• Maria (8/5): Céntrico y sencillo - Perfecto para el precio pagado. Esta en el centro, electrodomésticos nuevos, personal muy amable. Esta limpio y es tranquilo. No tiene TV, acc ni microondas.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Engaño..!! - Primera decepción: en la descripción pone ( no se admiten mascotas) y en el apto de al lado, había un perro más grande que yo, que se tiraba solo y ladrando desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 1 de la madrugada que aparecían los dueños... También ponía ( espacio libre de humos ) y en las escaleras había continuamente gente fumando... Las paredes son de papel, se oye a los del apto de al lado hasta lo que hablan ( claramente ) Todo viejo y oxidado.. Higiene = 0 patatero.!! Yo he cogido hongos en la piel ( no se bien si de las toallas o de las sabanas) mi hijo se despertaba todos los días diciendo que le picaba el cuerpo... No hay alfombra para el suelo del baño, y te ponen un cartel, diciendo que no pongas las toallas en el suelo, por que se ponen negras ( nos ha jodio..!! Por qué no han fregado el suelo en su vida..!!) Ni hablamos, del menaje de Cocina... Por último, tienes que dejar el apto recogido ( evidentemente, por qué ellos ya no van a pasar nada más que ha revisar ) tienes que confiar, en que las personas que han estado anteriormente, piensen en los siguientes... Vamos una joyita de aptos..!!!
• Rodolphe (10/5): a 2 pas du centre d'Oropesa et de la mer, au calme - honnêtement, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Oropesa ! on n'a pas la piscine mais la mer est à 200 metres ! moi, c'est la 2éme fois que je loue ici et je trouve ça top pour dormir !!
• Verified traveler (8/5): se podría mejor - hemos estado a gusto, aunque el edificio es un poco viejo, falta aire acondicionado y el sofá cama le faltaban laminas al somier
• Mihai (4/5): Decepcionante - La locacion es ideal y por el precio y la temporada que fuimos tampoco se podría pedir más . Pero el apartamento deja mucho de si... las camas fueron un desastre , casi que no hemos podido descansar , la Cocina y el baño con limpieza escasa. Encima te piden que dejes todo limpio y ordenado para que ellos luego no tengas mucho trabajo que hacer ... yo por mi o repetiría .
• Sara (4/5): Fatal - El apartamento esta bien ubicado, pero las comodidades son lentables, no tiene ni ventilador ni aire y estar en el apartamento se hace imposible, teniamos la bombilla fundida de la galeria y no nos la cambiaron aun dando parte de ello. La nevera no enfriaba bien y los alimentos se ponian malos. Solo disponiamos de una sarten para cocinar 4.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - El personal muy amable, pero el apartamento, desde el principio que abrimos el apartamento olía fatal. No había ni un simple estropajo para limpiar los cacharros y tuvimos que comprar también de plástico, por qué estaba oxidados algunas cosas.
• Fernando (2/5): - Es un apartamento muy sencillo para el precio que tiene,esta muy dejado,sin bombillas o fundidas,no hay mas que una toalla,manillas rotas,no hay aire acondicionado ni piscina y un sinfín de dejadeces.
• Faye (6/5): Basic - The apartments are basic but just what we needed. My friends and I were attending FIB festival so it was a better alternative to camping. It is a 5 minute walk to La Concha beach and there are many restaurants locally.
• Sam (6/5): Straight up survival - This place literally gave you what you needed to survive, it ain't in the best shape, but for the price and what we needed for benicassim festival it did the job, solid 2.5 out of 5
• Julie (6/5): Cheap and cheerful - It's an okay place to stay if your just going for the festival I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay if your going to orepesa as your main holiday but it's perfect if your young and just looking for somewhere to sleep staff are lovely close to the strip and 20 min drive from benicassim
• Chris (6/5): The Hotel is near to the beach and train station. - The room was okay and what we expected for the price. The shower head in the was not fixed to the wall and no way to hang it up. The apartment was clean but needed to be updated. The catering equipment was of no use what little there was, 1 x cup 1 x glass and no plates for a room for 4 people. If you are just using the room as a base for the festival but not for a holiday.
• Louia (6/5): Great position, very basic. Exactly what expected - We booked the hotel for benicassim FIB, and it worked perfectly. Very large balcony, 2 nice sized bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. No air conditioning, not that we expected it! Can't complain as you get what you pay for. If the place had air con I would stay there again for the festival, however if it didn't I would not be staying there again, purely due to the heat.
• Hannah (6/5): OK for a short stay, very basic - There were some good points Appliances were great (cooker and fridge freezer), nice to have a balcony Reception staff were pleasant and happy to help Good location - very near beautiful beach, good supermarket etc. But overall there's probably more bad than good especially when you're staying for a longer time : - No wifi or air con - Shower ran hot water for just a couple of mins then goes cold - Contact number given did not speak English so need to be good Spanish speaker - The room was run down, electrics looked bad, some bare frayed wires - No access codes for the building so was left unlocked at night which felt slightly unsafe. - Also had rowdy neighbours smashing their plates which could be clearly heard, but that's unlucky Wouldn't recommend for a family due to above points but it works ok for a short cheap stay.
