La lumière automatique dans l’entrée !! Le chauffage inexistant (température de 11 degrés la nuit en Mai) impossible de mettre la climatisation en mode réversible (mode chauffage). Finitions pas faites !!!

- Paula Andrea (9/5): Dias inolvidables en Croacia 2025 - Me gusto mucho su ubicacion porque el mar estaba muy cerquita. El apartamento a pesar de ser pequeño era muy agradable y bien repartido. Unas terrazas muy bonitas con arboles de Olivo. El parking junto a la puerta de entrada No me gustaron los colchones de la habitacion principal. Puse la queja y me los cambiaron unos dias despues pero lamentablemente tambien se sentian como los anteriores.. .....se les sentia mucho los resortes. El sofacama de la sala tambien tenia unas partes hundidas. Yo le sugiero que los cambien.

- Bibiane (10/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - Sehr schöne neue und gepflegte Anlage! Betten sehr bequem, Ausstattung des Apartments sehr gut! Eine Flasche Wasser und ein Cola waren zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Geschirrspül-Tabs gibt es ebenso. Bei Bedarf werden auch Handtücher getauscht. Nur wenige Schritte zum Meer! Wir waren Ende September da und es war schon sehr ruhig, die einzige Strandbar war bereits geschlossen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und hat auch täglich geöffnet. Restaurants nur an der etwas entfernten Durchzugs-Straße (Fahrrad oder Auto von Vorteil). Zadar, Nin und Vir sind schnell erreichbar. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig (allerdings wird sehr viel gebaut rundum)
- Spirit_in_black21 (10/5): - Сподобалось що близько біля моря Магазин в 5 хв ходьби можна купити щось поїсти ,або пива😁 Привітний персонал всі наші побажання були виконані! 😁 Я б не назвав це мінусом,але драбина на терасу нічим не прикрита і босими ногами не дуже зручно підійматися🫠 Але це вже більше рекомендація до покращення!😃 Також дуже багато комарів! Не зважаючи на те що кінець вересня все одно комарів дуже багато.

- Акишина (10/5): - The stuff here is very welcoming and friendly. It was really clean both in our apartment and outside of it. The kitchen has a lot of useful equipment. Our apartment was really convenient and comfortable. The territory looks great, and the swimming pool is clean. There is a great beach nearby, and it didn't have many people out there. Renting a car is the best option, but taxi works too. In conclusion, we would like to visit it again one day!

- Robert (7/5): "Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam mede door locatie, het comfortabele appartement en de voorzieningen - Wat mij het meest beviel, was de prachtige locatie, op korte afstand van het strand. Daarnaast bood het appartement veel comfort: een mooi ingerichte ruimte, gelegen op de begane grond met een ruim terras, en voorzien van een hottub en airconditioning, wat het verblijf bijzonder aangenaam maakte. Ook het supermarktje in de buurt was een groot pluspunt. Wat enigszins tegenviel, was dat de ligging op de begane grond ook betekende dat het appartement dichtbij het zwembad was, waardoor geluiden van daar goed hoorbaar waren. Dit kan storend zijn als men van stilte houdt. Daarnaast ontbrak sfeerverlichting; de verlichting bestond voornamelijk uit TL-lampen, wat minder gezellig oogde.

