• John (9/5): Smart boutique hotel in nice part of town - It's in a nice part of town within walking distance . It's a modern clean hotel and the beds are very comfortable. Good value and staff responsive to messages. It would be nice if you cannot have an early check-in if you could be offered a drink by the staff. Laura was very helpful generally on reception and breakfast staff very friendly. Would recommend the hotel!

Стаята - уютна и оборудвана с всичко необходимо за пълноценен престой. Ранния час, в който някои от компонентите на закуската започваха да липсват и общото разнообразие. Това е по-скоро лично предпочитание, така че нищо сериозно.

Osebje v recepciji je izredno prijazno, naročili so nam taksi za prevoz na letališče in nam priporočili dobre restavracije v okolici. Zajtrk je bil v redu, pogrešala sem izdelke brez glutena in rastlinsko mleko, kar sicer ponujajo v opisu storitev. • Erik (9/5): - Bra läge, god frukost, trevlig personal Vi skulle checka ut mycket tidigt, hotellet hade bokat taxi. När taxin inte kom i tid hade vi svårt att väcka nattpersonalen. När vi slutligen lyckades väcka personalen fick vi information om att taxin var 2 minuter bort. Allt löste sig.

• Mihaela (9/5): good experience and I would consider staying here again. - The room was clean and well-maintained, with impeccable bed linen that made it very comfortable to relax after a long day. I also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room; the coffee was good, which is always a nice touch. The location is excellent: set in a quiet area, yet still very convenient for getting around. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. There was a slight, unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it did linger even though I kept the ventilation running most of the time.

• Isabella (9/5): Beste Lage für einen Städtetrip, modern und komfortabel - Wir waren eine Familie mit vier Doppel- bzw Zweibettzimmern. Die Zimmer mit Kingsizebett waren extrem groß, eigentlich eine Suite mit großem Sitzbereich. Es gab einen gut bestückten Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine mit allem, was man braucht. Auch moldawischer Weiß- und Rotwein stand bereit, falls man nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag bzw einer Schlemmerei in einem der hervorragenden moldawischen oder georgischen Restaurants noch Lust auf ein Gläschen hatte. Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Das Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Der kleine Fitnessraum wurde von unserer Gruppe auch genutzt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns am Abreisetag Taxis zum Flughafen bestellt. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Vernidub (9/5): Despite a few minor hiccups, the stay was very enjoyable. - A very cozy boutique hotel with comfortable, clean rooms, a great location, and friendly staff. There’s also an excellent restaurant downstairs called Divus, which was a highlight of the stay. The hotel is owned by a wine-making company, and they thoughtfully showcase their wines in the rooms, which adds a really nice touch. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately quite unreliable during my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk a few times, but it seemed to be out of their control. It was a bit challenging, especially since I needed a stable connection for work. I also wanted to mention the “Business Center.” I understand this is a smaller hotel and wasn’t expecting a full conference hall, but it turned out to be more of a table close to the shared breakfast area. It might be helpful to describe it differently to better set expectations for guests. Same with the "Fitness Center" - it fits one person. And though it was almost always empty, a slightly more detailed description could help guests plan accordingly.

In the past, two years ago, I wrote a comment that it's difficult to carry the suitcase up the stairs at the entrance. When I came this time, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they installed a ramp! In general, the hotel is very clean, with tidy and neat rooms, and it is in the city centre. There is a park nearby, and a fantastic museum. It is my favorite hotel in Chisinau so far. Apparently, there's a hospital located close to the hotel, and one can hear emergency ambulances with sirens regularly passing by. This is beyond the control of the hotel administration of course, but perhaps better soundproofing of windows would help.

Michael, at the desk when I came in and the lady that helped with my luggage at check out ( her name starts with an S, I think) were fabulous! There is also an independent restaurant about 5 minutes away that serves food til 6am. I am glad I was directed to it after hours Nothing.
