessary.

- tyrujo (8/5): It was a hotel. - I stayed at this hotel because I was going to Las Vegas and didn't want to stay in Vegas. It was right off of I-15 which was nice. The front desk staff was working fast but made sure everything happened. The room was very clean.

- Fred (4/5): - Room (deluxe ? Queen) was spartan but okay. However the heat/AC unit was very noisy. Our friends room stank of tobacco and then their replacement room had a faulty shower head. There is no eatery nor breakfast on site; you have to drive.
