• Ella (8/5): - Location was very good. It was very close to Vatican and good restaurants and bars and coffee shops. We booked this place for eastern. For this time of period the price was ok compared to other places. When you entered the place, it was smelling like toilet. The rooms not thankfully but the entrance was unfortunately smelly. So the first impression was not good because of this. Water in the shower had not enough pressure. So it was not nice to shower there. Cleaning was obviously until 11:30 but we didn't get informed about that before. The furnitures (e.g. desk) was full of scratches. We were happy of course to find a place with good location and more or less good price. But the name "luxury" is too much for this place.

• Marie (8/5): - La localisacion de la casa. No había nadie para esperarnos la primera noche .nosotros hablamos dicho que llegaremos de 21 a 22 horas .

• Alessandro (1/5): Non lo consiglio a nessuno, nemmeno al mio peggior nemico - La struttura si presenta “ben collegata”si… ma se devi visitare solo San Pietro, fermate del bus “più vicina “ a 10 minuti dalla struttura. All’ingresso ad accoglierti ce un portiere SCORBUTICO che con tono molto gentile dice “non mi interessa, non devi parlare con me” chiaramente dopo 7 ore di viaggio in bus… l’host assente ci ha fatto aspettare 1 ora RIPETO DOPO 7 ORE DI BUS giù al portone. Entrati nella struttura si viene accolti da un mix di Umido e Fogna coperti in modo disgustoso da deodoranti per ambienti e vi lascio immaginare che bel mix che ne esce… per le pulizie prima volta in vita mia che sento “per le pulizie se volete la camera pulita ci dovete mandare messaggio “… la nostra stanza c’era il wc che perdeva costantemente, lavandino idem con patate… non la consiglio a nessuno

• Susanna (9/5): Comodissima base per visitare Roma da Città del Vaticano - La colazione non era inlcusa, ma erano a disposizione bollitore, cialde del caffè, bottigliette di acqua a volontà. Abbiamo trovato anche dei biscottini. Il bar era immediatamente sotto la struttura.

Muy limpio y con facilidad para comer lo básico. Agua y cafecito parte del ofrecimiento y pago.

La courtoisie des personnes et leur bienveillance . Il manque une poubelle pour le tri sélectif.

Area comune con bollitore, frigo, macchina del caffè e utensili da cucina. Stanza essenziale ma ben curata e pulita. Comunicazione veloce ed efficiente con l'host.

También me gusto la disponibilidad y la amabilidad de la persona que gestiona la estructura. El ruido del restaurante enfrente a la habitación, en la noche, era un poco molesto. Pero sobre la media noche se va acabando

Safe, easy to navigate, and with local cafes nearby, it was even better. I would suggest installing blinds on the windows; otherwise, all our needs were met.

• Fringant (8/5): Excellent séjour. - Bien que nous sommes arrivés hors créneaux horaires programmés par le propriétaire, nous avons été accueillis dans de bonnes conditions. Le service de propreté est parfait. Dans un quartier calme, à 850 mètres du VATICAN, le logement, bien sécurisé, est spacieux, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour court. De plus, les réseaux de bus sont à proximité. En sus, au pied de l'immeuble, un formidable commerce de pâtisserie où l'on vous sert le fameux cappuccino, version italien, avec son cœur. Il serait nécessaire de réparer la porte d'accès à la douche. Il manque du rangement dans la salle d'eau et dans la chambre pour poser quelques vêtements. Le bruit des groupes extérieurs des climatiseurs est fort.

• Fernández Aguilera (4/5): Decepción - La ubicación es el mejor punto. También la cama era cómoda. El personal trató de ayudarnos en lo que necesitamos. La calidad muy pobre de la habitación en general, y también del baño, la limpieza, y el mal aislamiento, tanto de luz y de temperatura como ruido, que hacían difícil sentirse cómodo. Tampoco hay mucho espacio para guardar cosas. Bastante por debajo de las expectativas.
• Katharina (2/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen, unfreundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern, 2 Punkte für die tolle Lage - Die Lage nahe Vatikan Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter oder Agentur, nur per Whats App und das nur sehr kurz, Türe auf per Knopfdruck, das wars, kein Stadtplan im Zimmer oder Infomappe, Check Out nur Info das wir das Zimmer bis 10.00 Uhr räumen sollen und Schlüssel im Zimmer bleibt. Als wir schon zuhause waren kam dann der Vorwurf wir hätten Sie Stadttaxe von 14.00 € nicht im Zimmer hinterlegt. Rechnung für das Zimmer obwohl schon 3 mal angefordert bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten. Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, wenn im Nebenzimmer jemand telefoniert kann man mithören, nachts hört man jede Türe auf und zu gehen. Bad ist schön aber die Dusche sehr eng nur für Superschlanke. Fenster kann man nicht gekippt lassen da eine Pizzeria gegenüber ist und man den Lärm bis in die Nacht mitbekommt.

Стены как будто из картона. В комнате нет мусорного ведра. Только в туалете. Вода в туалете после того кака промываете унитаз текла без остановки. Нужно было стукнуть по стене для того чтобы остановить поток воды!!!это трэш!!!хозяйка гостиницы очень помогла в кавычках с такси предложила своего водителя за 80евро!!! Убери 46😅

Hall smelled like a sewage 3. TV was outdated, No netflix no nothing just random italian TV channels, useless 4. there is mold under the bathroom sink 5. outside window was not closing properly 6. AC was not working properly 7. interior was in a average condition, not anthing like advertised on booking photos. 8. Noone is there physically, the only time they are reaching you is when they are asking additional money for nothing, u guys better do a proper mainainance before speaking to someone about these, be thankful that i never demanded full money refund from you.

• Juan (10/5): Muy buen sitio para poderse hospedar - En términos generales estuvo todo bastante bien. Cerca de la Ciudad del Vaticano. Realmente no hay nada que no nos gustase, lo único que puntualizaría a modo de sugerencia es que las luces de la habitación eran pocas y la hacía oscura, tal vez deberían ponerle más luz.

• Joyee (9/5): Fabulous experience. Would recommend to all travelers - Room was very good, with air conditioning. Location was outstanding, literally about 10 mins walk from St. Peter's square. Lots of places within 3-5 mins walking distance where you can find amazing food. We were a family of 3, so a single bed felt a little cramped up, even though the bed was quite big.
