- lakennya (2/5): The hotel was not clean at all - It was a good location, there was so much in the area that was walking distance My room was not clean. I had my room changed and the second one was worse. I just decided to not come back to this place. I told the staff and they actually argued with me and my mother about the room. Eventually they gave us one night half off even though we stayed three nights. The first room had a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, they then put us in another room that had stains on the carpet and couch that looked like blood.

Service was excellent throughout - especially appreciated Wanda’s omelette and singing each morning. Food at the hotel, both breakfast and dinner were spot on for an Embassy Suites!

I mostly interacted with the banquet staff (Vanessa, Ella, Aurelia, Regan, Jeff, Travis & JaMicheal), Ron (front desk) and Mackenzie (sales) while on site; the friendliest and most service oriented folks I've encountered in a long time. But every staff member that I even briefly came into contact with smiled, spoke; this hotel makes you feel welcome! Our lunches were delicious! The event was so well taken care of - attention to details! I'm very much looking forward to coming back in November for our next meeting.

Wanda prepares the most delicious omelets and fried eggs, always exactly to your preference, and they never disappoint. Her cheerful personality and morning songs set such a positive tone for the day. She also goes above and beyond to connect with guests and has an impressive ability to remember and anticipate our orders. Ann and Marisol were just as wonderful. They were so kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. They kept everything spotless, quickly clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. They were also incredibly helpful in guiding us to find different breakfast items, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. A truly memorable experience! They give you water and snacks when you come in which is wonderful, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was a really good selection. Overall it was a great experience. The food was really good. One thing I didn't like is that they didn't have parking. You only had to do valet, which was fine for me. But when I was going to have a visitor she didn't have extra money to pay for the valet. I wish there was a little more of an option on the menu in the bar lounge. the happy hour cocktail, I missed that because we weren't there so I was sad about that, but that is not the facility's fault. And also, there were a few cracks like in the toilet. the mattress on the couch bed was soiled on the bottom so that could have been better.

I feel like the cost of the hotel is enough but the extra parking is a little too much. First day I called and ask for towels and a blanket for the couch bed along with pillows for my two girls and had to call twice and still never received them 24 hrs later , then they would never clean my room and only would leave 2 towels when I did get them for a family of 4 also ran out of toilet paper twice bec they would only give you one roll at a time. I called for more and staff down stairs told me to come get it. Also I think the parking is bullshit that I have to pay to park at $55 dollars a day you think that would come with the room I purchased parking ya know most people travel with a car .

- Lonnie (8/5): Was really nice spot to stay loved the free breakfast and drinks and the area I would recommend it to anyone - Next to a lot of restaurants Heard a funny noise in my room the whole week and whoever was above me sounded like they were moving furniture around. But other than that I would definitely come back but I would rather have a front window instead of the back

- Latarsha (8/5): Great location - Always a great location to the spectrum center. Rooms are a little worn, can use some updating. Evening reception was good and breakfast. Waffle maker not working, breakfast options were okay. The beds were very uncomfortable, hard, and had a dip in the mattress. Bathrooms could be cleaned better, hair in shower. Parking for an SUV is $55, they chatted me $45 on the night I got there and another $10 the day we left so I went to the front desk and he asked if I had an SUV and I said yes and he said thats why. No where is this posted about SUV's costing more to park.
- 22winterb (8/5): Great experience at Embassy - Overall an excellent place to stay if you’re attending an NFL or NBA game. The stadium & arena are both in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding area. Great atmosphere, front desk receptionists (Sietta AND Ron G.) were professional and made sure we taken care of during our stay. We loved the complimentary drinks & lounge area/social hour! Our Rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views of the skyline. Loved the breakfast; only issue was the kitchen ran out of clean plates, so there was a bit of a wait time to get clean ones restocked. The pool is nice size, although we didn’t get in it. We know what to expect when we stay at Embassy so we definitely get our money’s worth.
