Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina is closed from Mon 04 Sept 2023 until Fri 14 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 25; - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Towels and bed linen are not included, but bed linen can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 6. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Please note that a TV is available on request for a EUR 35 surcharge per week.