- Andrew (9/5): Fun in the sun - Can’t fault the apartment. Very spacious, tons of storage in the rooms and bathroom. Great shower. Comfortable beds and pillows. No complaints there. Aircon in every room (much appreciated as it was boiling). Well equipped kitchen. Nespresso machine, big mugs (yay) and espresso cups. Lovely outside space and pool. Clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the photos. Quiet area. Not the apartment, but the area. As others have mentioned, you a 100 % need a car and don’t think that you don’t. There’s a small shop up the road, but it sells very basic items and hardly any fruit or veg. Roadworks in the area made it very difficult to get to and from the apartment. Had to take narrow gravel backroads which were a little hairy. Closest beach always packed even at 20:00. That’s what you get anywhere in Europe at the height of the summer season, so again, no fault of the accommodation. In future our preference would be to stay on a main road, closer to town. If none of the above is an issue for you, then I would absolutely recommend staying at Sun Adria. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Really nice gesture was the cocacola waiting in the fridge after a long car ride:). Bed is really comfortable, apartment is clean and spaceous. The pool is amazing. - Diana (10/5): Excellent stay at SunAdria - We liked basically everything. The location is just by the sea. The room was clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The pool area was clean too and staff was taking care of it regularly. The staff was very friendly - they even waited for us on our later arrival, when we weren't picking up the phone. Overall, we can only recommend this accommodation. The wifi was a bit slower. But it was manageable, as it was the only little downside.

- László (9/5): Enjoyable holiday - The aparment was nice, roomy and well equipped. We liked the big balcony with the nice view to the garden and to the sea. The staff was really nice and helpful. There was a roofed parking slot for each apartment which is a real advance. The welcome package surprised us and it's a really good idea and there was almost everything what we had to use during our stay. A small thing that the bed was too soft. And if we can recommend something a paper towel could be useful in the kitchen :)

- Dalma (10/5): We had such a great time! - The apartment is great, even better than the pictures. It was clean, modern and cosy. Towels and other hygiene products have been replaced once in 5 days which is kinda rare in an apartment. The pool area was great as well, we spent lots of time there. The host is very nice, responsive if you need anything just send a text. Location is great, just a couple steps from the sea with usually only a few people on the small beach. 15 mins walk to the main road where you can find some nice restaurants (i.e.Vila Park). All in all it was perfect for us with a small baby! The bed matress and the small living room table felt a little worn out but other than that everything was perfect.

The 'garden' view from the balcony was actually a view on the wall from the apartment building right in front ( 2 meters away) with a few small olive trees in between. There were exactly 4 pieces of everything ( silverware, plates, mugs, glasses....) In the kitchen. A few extra pieces wouldn't hurt ( if there's 4 people staying in the apartment).

(change of towels, bed linen upon request, refill of bath.accessories, missing little things). Clean, warm and safe pool recommended for children, max. 1.5m deep. Private jacuzzi used during colder evenings. Modern and spacious apartment with functional kitchen, well-working shower in the nice bathroom, comfortable sofa for 3 of us, TV with Netflix. Great mornings in the shadow on the terrace. Clear and refreshing sea 2 min walk from aparment. Covered parking space dedicated to every apartment. Two small grocery shops 5 min walk away. Just be aware, greater incidence of mosquitoes in the area (equipment provided, nets installed in kitchen window and one bedroom); your private area is accessible from one side of the house by all guests (happened that private jacuzzi was used by others); spring bed mattresses in one bedroom should be replaced; no restaurants in walking distance (car required to travel up to hill to main road at least); crowdy beach in the late afternoon and sea urchins widely spread here.

The rooftopp terrace was very nice. The apartment was well equipped, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great place for a vacation alone or with the family. My only dislike was the bed mattress. They felt worn down. Seem like they need to be replaced already.

- Alexander (6/5): Great location, but we had little privacy in our apartment - The location is great (2min to the sea, grocery stores nearby, quiet area). Parking is next to the apartment. The staff (Mate) was really nice and responded quickly to questions. The pool is nice and has good sunbeds incl. shade (if you manage to get one) A baby cot and high chair were provided without extra costs. The apartment size was good. Our apartment 1B (Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Poolblick) was next to the parking lot and literally everyone passes by the apartment and can see you in living room or bedroom if you don't close the shutters. At night the parking lot was illuminated, so you didn't want to sit outside. There was no cutting board in the kitchen and a few things were broken (shutter bedroom, shutter living room, shower).The baby cot had no real matrass. For some things (towels, garbage bags) we had to ask a few times. The neighbors from 2B ran the whole day in front of your terrace. All in all was it just a way too expensive (140-145€/night) for what you get for. It is a nice location but if you don't feel completly comfortable, why spend so much money?

