Palazzo e appartamento di aspetto gradevole, di recente costruzione o ristrutturazione. Materasso a molle scomodo. Mancanza tende alle finestre e persiane con alette orientabili non tutte funzionanti. Mancanza tappi scarico bidet e lavandino.

- George Girard (5/5): - The location is fantastic. The host was excellent. The bathroom had mold and mildew on the walls. One of the electric metal curtains didn't work, making the room darker and part of the balcony inaccessible. There were scuff marks on lots of the walls.
- Mary (7/5): - Ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten und ein Zimmer im Gebäude nebenan bekommen (B&B Best Season). Gute Lage, 15 Min zu Fuss am Bahnhof RC Centrale und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit Balkon und Bad. Leider war es etwas abgewohnt, und in der Dusche zeigte sich Schimmel. Bei offenem Fenster war der Strassenlärm deutlich hörbar – Ohrstöpsel helfen. Leider roch das Zimmer nach Rauch, und die Kissen hatten einen muffigen, parfümierten Geruch – vermutlich ein Versuch, den Geruch zu überdecken. Das Personal war jedoch ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und bot mir sofort einen Zimmerwechsel an. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen. Obiekt znajduje się blisko centrum miasta, co umożliwia szybki dostęp do głównych atrakcji, restauracji i sklepów. Co więcej, jest położony w niewielkiej odległości od dworca kolejowego. To sprawia, że jest to absolutnie świetna baza wypadowa do jednodniowych wycieczek i eksploracji pięknej Kalabrii. Nasz pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty. Serwis sprzątający zasługuje na pochwałę – w pokoju panował porządek, a pościel i ręczniki były świeże. Czuć, że dbałość o detale i higienę jest dla właścicieli bardzo ważna, co bezpośrednio przekłada się na komfort gości. Właściciel obiektu jest tym, co naprawdę wyróżnia to miejsce. Jego życzliwość i zaangażowanie przerosły nasze oczekiwania. Absolutnie zwycięskim gestem, który kupił nas w całości, było załatwienie dla nas czajnika elektrycznego do pokoju na naszą prośbę. Ten drobny, ale znaczący gest uwagi na potrzeby gości pokazał prawdziwą włoską gościnność i sprawił, że poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo zaopiekowani. Takie podejście do klienta buduje lojalność i sprawia, że pobyt jest nie tylko wygodny, ale i niezwykle przyjemny. Nic. Było idealnie :D

- Joan (9/5): Superb - This B&B is fantastic, with a prime location for discovering the historic charm of Reggio Calabria and enjoying the coastal beaches. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making our stay a memorable one.
- Francesca (8/5): Very good - The location is great- really close to the shops and to the beach (took us about 5 mins to get to the decent parts of the beach). It was quiet, well kept and great for us as a family of four. The area itself isn't very touristy, which is great if you want to immerse yourself in true Italian culture. Francesco was very helpful and even helped us to organise a taxi for 4am in the morning. It is very affordable to stay in this apartment and compared to other apartments, this one is an absolute bargain. Thank you for allowing us to stay there! One suggestion to make longer stays more comfortable- a microwave. The apartment is missing a microwave to be able to heat/cook food. Other than that it was great!

- Gianluca (10/5): Arete' Luxury una vera garanzia - Esperienza più che positivo. Ottima struttura moderna ben posizionata in centro a due passi dal Duomo e dal mare. All'arrivo il sig. Fabrizio ci ha accolto con un cocktail di benvenuto e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio come se fossimo a casa nostra. La struttura è completa in tutto. Ottima line wi-fi. E per concludere ciliegina sulla torta; dovendo cenare ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante posizionato a 500 m. dalla struttura. Non vi dico come è andata a finire la cena ma lo dovete scoprire da soli. Prenotate una notte presso l'Arete' e fatevi indicare da Fabrizio dove andare a cena. Alla prossima occasione sono sicuro che ci ritornerò
