• Marco (6/5): Ik zou hier nooit meer heen gaan - Grote kamers, en ligging Slechte service, kamers waten geannuleerd omdat we te laat waten aangekomen. Ik had een berichtje gestuurd dat onze vlucht vertraagd was, maar dat was volgens de baliemedewerker niet voldoende, ik had moeten bellen. Veel gedoe na een lange reis om toch te kunnen blijven slapen en uiteindelijk via booking wel geld retour gekregen maar vervolgens direct aan het Hotel moeten betalen, twee weken gevraagd voor een rekening (omdat het zakelijk was), maar nooit gekregen.

• Fong (8/5): - Electric car parking should be reforce so that only electric cars can park where chargers are located. Kind of sucks that we couldn't charged our car throuout our stay because non electric car were always parked in electric car designated charging area.
• John (9/5): Always comes up to expectations. - I I have stayed at this property many times and it is always very satisfactory. it is by far the best of the Home two suites that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are helpful and friendly. there are multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

• Heather (10/5): Clean, comfortable, wonderful! - The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My kids had room to move around and play. Definitely would stay there again! There was even a big thunderstorm and it was quiet enough in the room that my kids slept though it.

• Ashlee (10/5): - We had an amazing stay while in the re for a gymnastics camp. The evening/overnight desk staff was not only beautiful but very personable and welcoming. She made sure everything was ready and checked in on us, there was authentic conversation and she definitely made us feel welcome. The morning staff was more reserved and didn’t say much to us, but the overall hotel was beyond expectations.

• Shirlan (7/5): My Stay at Home2Suite - The location was superb. Close to shopping and food. Also, a midpoint to most of the activities in St Paul and Minneapolis. There was a constant disturbance from the room above. Sounded like children stomping and playing at late hours in the night.

From my kid’s perspective they would have liked a bigger swimming pool and I would have enjoyed an outdoor hot tub. All in all— the staff were great and helpful! We’d stay here again and invite our friends again too.

• Mary Beth (10/5): - I purposely stayed here to rehab my knee after a surgery. The facility was perfect! It was clean, staff were always friendly & willing to help if needed. I was able to walk, stretch, exercise, & have visitors and still get to my physical therapy appointments. It was also very quiet!
• Scott (10/5): - Mainly choose to stay here because it has plainly marked EV charging stations. Worked well for my F150 EV (when ICE pickups weren’t blocking them) Always enjoy Home2Suites amenities.
• newuanda (6/5): Spacious but spider. - Arrived at 11pm and was able to bypass check in as had done already on app. Spacious room. Many towels. Fully stocked kitchenette. However, spider crawled down from ceiling in the morning and breakfast area very messy. Crumbs in silverware drawers and all over counter. Strange layout where food was far from seating and coffee. Hot food temp was just warm and cold cheese was room temp. Mixture of glass dinnerware and paper plates and plastic utensils was very tacky. Easily fixed with regular cleaning and restocking of glassware.

• Charles (4/5): - It was difficult to get housekeeping service. Also I suspect my credit card number was taken while I was away from the room as fraudulent charges occurred for a card I have not used for several months.
• Melody (10/5): Rated excellent but it wasnt perfect - I rated excellent, but it wasnt perfect for me. I booked this hotel for location and a pool. The pool was very important to my stay. When i checked in on a Friday at 4pm, the pool was just filled. It was ice cold. There was no way it could be used during my one night stay, also there is no hot tub. Next the shower in my room was just a small trickle. It was a rainhead shower walk in. Im 5’ tall and there was absolutly no way i could even reach the shower head to change the flow. It worked out ‘ok’ and im sure i could have called the desk but i didnt.. not at 6 am already to step in. A tub would have been great, but walk in shower only. But onwards…. Kitchenette worked great for microwave food (i made nachos/cheese) there is no hot plate or stove top. Breakfast was a wonderful offering in the morning. Room was clean. I will note that i was on the 1st floor and room noise of water rushing inbetween wall from above floors could be heard at each flush, that didnt bother my sleep but definatly loud when sitting on couch watching tv. Also the hotel was busy with a young gym team so floor above was a bit noisey.. still ok ( wow were those kids upset about pool). Perfect walking to Aldi’s next door and a 24hr Dennys which was very handy! Parking lot was well lit and I felt a safe and secure area. Nice firepit to relax outside. I enjoyee herbal tea choices in the lobby and green apples offered. Tv choices excellent.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Super comfortable stay. - The rooms are super comfortable and spacious and clean. I love having the cook tops available. The only thing that needed to be better were the elevators were not very clean. One panel had blue painters tape holding it in place. The floors of elevator were not cleaned once in our four night stay and it didn't look like the elevator walls/controls panel was not cleaned either.

• Karen (8/5): Affordable and a comfy stay. - The breakfast was nice, but would prefer less plastic utensils/plates. The selection of foods was good. The decor of the rooms is good and nice that there are black-out shades/curtains. Nice that the table is on wheels so that you can allow for more people around the table. Lots of plug-points and USB sockets dotted around the room. Nice-sized pool. Use of the washing machine and dryer is a big plus for long-term stays! Weight room is well-equipped too. Can work out and do laundry at the same time! The aircon fan is really loud and right next to the bed. There was no working light next to the one side of the bed, nor a side table.

Clean Excellent and delicious breakfast free parking I was told I had to ask for room service 24 hours in advance, but they cleaned our room anyway. • Mary (9/5): The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable but,breakfast was poor. - Bed was comfortable, blinds blocked the light, and everything was clean. The breakfast set-up was poorly organized and not attended to. Both mornings, containers were empty or close to. The plates and utensils are located in drawers beneath the food so people are standing in front preventing easy access to. The help didn't seem to know enough to walk in front of the food and drinks where they could check on quantities and clean-up crumbs and spills. Only two types of bread, white and wheat, were available, if any was left at all.

• TimH392 (8/5): The (too) long shower - The room was clean and comfortable. I rated it a 4 because of the low flow shower and the too soft pillows. I don’t understand why hotel designers don’t understand that if they reduce the water flow by half, people will have to stay in the shower 3 times as long. Net effect is that they use more water. Pillows that bottom out are like no pillow at all. I will stay someplace else next time.

• Lavada (10/5): There was an encounter with a young man and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of my stay. Will I return? - The property has a quaint, cozy, familial feel to it. It felt like community. For some reason I get the feeling that a lot of the guests know each other. I watched guests come and go on my last night. Everyone waved and smiled at me. My emotions overtook me, yet, in the best way. These interactions are to be bottled up and cherished. They are truly what matter most. The rain was so heavy and immense. It rained on a piece of property that is meant to be in the light and in the sun. Kinda unfair but there is no challenging Mother Nature.

• Verna (6/5): - We booked a king suite , but the gal refused to even check to see if by cahnce we might switch to 2 queen beds. We had to use the pullout bed, but no top sheet or comforter provided. I called to ask, they brought a top sheet and a bedspread, no comforter. Second night, no maid service, I called again for a comforter, again a bedspread, third night , repeat performance. Elijah was the most helpful and also the most pleasnt staff, none of the others.
• Tereza (8/5): Very good - Good location, room size, facilities and amenities! Breakfast was different through the days. Yogurt in containers, for instance, was only provided a few days. More consistency on what is offered would be good.
• Olivia (8/5): Great place and thankful for it being pet friendly! - We have a general liking for Homes2Suites! Nice rooms that are affordable and being pet friendly helps a ton. Very dirty couch. Our dog kept trying to lick stains on it so we had to keep redirecting her.
• Cain (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. With only one exception. The pullout sofa sleeper was not at all comfortable, I believe a futon would have been better.