- Anne (10/5): Virkelig gode lejligheder - Virkelig dejligt sted. Super beliggenhed 1 minut fra stranden som var helt i top. Poolen var virkelig ren og fin. Alt var velplejet og blev passer. Lejligheden var ny og meget lækker. Komfuret var ikke det bedste, men vi kunne lave lidt morgenmad. Internettet var ualmindeligt dårligt, så det bør forbedres da det stort set var ubrugeligt. Der var ingen rengøring på en hel uge og der var ikke støvsuger eller andet som vi selv kunne gøre rent med, måtte spørge efter dette, da det ellers blev for beskidt. Kan rigtig varmt anbefale stedet da det er virkelig godt.

Leider hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt und das Bad war etwas klein. Leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe, sind mit Kindern nur mit Auto erreichbar. Gesamt Eindruck ist aber sehr positiv, werden wieder dieses Unterkunft buchen.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 자다르 외곽의 훌륭한 숙소 - 자다르 도심(바다 오르간 있는데) 에서는 차로 15분 정도 걸리는 외곽입니다. 그 대신 넓고, 조용하고, 수영장도 있어서 정말 좋았고요. 밤에 관광지 돌아다니기 좋아하는 분이라면 안 맞겠지만, 일찍 들어와서 술 힌잔 하며 이야기하기엔 제격인 숙소였어요.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Très bel appartement moderne, très propre et situé juste à côté de la mer. Plage à quelques pas et piscine. Air climatisé fonctionnait très bien. Secteur tranquille. Restaurant à quelques kilomètres. Nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement et l'appartement. Vue sur la mer. Je recommande !
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Wir haben uns für 15:00 angekündigt. In den Vertragsunterlagen steht, dass die FeWo ab 14:00 beziehbar ist. Wir mussten vor Ort bis 16:15 warten, bevor wir die FeWo betreten konnten. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich gut aber ein klares Minus müssen wir vergeben, weil 1. kein ausreichendes Besteck / Geschirr für eine FeWo, die max 6 Pers. aufnehmen kann (2 Schlafräume, ein großes Ausziehsofa), z.B. sind 2 Löffel und 4 Tassen definitiv zu wenig. 2. Die Spülmaschine ist quasi kaputt. Reinigungswirkung sehr schlecht, Schubladen extrem am klemmen 3. WLAN ging 3 Tage GAR nicht, davor ständige Verbindungsabbrüche, WLAN zeigt 4 Balken, aber trotzdem keine Seitenaufrufe möglich. 4. Liegen für den Strand waren zwar vorhanden, aber eigentlich Schrott. 5. In unserer FeWo im EG war an der Decke zum Ende des Urlaubs ein klarer Wasserschaden wahrnehmbar, den wir unverzüglich gemeldet haben. 6. Der Receiver für den Fernseh-Empfang kann nicht schlechter sein (absolut ungenügend). Es war ein nerviges Dauerbrummen beim Fernsehen zu vernehmen. Der Fernseher war es wohl nicht. HD-Sender waren nicht empfangbar. Für diesen Preis wäre eine HD-taugliche Anlage (Baujahr 2015) durchaus drin gewesen. Positiv war hingegen: 1. Nähe zum Strand, aber deshalb kostet die FeWo ja auch entsprechend. 2. Pool-Anlage, allerdings oft voll (alle Liegen besetzt). Pool könnte größer sein. Aber sonst wirklich schön.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet area. It’s certainly off the beaten track, lovely and quiet but still easy to get to Zadar etc. A great base for touring around. Good friendly service and excellent communications. There were little niggles that could be easily solved, such as the freezer needs defrosting - it’s making a loud noise and I suspect it also needs levelling as when you walk across the floor the noise stops. There was a dishwasher which was great but no washing up gear - sponge, scourers or dish cloths, just one hand towel, which made cleaning up tricky. Wine glasses that match would be nice, as would Instruction manuals for the oven and hob. A welcome pack with Tea and Coffee sachets would leave a nice welcoming feeling. (We often get that in rentals in the uk but maybe that just not done in Croatia) The notice with house rules was a good idea, although there were no Instructions for leaving, so we were unsure what was required and where to leave the key. As I said, it’s a lovely apartment, great location just minutes from the sea front which has safe swimming areas all along the front. If you walk to the end of the path (go right as you look at the sea) there’s a bar/restaurant with a lovely view (not cheap drinks though)

