They mentioned that they have 3 bed (2 singles and 1 large double bed) in 1 room but when we checked in they said they dont have it and that was a mistake in the booking.com...when we ask for another bed, they asked for extra charge... That is not acceptable at all..!!

• Alexander (7/5): - Reasonably priced, lovely staff, good AC and shower Needs some love and care - our room was very tired with stains, marks, and wear everywhere. Location is fine and close to the main monuments but quite far from the old town and newer areas especially with the traffic.

• Siska (1/5): Will never return again. Never ever. - Near location to my destination Rooms are dirty, beds got lots of bed bugs. I called manager to settle these things, coz my whole body was itch. Till I need to checkout 4am in the morning because I can’t stand the itch and there is no point of staying longer.

• Zefanya (7/5): Family Getaway - Booked (non-smoking) 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. The staff was super friendly 24/7, location is close to Sawah Besar train station (10-minute walk) but under the scorching sun, it feels like 30-minute walk. Nearby you can find many shops & eateries and 24/7 inconvenience store. the double rooms were great with a view to Monas. The water pressure was fine in all bathrooms. Amenities were sufficient. You can also leave your belongings before the check-in and after the check-out. The twin room wasn't great as the light switch was broken and one of the lights didn't work. You've to make a cash-only 50 000 IDR deposit per room, which wasn't specified during the booking process.

• Stam (8/5): A stylish hotel with helpful staff, great facilities, and a central but traffic-heavy location. - The hotel has a very nice design and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. There are plenty of facilities available, with the laundry service being a particularly useful surprise. The location is excellent as well, close to the metro station and just a short distance from the city center. The only drawback is the location in the middle of Jakarta’s busy center, where traffic can be difficult to navigate and often very slow. However, this is more due to the city itself and not something the hotel can control.

• Michael (10/5): Very good place to stay in Jakarta - Staff was really friendly. Doan (thank you again) who was at the desk spent a long time helping me reserve train tickets with an app. I like the location very much; there is a market street just across from the hotel, and it is central Jakarta yet relatively quiet. The lobby is pleasant, rooms are clean and pretty well equipped. This was my second time at POP! and I will surely be back next time I'm in Jakarta. Nothing, really.

• Nathan (4/5): - Property from outside looks okay; however, once in the room: - First night, bed cover was unclean, there were stains /blotch/ spot on the bed cover, small cockroach on the bed, crawled into my legs. OMG! I immediately requested another room, still stains on the bed cover on the other room. Looked again the next room, until finally got okay. - No phone on the room, so no straight connection to the Front Desk, so I went down to FD. They explained there was an emergency phone in the hallway to communicate to front desk. - There was no electric outlet that fit US plugs (all for local output), and there was no USB outlet either. So, it ended I bought the adapter to accommodate the US plug, to charge my cellphone. - No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. It ended I bought small appliances to make hot water. For me, cleanness of the room is number one when staying in a hotel. Cockroach in the bed is very disgusting. I am not going to stay here anymore. Sorry!

Microwave and fridge facilities available at the reception. Hot water available for free at Reception. They do charge 5000 Rupiah for the paper cup, though. They provide water bottle, towel, toilet paper, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush everyday. Excellent Hot Breakfast available for 55 thousand Indonesian Rupiah per day, if not booked with the room. Overall, Hotel is Highly Recommended ! Indian travellers can visit the Pasar Baru Sikh Temple which is within walking distance and Indian restaurant Martabak Har, which is next to Pasar Baru Metro Mall. Nothing
• Birdie (9/5): Clean, friendly, and spacious on a budget! - Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time, amazing customer service! Room was clean and spacious! Convenience of having 24hr reception and little minimart to grab snacks. The aircon worked very well in the room, kept me nice and cool!! Amenities were refreshed every day for toothbrush/paste, body wash/shampoo, towels and bottled water. No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold or store food, had to eat everything on the day if you ordered delivery or brought food back. No laundry either I think? I wasn't advised of any laundry facilities.

• Stephan (7/5): Nice short getaway is OK - Located in front of Pasar Baru, you cannot be more central. The hotel and the room are equipped with basic amenities. It's a good choice for a short stay.
