Easy to reach the city with car or walk (we drove too cold!) but it was a few minutes only. Neighborhood is businessy, this is the top floor of an office tower, however, you will likely go to the city anyway so didn't change anything for us! Everything is comfortable! Shower on the small size but again this is if we have to be nitty....

• Weisbrich (10/5): Toller Service, Mega Aussicht, gute Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, es waren unsere letzten zwei Nächte von unserer Island Reise! Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön und das Frühstück am Bett hatte auch seinen Charm. Es gab direkt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles realisiert, auch das Frühstück to go, weil wir aufgrund des zeitigen Fluges schon früh um 4:30 Uhr das Hotel verlassen mussten, gab’s ohne Probleme. Wir wurden zwei Tage vor der Anreise telefonisch kontaktiert, damit bei Check in alles reibungslos verläuft und uns die Empfangsdame unten abholen kann. In das Gebäude kommt man beim ersten Mal nicht einfach so rein ohne Karte. Aber es hat alles auf die Minute geklappt. Kommuniziert hatte ich dann nochmal über Booking und habe zeitnah eine Rückantwort erhalten. Alles in allem toller Service, großes Zimmer mit einem Highlight, der Badewanne direkt am bodentiefen Fenster mit dem Blick auf Reykjavik.

• Kyo Jin (10/5): - 개인적으론 전망이 이 숙소를 선택한 이유이자 가장 큰 매력포인트인데, 전망에 욕심있는 분들은, 기본 룸은 방향이 동쪽이고 바다도 약간만 보여 아쉬우니, 바다(서)와 교회(남) 쪽을 조망하는 방 쪽을 예산 올려 잡으시면 좋을 듯 / 조식은 전날 목록 v 체크 하여 제출 후, 아침의 지정된 시각에 카트 째로 넣어주는 방식인데, 전달 방법 스무스하고, 신선하며 푸짐하고 인심 좋습니다. 다른 후기들 보니 조식 강추하시는데 찬양할 정도는 아니고, 충실하고 깔끔한 유럽형 조식입니다. 아이슬란드가 기본적으로 물이 좋아서 수돗물 사용하시게 되고, 이 호텔도 생수가 따로 병/PET으로 제공되지 않습니다. 적응 필요 직원들은 전반적으로 프로페셔널하게 잘 대응합니다. 트레이닝 잘 되신 듯.. 대응, 대처 훌륭합니다. 어메니티 기대하지 마시고, 칫솔치약은 가지고 오세요. 슬리퍼 있음 1층에서 엘리베이터 탈 때 코드가 활성화되어있어야하는데, 저는 해당 코드 관련 작은 트러블이 있어 엘리베이터를 못 타 전화로 직원 연결하여 그분이 데리러 내려왔습니다. 트러블 발생 시 전화하시면 바로 대응 됩니다. 도심 관광 스팟들까지는 도보로 접근 가능한데 아주 가깝진 않고, 그래도 해변 따라 걸을 만 합니다. 전망은 최고지만 위치는 도심에선 약간 벗어나있는 점 참고하세요.

A short walk into the centre of town . Some nice restaurants just underneath the building too very popular with the locals . Would definitely love to stay here again . Great for getting pictures too . Also it’s very quiet , no slamming doors or noise unlike some other hotels we stayed at in Iceland. You won’t get woken up . • Denise (8/5): Het was geweldig en heerlijk ontspannen. - De suite was fantastisch. Heerlijk ruim en comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en het uitzicht over de stad en de haven is waanzinnig mooi. Het ontbijt was ook geweldig. Op de dag van kerstavond werd het zelfs versierd met lichtjes passend bij de Yule Lad van die dag. Het eenpersoonsbed was vrij hard en een contrast met het tweepersoonsbed. Verder weinig op aan te merken.

The city center was a little further than comfortable for us in the cold (18mins walk), but we have a 6 year old. It could have been nice to have a gym to use, but that’s the only negative I can give it.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning: city, mountains, and sea all in one panorama. Waking up to that view alone made the stay worth it. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was high quality, and the staff were genuinely friendly and always available to help. Overall, a very comfortable stay and an excellent base for exploring Reykjavik. The only minor issue worth mentioning is that on a few mornings, when the room was serviced, some items were occasionally forgotten — for example, large towels or bathroom/shower mats. That said, these are small details and could easily be adjusted.

We had a Mountain View room which oversaw the city and a slight left glimpse of the bay, stunning. The soak tub has an equator view and is quite relaxing. There is a self serve-pay-bar area to make most any desires cocktail or beverage. Very close to multiple restaurants and a quick drive to old downtown. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious, we had a king suite. Breakfast is exquisite and the staff was superb.

It's difficult to find anything not to like. The set-up is quite unique as it's on the top floor of an office block, which is corporate. Once on the 20th floor the whole experience changes one of relaxed leisure.

A bit different concept from a traditional hotel - the hotel occupies a very high floor of (an office?) building, with several rooms and a cool common area to hang out in. Breakfast was brought to our room - there was so much food. Wine fridge in the room. Just a short walk to the city centre. Tiny: coffee machine didn't work, but that may have been us! I am sure if we had asked they'd have sorted us out with coffee though. Was bit unclear where to park - we found a paid car park nearby, but I think there were a few spots just in front of the hotel we may have been able to use.

Parcheggio in zona e sotterraneo. Location molto vicina al centro. La colazione (Continental) è servita in camera ma non è possibile scegliere, la qualità è comunque eccellente.
• Kathleen (10/5): Room and breakfast was the best I ever had. - The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)

The room was beautiful and functional, and the view was spectacular! The hotel was also in a great location-easy to walk to points of interest. I would highly recommend Tower Suites.

I wish I could bottle up the amazing smells in this room and the great customer service received. My family and I had such an incredible time. The photos don’t even do this suite justice!

Far from tourist crowd. Surroundings have local supermarkets and eateries for locals, not tourists.

• 336ronaldl (10/5): A breath taking property in Reykjavik Harbor - Although parking is expensive, the location, quality, comfort and service at this boutique hotel are unparalleled. The accommodations are extraordinary with walls of glass bringing Reykjavik Harbor to each guest. Modern, tasteful and immaculate, the rooms are both dramatic and restful. The hotel features an honesty bar where self serve cocktails, wine and beer are available in the beautifully designed lobby, while all other offerings, which are extensive, are complimentary. Tower Suites is a perfect way to begin or end a tour of Iceland, as this property is as extraordinary and unique as the country itself. Unmatched.

• Richard (8/5): Very good - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast (continental) delivered to the room exactly at the requested time. Superb view, plenty of storage space. The room was less luxurious than apparent from the photographs. No sign of the telescopes, microwaves or free-standing baths as shown. Only one chair, so a bit of a disappointment.

• Lynda (10/5): - The room and the hotel are lovely. There were a few issues that we wish had been better. The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning. The LARGE picture windows had drapes that would not block the light from the corners requiring us to wear sleep masks every night. Due to the masks, we didnt even mind the auto turn on bathroom lights coming on upon entry at night!!! The breakfast was outstanding! I did enjoy looking down on the part of the city of Reykjavik we were able to see from our window in RM 3.
• mauimama0110 (10/5): Great stay! - Wow, this place was unbelievable! We were 3 couples traveling together The suites are on the 20th floor with incredible views. Room was well appointed. We chose to have breakfast delivered to the common area each morning so we could eat together. The common room is a great place to congregate, equipped with a bar. We'll definitely stay here again