- Drummer (6/5): - die Aufteilung der Räume und die Nähe zum Strand war wirklich gut. In der Dusche fanden wir in den Ecken Schimmel vor. Leider hatte der Vermieter nebenan eine Baustelle, wo tagsüber zwischen 8 und 17 Uhr stemm und Bohrarbeiten stattfanden, sodass der Verbleib in der Unterkunft tagsüber nicht möglich war
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Ein sehr schönes, modernes Apartement mit tollem Ausblick. Unabhängig bekommen von uns leider sie Matratzen. Trotzdem würden wir wieder dorthin fahren. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht kleinere Mängel zeitnah zu beheben. Auto erforderlich!

- Pauline (8/5): Très belles vacances au sein de cet établissement - La résidence est fidèle aux images publiées sur le site. L'appartement est moderne, propre rien à redire. Nous pensions être au premier ou au second étage alors que l'on s'est retrouvé au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit bémol donc, c'est le manque d'intimité, je conseillerai de mettre un claustra sur le côté de la terrasse afin d'éviter de trop voir les vas-et-viens des autres résidents de l'immeuble. Un coup de cœur pour l'emplacement, proche de Zadar mais dans la campagne et loin du bruit de la ville qui est remplacé par le chant des cigales. Proche de la plage, à 2 mins et encore de cette dernière. Un endroit calme parfait pour les vacances. On peut faire les lacs Plitvices, le Parc National de Kkra, etc.. Et je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du "réceptionniste", Mate, qui a été super aussi pour nous conseiller les activités à faire, ainsi que pour l'achat de l'huile d'olives (délicieuse). Je recommande !
- pascale (4/5): Dommage - Personne pour ouvrir à notre arrivée. J'ai fait le tour et au sous sol une lingere travaillait .je lui ai fait comprendre que nous cherchions notre appartement. Elle a téléphoné à quelqu'un , me l'a passé et J'ai expliqué mon cas .Il a donné des consignes et la lingerie nous a conduit à l'appartement. Neuf ,impersonnel,froid....aucune vue ,sur le site on voit un immeuble donnant sur la piscine .les apparts sont dans le second immeuble ,juste derrière l'autre ,sans vue . Colonie de fourmis dans la cuisine . Point positif quartier résidentiel et calme. Cher pour ce que c'est
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Super lækre lejligheder og god pool. Tæt afstand til havet. Eneste ulempe er nøglesystemet, hvor der kun er én nøgle til lejligheden - giver problemer når der er flere der skal deles om denne.
- Keith (6/5): poor management - The apartment was very spacious and the facilities were good. But there was a real problem with the management - there was none. Nobody in reception, and the manager was living a half hour away. When a break in occured in a nearby apartment the manager offered no support in dealing with police leaving guests to deal with the police alone. Problems with electricity and cleaning services presented more difficulties in trying to contact anyone. Room serviceing/cleaning was poor. Towels not replaced and the pool cleaning was done at peak usage time or not at all.

- Yew Hee (10/5): Beautifully appointed apartment minutes from Zadar - Very friendly young owner. Beautiful clean & spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Even dishwasher tablets, sponge and dishwashing liquid are provided. Air conditioning works v well & quietly. Wifi works very well. Nice balcony to enjoy breakfast looking to the sea. Pool was clean, warm. Private parking on site. Short drive to nearby restaurants, 15 min drive into Zadar.
