Our guests enjoyed the venue, and the meeting was a success. We would definitely recommend Hotel Criol to anyone looking for a distinctive place to host events.

Los convenios con estacionamientos externos, demasiado caro para una noche a pasar de dicho convenio. La cama es cómoda, pero los protectores de los colchones hacen mucho ruido.

• FABIOLA (9/5): Un lugar muy instagrameable! - Tuve un inconveniente a la llegada de la habitación y en un minuto tenían la solución y me dieron up grade de habitación, like! Los desayunos son riquísimos, la atención extraordinaria y el precio muy accesible sobre todo por la calidad de la comida. El restaurante no tiene servicio para comida, solo desayuno pero su recomendación estuvo de lo mejor y a unos cuantos minutos del hotel. El estacionamiento está un poco retirado y en las recomendaciones mencionaba que podía irme del estacionamiento al hotel caminando con equipaje que no fuera voluminoso, aún así fue incómodo, valet parking estaría de lujo. En la ducha no hay algún gancho para colgar la toalla y en mi caso hubiera sido cómodo, no es indispensable pero facilitaría la salida. Llegué más tarde de la hora de entrada y en la noche q salí a conocer y tomar fotos del lugar me apagaron las luces de la zona de la alberca, entiendo que el uso de alberca tiene horario pero que nos apagaran las luces no fue agradable.

• Jose Misael (6/5): Bonito hotel, pero hay mejores opciones - Me gustó su comodidad, sus instalaciones un poco descuidas como la alberca con agua fria y con pedazos del azulejo cayendose pero lo demás a pesar de ser pequeño ocupa muy bien el espacio y por ser un lugar muy céntrico esta excelente, un hotel muy acogedor Muy poca flexibilidad y personal poco tratable. Nos presionaron prácticamente a desalojar la habitación, a pesar de que acudí dos veces a recepción para solicitar un poco de tiempo adicional con el fin de confirmar si me quedaría una noche más. Ya era el cuarto día de estancia en un periodo menor a seis días, y la probabilidad de extenderla era muy alta, como finalmente ocurrió. Sin embargo, ante la falta total de disposición, me vi obligado a cambiar de hotel. Esta situación deteriora por completo la experiencia. Consideraba que sería un hotel al que empezaría a acudir de manera frecuente, pero después de lo ocurrido es muy difícil que vuelva a visitarlo.

• Catherine (9/5): Beautiful, bright and trendy hotel within walking distance to major attractions. - The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very cool - bright and modern. We were able to walk everywhere and visited several cafés and restaurants in the area. We felt it was great value for the price and we would definitely stay there again.

• Manuela (7/5): Una estancia agradable en Querétaro - El hotel es bonito y tiene buenos desayunos Tiene varias cosas para mejorar: •En la habitación falta una pequeña cafetera nespresso. Actualmente es muy básico tenerla •La presión del agua de la ducha no es muy buena •La alberca es helada. Esta fue una de las razones por la que escogimos este hotel, ya que íbamos con niños y no pudimos usarla de lo fría.

Location was great on a quiet street close to lots of restaurants, shops and bisunesses. They assisted with arranging an airport taxi as well as transportation to another location. I would stay here again. Would have like a more comprehensive overview of options available at the hotel when I checked in.
