• Gill (8/5): - Great value with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A pool and great deck area with 8 sun loungers. Netflix available. Large beds. Bedrooms are slightly dark which gives a great sleep but a bit gloomy for some.

• Rosa Tapeta (10/5): - Kia Orana, Loved the host Bob friendly and down to earth. The Kiribati family very nice family. Koko and his girls kept our Villa very clean so happy. Such a hard working family. The Pool was a bonus swim in it everyday. Thank you Bob and your staff, hope your health gets better. Kind regards Rosa and Girls Nothing to dislike, the Villa was perfect! Another bonus is the washing machine n dryer.

• Rere (8/5): Beautiful big villa if you have a large family. - The place was large with lots of space. The cleaners were lovely. they attended on the days they advised to change the linen and also put the garbage out and bring back in. Always friendly and smiling we arrived to check in and unfortunately the tenants before us had checked out late therefore the Villa was not fully cleaned and ready for our arrival, this meant we walked into a Villa that was only partly cleaned and had to wait for the cleaners to complete the clean. We tried not to pressure the cleaners as late checkout by previous tenant was not the cleaner fault, but we had flown in that morning at 7am and were driving around since arriving till we could check in, and we arrived tired and exhausted. The WIFI stopped working after a few days and the Villa was not being picked up. Unfortunately, we could hear every party and celebration held daily from the other villas. The map provided to us to find the villas, refers to IRO villas turn left, sadly the sign had blown off a couple weeks earlier, so we got lost trying to find the place, but then stopped at the local Rarotonga fabric painting place (when the worker was on) to ask for directions. The pool is too small a size for a large 4 bedroom villa.

• Perkins (10/5): Great place for multiple families to spend a week exploring Rarotonga - The villas are huge with plenty of space in each villa for 2 families. They are well equipped for a comfortable stay with nice touches such as an air fryer, coffee pods, BBQ, beach towels and free Wifi. Nothing - all four families loved our stay.

Well equipped kitchen Pool was great on those hot days We had inadvertently been double booked for the first few days, but Bob ( property manager) organised other accommodation for us for those days and said he would pay back the difference in the price as other place was cheaper. Has also given 5 complimentary days accommodation for next time....great excuse to come back! Thank you Bob for going above and beyond! Parking was a bit tricky with a larger vehicle. The outside light on the steps wasn't working so was a bit awkward at night....torch on phone did the trick

• David (10/5): Beautiful and definitely recommend - Everything! The home feeling, the swimming pool. Large kitchen and spacious bathroom. It just made you feel right at home. There were shops just down the street, a beautiful scenic beach not far from the villa, everything you could’ve asked for. What could’ve been better was location, titikaveka had some bumpy roads which made driving a bit to annoying. Also me and my family loved visiting town every now and then but it was just too far.

• Melody Sarah (10/5): - It would have been great to have had a cold shower outside to rinse yourself off. But a great place to go for walks and close to a shop and car and bike hire.

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant stay in a somewhat quiet space - The location was good, just off the main road from Muri with a bunch of eateries close by. The Villa was mostly private although if guests are loud in the one next door you hear everything in your own villa. The Villa was very spacious. There was a constant smell of damp/mildew and the place felt really damp. The floors also werent overly clean and there was no dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher or even paper towels in the kitchen. In general the place looks/feels tired. On our first night one of the smoke alarms went off at 4am and that woke the kids up. We got it to turn off but 10 minutes later it was going off again so we took it down and let the host know the next day. For the price you pay, I dont think this was the best value for money.

• Suinitila (7/5): Bob was super friendly! we loved our stay here it is close to the beach - ceiling fans in the bedrooms, pool to help with the heat, spacious for our group. I think it would help to have a fan in the lounge as it can get hot, however we were very pleased with our stay thank you
• Jessica (8/5): A piece of paradise - Loved the size and the space. Much cooler then properties right by the beach. Unlimited internet was awesome. Beds were comfy, showers spacious. Came with everything you need to relax with your family and friends. The smoke alarms are overly sensitive and can be set off by humidity (rain). Pool is great but difficult for people with hip problems to climb in and out.

• Leatam (10/5): Paradise - all of the comforts of home and the luxurious pool was a highlight. - The house is amazing. It felt like our own piece of paradise. It has all of the creature comforts which made our stay enjoyable and really affordable. The pool was the ultimate luxury and the kids really used it every moment they could. The ants - but we managed and accepted that it was just part of the environment.

• Kiri (10/5): Extremely Amazing - Everything, was spacious, private, clean and had a good layout. Not much everything was well equipped, if there was Aircon it would have been perfect however without Aircon also kept us active and in the pool with the kids and also in the rain.

• Yayah (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place to stay!! Bob is fantastic to deal with. Even got a cake made for our sons birthday which tasted absolutely great 🎂. Totally recommend to anyone staying here 100%. You have everything you need, shops not too far. I do recommend to get a car rental as it is a bit in land but other than that this holiday home is the place to stay.

Spacey kitchen and lounge and of course a private pool Nothing that pops out. With having a young child maybe a fence around the pool but that’s just personal preference. We really liked staying here

The cleaners were awesome too. The only thing we had an issue with was when other guests arrived to check into their villa early one morning, entered our property. Might need more visible signs for each villa.

• Terekia (10/5): Exceptional - Great for families with children, the pool was great for quick dips when too hot. Home was cool inside especially the lounge and dinning area. A nice country surroundings, with a shop short walking distance and bus stop near by. Lovely locals around, willing to help you out!

