El personal excelente, Don Edgard, don David, personal de mantención. Personal del desayuno. Sra. Sandra, Srta. con nombre poco común. Personal de recepción. Sra Delcy parece que así era su nombre. Muy buena voluntad. Por ello la valoración es excelente. La primera pieza me sucedieron diversas situaciones molestas. Sugiero reestructurar o preocuparse de ella. En desayuno no hubiesen pastelitos.

- VICTOR (8/5): Mi Visita - Es un hotel que siempre ha mantenido el estándar, bueno, limpio y acogedor Tuve mala suerte y durante mi estancia hubo un problema con el desagüe público. Si bien estancia cierto no fue responsabilidad del hotel, si afectó la estadía de los que estábamos hospedados.

- Christian (10/5): Excelente escolha em Arequipa! - Excelente localização em Arequipa, perto do centrinho mas sem todo caos do trânsito para chegar ou sair, e em poucos minutos já está a pé na catedral. Excelente café da manhã, muito saboroso, além de quarto bem confortável e silencioso. A poucas quadras do Mirador de Yanahuara (pode ir a pé). Ótimas opções de restaurantes e cafés próximos também, além do shopping subindo uma das avenidas ao lado do hotel. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel foi um diferencial pois alugamos um carro para conhecer a região. Toda equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. N/a.

Great quality towels. Very tranquil and quiet. Rooms are outdated but fine. Could have used a better sun blocking curtain from the extra high windows as the sun shone inside the room very early. It was pretty but not great for sleeping in. Could also pave the road all the way to the back rooms - as it made rolling a suitcase cumbersome. All in all - these details do not detract from the positive experiencie.

- Guilherme (7/5): Básico - Adoramos a cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Foram sempre muito atenciosos. Também gostamos da localização, pois é próximo ao centro histórico, mas ao mesmo tempo absolutamente silencioso. O hotel em si é muito charmoso. O quarto é muito espaçoso. O custo benefício não foi bom. É um problema puramente de infraestrutura. O chuveiro é fraco, a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento, o chão estava empoeirado, e seria interessante colocar uma smart TV ou algum emulador com streaming (Netflix...) que possibilitasse assistir programas em outros idiomas. Também não havia ar-condicionado ou ventilador no quarto (ainda que não faça muito calor em Arequipa, isso dá sensação de abafamento… a solução seria dormir com a janela aberta, mas é uma janela térrea, na altura dos joelhos, o que causaria sensação de insegurança).

Se podría mejorar la iluminación, cuando salimos de la habitacion como a las 6:30 pm todas las luces exteriores estaban apagadas, cuando considero que el personal debio prenderlas cuando oscurecía.

- Frederic (2/5): - The location was actually good on the other of the bridge. You could easily walk to the centre of town ( Monastery / Palza de Armas ) in 10/15 mn. Lovely setting with flowers, trees. Could have been peaceful ... The breakfast buffet was ok , slighty on the mean side. Not the fault of the staff on duty . WE did not see the manager as it was the week end. The first night was good. The second on the 31rst of October was Halloween was HORRIFIC. There was a party in a disued hanger or something in front of our Room ( 51 ) . we asked at reception at 11 pm , when they thought it would stop. No one had any idea, In the end we had to leave at 5.30 am for our day excursion and the party was still blaring. We had an other night , our last night. Uneventful and we ask to speak to someone in charge . No excuses, no empathy and just the name of a manager . Nothing that the receptionist could or would do. A real shameful experience. I shall follow it up.

- Ana (10/5): Un silencioso oasis en Arequipa - Es un hotel ajardinado que es como un oasis en Arequipa. Está excelentemente situado a cinco minutos del centro histórico, nada más cruzar el puente. La habitación es muy grande, limpia, con sábanas de calidad, cama comodísima, televisión, minibar, tabla de plancha y secador. El desayuno es muy bueno, completo y de calidad. Todo el hotel está en el interior de la calle por lo que es totalmente silencioso y el único ruido que se escucha por la mañana es el de los pájaros. La WIFI funciona a la perfección. El personal es agradable y profesional. Un acierto haber encontrado este hotel que realmente recomiendo. Nada. Todo impecable.

- Claudia (9/5): Superb - The location was great, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok. There was only one cup and one water in the room, for 2 people. It was quite difficult to get another cup. The room is very dark and the lighting is bad. But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

- Dimitar (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful hotel, very green and silent, ten minutes from downtown. Friendly and responsible staff. Hudge room, about 35m2, with a clean bathroom. Strongly recommend. Many thanks to Omar from the reception, who helped me to get my forgotten in Puno cardholder!
- Shiri (3/5): Wouldn’t come back. - Breakfast was ok, location is good. We got a room facing the street although the hotel wasn’t full and it was very noisy. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. We arrived at 5:30 after a night bus which is not uncommon here, and although the room was available they asked us to pay another full day for an early check in and only after we insisted did they charge us half price (which is legit but it’s the only place in Peru that asked us to pay for that). Also we asked to have breakfast and they changed extra 50 sols which is very expensive, And they wanted us to pay before the stay which made us feel like they are not trusting us and made an unpleasant atmosphere. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the bathtub had hairs in it.

- Alfredo (6/5): It was OK but not good value for money - Nice breakfast. They let us have a late checkout and looked after our luggage after check out. It is a bit away from the centre of Arequipa. You needed to cross a bridge to get back to the hotel which did not feel safe The unit we in stayed was a bit dated and was split across two levels, which made it a s bit impractical for moving luggage, there was a walk way area which could do with a balustrade. Not much furniture in the room
- Elisa (10/5): - The service is excellent. The location is great, between downtown and Yanahuara. The staff kept it very clean and the food was great.
