• joana (4/5): Promete mas não entrega. - O quarto tinha uma decoração razoável, com as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia, em princípio, confortável. O hotel dispõe de piscina aquecida e ginásio e um agradável espaço exterior. Apresentava-se com a limpeza bastante mal feita, sobretudo na casa de banho, com imensos cabelos espalhados pela banheira e o espelho do lavatório mal limpo. Pouco depois do nosso check-in verificamos que o autoclismo não funcionava e após solicitarmos que a situação fosse devidamente resolvida, a única coisa possível após muita insistência, foi um balde. Pedimos aquando da reserva, feita com um mês de antecedência, que o quarto tivesse tipologia de cama double ao invés de twin e quando fizemos o check-in verificamos que embora confirmado na reserva, o mesmo não foi cumprido, tendo-nos sido dito que nada poderia ser feito tendo em conta que estavam fully booked. Para além disso, o quarto não corresponde às imagens da reserva, não tendo luz natural praticamente nenhuma.

Felt like an urban oasis, such a nice place to come back to after a day exploring Porto. Poor insulation between floors - could hear upstairs footsteps very clearly

• David (9/5): Emplacement idéal, belle bâtisse et personnel au top ! - L emplacement est absolument parfait, à la fois très proche de tous les commerces, restos, musées, activités, mais suffisamment reculé, dans un petit écrin, pour dormir dans le plus grand calme! Au top! Lits confortables, linge de maison en quantité très suffisante, et option petit déjeuner bien pratique ! L accueil est souriant, tout est fait pour nous aider (prêt de parapluie, garde de nos bagages le dernier jour). La chambre est très spacieuse, lumineuse, calme, la kitchenette et le petit frigo sont des avantages certains. Trois petits points d amélioration pour améliorer encore la prestation, qui est déjà superbe! Un plan de travail, meuble ou commode serait appréciable dans la salle de bain, les deux petits tabourets n étant pas suffisants pour déposer toutes nos affaires. Un fauteuil confortable supplémentaire serait chouette, vu que la chambre double est très grande et qu'il y a la place, pour le repos en fin de journée. Le choix des boissons pour le petit déjeuner : nous n' aimons pas gaspiller, et le thermos de café était très très sympa... Mais nous ne l avons pas bu. Ni les dosettes de chocolat en poudre. Par contre, nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir choisir entre thé noir, thé vert, et surtout tisane/infusion (sans théine) : peut être que faire choisir les gens sur une liste, la veille lors du règlement du petit déjeuner, permettrait à la fois d éviter le gaspillage et également de pouvoir procurer à chacun/chacune sa boisson chaude idéale ?

• Fiona (10/5): Great stay! - Lovely apartments in a great location, grounds and swimming pool are fab and the little bar/restaurant next to the front gate is definitely worth a visit. All the food was great but especially recommend the pear crumble and the chocolate cake - yum! We weren’t leaving until late in the day and it was easy to leave our luggage. There is also a shower/bathroom by the pool so if you have a late flight it is easy to change/freshen up before you go. May be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom to save trying to see in a steamy room.

• Mircea (9/5): - Eine Villa aus dem 17 Jh. mit sehr viel Charme und Persönlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Mobiliar war etwas lieblos aber dennoch sehr komfortabel. Die Anlage mitten in der Stadt hatte einen wunderschönen Garten mit beheizten Pool.

Easy walk down to the riverfront, a bit more challenging to walk back up, but still good exercise. Close to some very good eateries. Lovely pool and places in the garden to relax and soak up the sun. The floor was very noisy to walk on especially at night when people in the apartment below were trying to sleep, other than that it was perfect.

• Loes (8/5): Super sfeervol verblijf nabij het centrum van Porto. - Super locatie. Alles op loopafstand kunnen doen. Auto kun je tegen betaling perfect parkeren. Het zwembad was voor de kinderen perfect. Ook de tuin is heerlijk om na een drukke dag af te schakelen. De vloeren zijn wel gehorig, het kraakt goed boven je van andere appartementen. Jammer dat je geen receptie hebt. Gelukkig konden we bellen en kwam er iemand aan. De fitness ruimte vond ik persoonlijk niet op de juiste plek. Hier kun je beter de keuken maken en een mooie lange tafel/ zit hoek. Fitness in een andere ruimte niet zo open in het zicht. De fitness ruimte zo achter het glas past totaal niet bij de sfeer van het hele gebouw.

• Mara (5/5): Für 2 Nächte und geruchs- und geräuschunempfindliche okay - - der Pool - die Lage - die Begrüßung Wir hatten das Studio mit Gartenblick, das Zimmer ist zwar großzügig, aas Badezimmer roch stark modrig und schimmelig, teilweise hat der Boden im Zimmer selbst nach Urin gerochen, ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Küchenzeile aus OSB-Platten lag oder an den Dielen. Wir haben uns beschwert, ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, deshalb wurde es daraufhin nochmals gereinigt und ein Raumspray gesprüht, am Abend roch es wieder so. Die Lüftung läuft von 9:15 bis 21:15 Uhr durchgehend im Bad so laut, dass man sich kaum versteht und trotzdem ist es immer feucht. Das Bett ist extrem hart, die Federn der Matratze waren spürbar und auch die Bettwäsche roch leider etwas modrig. An sich ist das Anwesen und auch der Pool sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich, aber ich kann einen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment leider nicht empfehlen, bevor es nicht renoviert wird. Schade, da es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelte.

• Karolina (10/5): - We enjoyed the place very much, especially because of the garden (we had a studio on the ground floor). Lovely kept old city place house. It was interesting to stay in that sort of building with a direct access to the garden. Convenient, good size studio, with.a kittenette. Comfortable walk in shower. Daily housekeeping. Laundry available for all guests in a separated room. Luggage store till 6 pm on the day of departure -very helpful . The place is located on the edge of the old town, with a direct bus to the airport nearby. It was quiet in therms of public transport. A hub of buses next to the hospital. The small supermarket a few minutes away. I think there should be a designated place in the garden for smoking. Our neighbours smoked next to our studio and we could not sit outside sometimes rbecause of it. The other thing is there should be quiet hours mentioned somewhere. There was a child staying for two nights above us and playing a ball and jumping through the room, or so, after 10.00 pm. Very difficult to rest in such circumstances.

Всё было прекрасно, но в апартаментах в начале смущал немного запах сырости. Но так как здание каменное и с богатой историей, думаю это неизбежность для таких зданий как это.

El departamento está super bien equipado para pasar unos días, lamentamos no poder quedarnos más para disfrutar el jardín en días soleados! Excelente atención también! Nos encantó! Creemos que necesario cambiar los colchones, están algo hundidos y resultan incómodos (hab 3). La tele podría ser smart y más grande ya que nos tocaron días lluviosos y hubiese sido buen plan.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Bel endroit pour se balader dans la ville sans voiture. Pas beaucoup d'équipement mais on ne cherchait pas cela. La salle de gym est un peu light