Big Villas and friendly staff. - Large Villas were fully furnished and with 4 bedrooms allowing twin or king setups was perfect. Full open plan Kitchen and dining as well as washing machine and drier. Having a pool was a fantastic bonus and the location in Titikaveka meant we were just 5 mins from Muri Beach and plenty of dining spots in either direction of the Villa. Very easy to find the property as it’s not to far from the main road. The staff of Bob and Racheal were lovely friendly people and looked after us Only one minor critique is that the property does not have amazing beach views. However everything else about the property value wise cannot be beaten, it’s perfect for a large family and you even hire out all four villas if you have a large group.

Shower could have had a glass door on it, the amount of water that would go into the bathroom was annoying. Place was a little dated and could have been cleaner.

• Stephen (10/5): Amazing accommodation will highly recommend - - The place was exactly how the photos showed it - Huge with perfect sized rooms - Great with netting on windows so we could keep them open during the day - The pool was used on a daily basis, lovely and cool and was cleaned daily. Was very private where we were in Villa 1 - Cooking facilities were great - Multiple relaxation areas so we could have some chill out time on our own - Staff was lovely and professional, cleaned the place well and topped up everything we needed - Within 10 minutes walk to main road for busses - Within 15 minutes walk to the beautiful southern beach - Nothing really, just the things we weren't used to being from Auckland like the wildlife - The amount of Wasps but they were managed easily with the fans in the room and keeping spaces open for them to fly out and not bothering them they just did their own thing

Loved the outside area, easy to open the doors and have dinner outside. Pool was perfect! No aircon, but there were fans. Little tricky to locate, but we got there in the end

• Kenina (7/5): A pleasant place to stay far away from it all but you must have a car - The house easily and comfortably fitted all 7 adults. The tiny swimming pool was great (it looks much bigger in the photos but in reality is quite small) and did the trick in terms of colling us down. We made some happy memories around that pool as a family - it was a great place to gather and chat. There is no wifi and the location is much further away from everything than we realised. The house could do with some fans in the living areas to help circulate the air. Due to its location, we wouldn't choose to stay here again as it's a ways away from everything.

All amenities are available. Full functioning kitchen. Pool was well used! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt safe. The bins outside need obvious labels e.g. glass, cans, cardboard, trash

Kitchen was well equipped during our stay & wash/dryer was very much handy during rainy days.

• Teresa (10/5): Fantastic loved everything totally worth the villa. - Everything was there didn’t have to share the pool,very accomodating, will definitely come back again. Not knowing to discard rubbish daily as it caused several maggots from heat,and quite a few white ants.not enough loo paper The ph numbers in the green book don’t exist the first one just rang the others no such number so this may have helped when we ran out of hot water for 2 nights no one to contact. We also had to wait quite a bit to get into our villa someone was in our villa when we arrived so that didn’t help.

Can't forget Bobby and Rachel with there awesome personalities...Great place to stay for big families. Highly recommend Paradise holiday homes and will definitely book them again on our next visit. Meitaki Ma'ata - The locks on the bathroom co-joining doors lol I struggled a bit trying to lock both doors - Be very mindful of the steps coming down into kitchen/lounge area...few family members had a few close calls.

Has great cooking facilities and bbq. The pool is great especially for the kids. Washing machine wasn’t working but was offered to use one next door which we did.

• Tracey (9/5): Superb - Spacious. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Ceiling fans were more than enough to keep cool. The house has most of the things you need. Family vibe house with an area to swim and relax for the children or to have a few beers/wines for the adults. Private entry/exit. There were centipedes in the house and when we mentioned this they gave us a fly spray. One of the toilet doors didn't lock but it was OK because we shared the rooms/ensuite with our children.

Also Bob and the team are incredibly attentive and if there’s any issues these are resolved. The pool is a treat and the gardens surrounding are stunning. Recommend to all especially families. We stayed for 8 days a family of 9 and had pleanty of space Loved everything
• Tasele (10/5): Great for families & very spacious - Such a big beautiful clean home, kitchen had everything you need if you want to self cater for yourself or your family even a beautiful bbq and bbq area. So helpful having a washing machine & dryer especially with kids constantly swimming and having going through so much laundry. Caretakers were great and very helpful, Bob also was helpful & quick to respond to me with any enquires I had. Location wise very quiet secluded area other then the 3 other villas next to you. It is not right on the beach or main rd but a very very short drive or if you want to walk from the beautiful beaches, cafes, convenience stores.

• Liz (7/5): Good - The maintenance and cleaning couple were great to talk to and helped us with our rubbish etc. Upon arrival the villa 2 which we were told was ours, was already occupied, and couldn't get hold of anyone, so snopped around an empty villa 3 and found a key so occupied it. Also the lack of hand rails around the pool, stairs as it was raining the boards were very slippery, could do with a good waterblast and wet n and forget sprayed to avoid this.
• Jasmine (8/5): Great for large families! - Large and spacious. Lots of space for our big family. Location was beautiful at the feet of the mountains, and a little ways a away from the business of the island. The pool was perfect for quick dips when the weather would be too warm. Though there are 4 villas in close proximity, there was still a lot of privacy from the trees and plants. Though wifi is advertised, it is not free. The home felt dusty and like it needed a good sweep and mop. Maybe a gate/door at the fence of the pool for villa 4 as other guests were looking through to us swimming in the pool.. Everything else was PERFECT!!
• Loni (10/5): LOVED everything about our stay!!! - Great layout, comfortable furniture, LOVED the pool, home away from home 🙂 Minor issue - poor lighting in the lounge/dining area. Trying to play cards as a family was difficult at night.
