• Shaneeka (9/5): I had a great time very family oriented and great location - I love the room size and staff. the continental breakfast was good. the staff was very helpful and nice. the location was great and right bye the mall. the pool was a great for me and my daughter. the pool water was a bitt cold but overall good.the game room didn't have many games. the tv did not work in the game room.

Ceiling fan was excellent Road noise was terrible. Hampered sleep. Probably if the room was on the other side of hotel it would have been better. Breakfast was usual hotel fare.

• Christian (8/5): Gutes Hotel weit ab von allem. - Unser Zimmer (320) war recht groß und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Die Matratze war gut, aber die Klappcouch recht durch gesessen. Die Sauberkeit konnten wir nicht beanstanden. Auch hier war das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Man muss bedenken, das Hotel liegt weit ab vom Schuss, ohne Auto geht es gar nicht. Parken in Philly ist teuer. Wir sind mit dem Auto 15 min bis zur Regionalbahn gefahren und dann 25 min in Stadt rein bis Jefferson Street, dass ist recht zentral. Das Frühstück gab es von Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck. Was dort für Müll anfällt, dass geht garantiert auch anders. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten raus und man hat den Lärm der Autobahn leider zu oft gehört.

• Veranika (8/5): - The property is well- maintained, clean, close to major highways, restaurants, and malls. The staff is friendly. They were doing renovations during my stay, but it was quiet and barely noticeable. Complementary breakfast is delicious. The pool is clean, but water is cold.

The air conditioner was very loud, and had to keep turning the tv up when it came on and down when it went off. The refrigerator was very loud also. Walls are very thin. Breakfast wasn’t great. I definitely don’t like the fact that I have a $600 hold on my credit card on top of my charges for the room. I spent over an hour back and forth with the hotel and hotels.com and was finally informed the hold would be released 3 to 5 business days. Between the hotel and Hotels.com, somebody should have told me about the costly hold. Never had a hold that high.

We wanted a hotel with a kitchen that is outside of the city but with plenty of things to do nearby. This was perfect. It is under renovation now but we did not notice any construction noise during our stay.

• Mia (8/5): - I did not like that housekeeping was unavailable to clean the room for 2 days.
• Duc (6/5): - NO housekeeping on weekends is unheard of and definitely a first for us -- and we have stayed at MANY hotels in the US and Europe. Check-in staff was friendly, check-out staff was not.

• Mindy (7/5): Get your staff to be a little friendlier and STOP smoking weed. - Conveniently located. Pretty decently clean. Beds were just ok. The daytime and some nighttime staff were NOT friendly, and every night there were staff members smoking marijuana outside and it would drift up through the vents in our room. Some nights it would wake us up from sleeping it was so bad!!

• Amanda (10/5): - I loved the hotel, especially our suite. It was comfortable for our family. The pull out is not very comfortable and the bedding could be a little better. But overall it was a very clean and spacious room for our family of 5.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent stay very comfortable. - Stayed here during a visit to Philadelphia, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. The shower water took awhile to get hot but it did eventually. The breakfast was amazing both days we were there.
• China (10/5): I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times planning on returning in January. Breakfast is great, and also the reception on Wedn - Location to shopping center Nothing
• Ellen (8/5): - We stayed for two nights. The room was large and perfect for our toddler granddaughter and we loved the kitchenette to store milk and other food for her. The staff was very nice and the hotel is clean. I would stay there again.
