Paul (1/5): One word is all I need, GARBAGE. - Nothing. When we arrived the exterior landscaping terrible. Most of the shrubs were dead (and obviously had been for a while) . all the mulch had been washed away and the irrigation hoses were exposed. When we came in to the registration desk there was no one there. One of the cleaning ladies went to get her. When she waddled out all she said was "yes". Not a hello, good afternoon, no greeting of any kind. My wife and I looked at each other and said "nope, not staying here" I told the desk clerk we weren't staying and asked for a refund. She said we would have to talk to the manager. I asked her to bring her out. When the "manager" waddled out, There was no greeting, no hello no how can I help, no nothing. She just stated that the reservation was made thru Booking.com and we would have to go back to them for a refund. I went to Booking.com and they are telling me that they have to get an approval from Hilton and your outfit still has not responded. Definitely NOT what I expect from Hilton .

Gabrielle (6/5): - I come to this hotel often and is usually greeted by staff. The last time I was here I checked in later than usual and I had to wait 30 mins for someone to help check me in. Once I got to my room, the television did not work so I had to unplug and plug the tv numerous times before television turned on. However, once the tv was on, the remote did not work. I had to call for another remote which only half worked. I was unable to turn the tv channels. Overall it's not a bad hotel. I just had a terrible experience this time around. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

AC unit was one of the older ones below the window. Seemed older and in need of updates and small repairs along the grout, caulking, etc. Shower had the pink mold scum in the corners.

Denice (10/5): Great bang for your buck - Mini getaway to Waco Surf park and we needed a spacious room for 5. Room was spacious and slept 6 people. Full size fridge and kitchenette equipped with small electric stove and sink. (Microwave of course) lots of drawers and room for clothes. Bathroom door is weird because it’s hard to pull open and close with no handles, other than that are stay was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Also pet friendly, I noticed doggie treats and baggies in the lobby. Different areas to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. (BBQ pit as well). Overall great stay.

The bathroom is just gross and the caulking job is so bad it looks like the caulked right over the mold or something . Yuck!

Room, like our king, was clean, spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette (large fridge, microwave, sink and dining utensils). Free breakfast is just “ok” and was a bit picked over by the time we arrived around 9 am, an hour before closing. Very good coffee though. Top floor (4th) is very quiet since no one above. May also want to ask for a room away from the elevators if a light sleeper since the audible elevator arrival “ding” may be an issue.
