Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen is changed once a week free of charge. Key Collection options: - collection at the agency from 14:00 to 18:30 free of charge, at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON. - collection from a safety deposit box in the centre of Lyon for EUR 20 regardless of arrival time. - meet a member of staff directly at the property for an additional fee of EUR 30 from 14:00 to 18:00, EUR 50 from 18:00 to 00:00. Please note that that assistance is available 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:30.
