Steven (3/5): A hotel in a good location for lots of things, but one which is tired and not well maintained. - Good location for cares, restaurants and bars along Southbank. The facilities were old and/or not maintained very well. There was no hot water in the hotel when I checked in. It took a very long time to check in. Then when the hot water came on, the container with the shower gel was empty and had not been re-stocked. The container with the hand soap near the basin leaked and went all over my wash bag, and the air conditioning was very noisy.

Julie-ann (9/5): Perfect location when staying in Melbourne - Perfect location in Southbank with restaurants on your doorstep and just a short walk to the MCG/Rod Laver Arena and Crown Casino. Friendly staff and stunning views from the higher floor apartments. Self contained apartments with lots of space. A great choice when staying in Melbourne. Body wash instead of soap. Also doors in the bedrooms do not close due to the size of the bed.

Carpets were VERY stained and dirty. Cupboard was broken in the bedroom. The whole floor we stayed on had a bad smell, that was there the whole 2 night stay.

Holly (8/5): Great location and spacious. - I stayed with my partner and two young children. Great location and could walk everywhere. Spacious apartment - enough for the children to run around. Hotel did grocery packs which were helpful. Staff were always great and very accomodating (and let us check in early). Balcony was covered in cigarette butts when we arrived, but when we told the front counter about this it was promptly cleaned and we had an apology. There were some large obvious carpet stains too. Kitchen had all the appliances but could have had more basic things ie a dish brush and cloth, a spatula etc.

I tried checking in early which I wasn’t able to do at the time I arrived as it was about 11.30am - 12pm, however they made an effort to prioritise my room to make this possible. The foyer of the building had an over powering scent as you walked in, it gives you a headache. The end of stay cleaning service came to my room at 8.30am the day of check out to complete the clean where I still was utilising the room until 10am, they seemed confused as to why they couldn’t come in while I was still there. Unsure if this was linked to the hotel organising an earlier check a few days prior.

Matt (6/5): Great Location. - Great central location, could walk to MCG, DFO and restaurant's all within 10 - 15min walk. Comfy beds & good shower. Several good coffee shops really close by. Rooms and ensuite are small, was ok for us but some people might like more room. There were a few stains on the carpet. Parking wasn't available at the property due to our car being too long (over 5m) we had to park over the road at the Eureka Carpark which is very expensive unless you book online prior to arrival.
