- Josue (9/5): Wrong room but saved - The location and the alebrijes room When we arrived we got the wrong room (Industrial) although we had a superior booking and arrived with our baby. Then we got the rustic room, which was kind of disappointing, without outside light, and the only window pointing to the inner patio. The stay was saved by the morokan colleague next Monday, where we got the alebrijes room, amazing for our baby.

Aunque pusimos el anuncio en la puerta para que nos hicieran aseo un día en la habitación, sobre todo para el cambio de toallas, 2 días consecutivos no lo realizaron.

Comfy bed, interesting themed rooms. Extremely affordable price, great staff. Bathroom and shower facilities could use a serious cleaning.

- Victor Popov (1/5): Unsure if scammed or just unlucky - The hotel we actually booked (Casa Anzures). The facilities looked amazing and the staff were really friendly. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was double-booked (despite our booking being confirmed again via WhatsApp 3 hours prior...) The solution was to put us in another Oyo hotel 10km away, but we weren't told that: - the bed was tiny - the facilities were horrendous - the bathroom was full of mould - the staff were horrible - our late check-out would not be honoured I really wish we got to stay at the actual property we booked, which looked amazing.

It's in residential and nice area where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and malls and of course supermarkets. Hotel is so clean and very artistic and neat. No complaints whatsoever. There's a hot water kettle to use for drinks at any time plus there is a kitchen to use. Rooms are clean and cozy. I'd go back anytime.

- Victor (8/5): - Staff was attentive and friendly. Location is good; it's a 20 min walk to the Angel of Independence and other sites are even closer by car. The room was clean and efficient, however it ran a bit hot. It did not have an AC unit but they did provide a revolving fan. The bed was a bit firmer than I like, but not terrible. Overall, this is a budget friendly, boutique hotel that provides the essentials. There is even a quaint restaurant next door with fairly decent food.

- dallas (8/5): Call it a room not suites…. - It was good! I go to CDMX every two months and I stay in a lot of suites, this was more like a room and the community area was outside. Also there were so many stairs. The service was outstanding, Uriel and Belen were my favourite two always saying hola and having short conversations and super friendly:)

- Guillermo (4/5): - Pagas por la ubicación del alojamiento, el lugar no es bonito, y es muy poco privado, el baño tiene una ventana con película que da a las escaleras, no te ves literal pero si se ve tu sombra cuando estás en la regadera. Nos costó dormir ya que se escucha todo.
- Juan (4/5): Disappointing. Needs maintenance ASAP - It's very well located. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Staff is kind and helpful. It does have a pretty decent price. It needs maintenance ASAP. The door lock doesn't work. The bathroom is hideous. I noticed a terrible smell coming out of the shower's sink as soon as I arrived. They checked it but nothing changed. The stench was unbearable. The place was hot and they provided a fan, but it needs better cooling (like an AC or something). The TV is very small and far from bed. Everything in the room looks old and shabby. The breakfast is included. It's provided by the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, it's really bad. The coffee is awful and service is non-existent.

La recamara que me tocó "industrial" es muy confortable, es pequeña pero no hace falta más. Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin dudarlo! La zona es tranquila y cercana a reforma. Lo recomiendo mucho

Excellent service from Sa'id. He got me a hair dryer. Delicious restaurant downstairs. Recommend the arrachera for lunch and the mushroom omelet with enmoladas for lunch. The mole is incredible and coffee is good. Hotel doesnt normally have a hair dryer. Light pours in the side of the black out window from street lamp all night in the room we had. Curtain needs to be wider and closer to window.

- John (9/5): Great price for location and Jacuzzi - Amazing Jacuzzi, room was the Vancouver and very rustic with plenty of wood elements. Nice complement of candies too. Mattress was not flat, it had a raised wedge in the middle so we ended up sleeping crosswise instead.

- Gabriel Eduardo (6/5): - Although not bad, it seemed to me the hotel had better times. Some parts seemed a little old and not quite well mantained. Breakfast was good, but not great. Service at the counter was a little harsh, since they tried to charge us an extra amount for the cleansing of a blanket (we had an accident), and that request was not done very kindly. The stay was not bad, but I've had better service in other nearby hotels of similar price in Mexico City.

- Natali (6/5): - Los espacios de la habitación estándar son pequeños, adecuados para una persona. No hay elevador, cosa que me parece hay que considerar antes de hospedarse. El desayuno incluido empieza hasta las 8:00 am, por lo que si te hospedas por motivos de trabajo, probablemente no alcances (como yo).
