Graeme (9/5): Absolutely brilliant 5 night stay. The SteakHouse below is GREAT. - Breakfast was brilliant. Scrambled eggs/omelette freshly made to order. Great choice of cereals, fruit and yoghourts. Crossants, pain au chocolat etc. ALL staff were most helpful and cheerful. Need some fresh milk for tea and/or cream for coffee in room.

Roberta (9/5): Tutto bellissimo, quasi perfetto. - Tutto molto bello e accogliente. Stanze super pulite e posizione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere belle e accoglienti, bellissima la vasca in camera. Purtroppo ho avuto problemi con il letto troppo duro a causa della mia malattia (fibromialgia), mi sono svegliata con dolori insopportabili, placati solo da farmaci che speravo di non dover prendere. Purtroppo non hanno topper, mentre nella struttura dov’ero stata a dicembre hanno provveduto subito a metterlo quando richiesto. La Spa mi ha lasciata un po titubante per il forte odore sgradevole.

John Michael (10/5): Wonderful experience and great location - Family owned and operated, excellent staff and incredibly friendly people enjoying what was the greatest event ever to be held there. The 2026 Olympic Games were amazing and our hosts were exceptional while ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. The room was a little warm, but that is pretty standard with a centralized boiler system used in the mountains of Europe. Expect to open your window to cool things off a little bit, but that is not an inconvenience at all.

Daniel (8/5): - Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Location is great, really close (few hundred meters) to the cable car that takes you up to the Bormio 2000. Having availability of parking at the hotel is a really good. We found the noise isolation a bit problematic, we could hear walking and chairs moving from the floor above and also the location of the room next to the staircase had it’s contribution.

Uprzejma pomocna obsługa, lokalizacja10/10, 3 min pieszo do kolejki na stok, 5 min do starówki/centrum miasteczka , świetne śniadania, codzienne sprzątnie i wymiana ręczników (nie spodziewałam się),wygoda i metraż pokoju. Mogliśmy zostawić samochód po wymeldowaniu, zgłaszając się po niego wczesnym popołudniem, bez najmniejszego problemu.

Marco Pietro (9/5): Qualità e garanzia a due passi dalle piste - Hotel più centrale di così a Bormio é difficile (davanti alla pista Stelvio). Molto pulito e ben curato. Camera veramente spaziosa e completa. Staff gentilissimo e preparato. Colazione da 10 e lode. C’è anche un piccolo centro benessere che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di testare. Ristorante Keller di proprietà dell’hotel é super consigliato. La Junior suite prenotata é al piano terra e proprio davanti all’ascensore. Non è proprio insonorizzata la porta d’ingresso quindi si sente tutto all’esterno. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in periodo tranquillo (22 dicembre) ma in periodi di alta stagione con molto via vai potrebbe essere rumorosa alla sera.

Marco (8/5): - La camera davvero bella e pulita. Il fatto che mi mia stato chiesto dalla proprietà di pagare la tassa di soggiorno al check out in contanti, vedendo da parte mia l’intenzione di farlo con carta. ( il pagamento è avvenuto poi con carta ). Parcheggio un po’ stretto ma comprensibile.

matteo (7/5): - Bellissima struttura tipica della zona. Colazione top con cibi freddi e caldi cucinati al momento. Personale molto gentile. Unica pecca la nostra stanza in mansarda. Molto bella ma un pò piccolina e purtroppo sentivamo chi stava nell'appartamento di fronte al nostro.
